KBM) still have difficulty communicating, especially in English, because learning has tended to be conventional, focusing on memorization and grammar rather than practical communication. This creates a gap between the need for speaking skills and the teaching methods used, reinforcing students' fear and lack of confidence. Based on these issues, this Community Service activity aims to improve students' speaking skills through the application of the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) method integrated with the Playful English approach, which involves enjoyable learning through games, role-play, and creative activities. The methods used include guided speaking exercises, conversation simulations, and collaborative projects such as creating promotional posters for beach tourism in English. The results show a significant improvement in students' fluency, confidence, and active participation. Students began to speak more boldly, practice simple sentences, and express ideas spontaneously. The classroom atmosphere became livelier and more enjoyable with minimal psychological barriers such as fear of making mistakes. The implications of this activity are that the CLT approach combined with elements of joy can serve as an effective learning model in non-formal institutions. This method not only enhances language skills but also empowers students socially and emotionally, and can be replicated in similar communities.

The training results demonstrated a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills in leveraging TikTok features for digital marketing. The implementation carried out by the participants successfully expanded their market reach and increased consumer interaction through their TikTok accounts. Despite challenges related to the need for ongoing mentoring, this activity has had a tangible positive impact on the development of local hydroponic businesses. This training is expected to become a starting point for business actors to continue innovating and optimizing digital marketing strategies to face the dynamics of the modern market.

he training was conducted through three main stages: delivery of material on the importance of fine motor stimulation through art activities, participatory discussions, and hands-on practice in gradient coloring techniques. Evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test instruments to measure the improvement in participants’ competencies. The results showed a significant increase in understanding and skill levels. The percentage of participants classified as "excellent" increased from 0% to 40%, those in the "good" category rose from 34% to 40%, and 20% were categorized as "sufficient". No participants were classified as "poor" or "very poor". These findings indicate that training in gradient coloring techniques is effective in enhancing the capacity of ECE teachers to provide creative and enjoyable fine motor stimulation for young children.

Thus, SMEs can get updated financial accounting knowledge as well as improve the skills of recording financial transactions so that their digital financial literacy level increases. The results of this training received a very positive response from the participants because they could gain new understanding and experience related to basic financial concepts and effective financial management techniques. are still many teachers who have difficulties in understanding and compiling teaching modules that are in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. This community service aims to increase the capacity of teachers at SMK Pelayaran Permata Ilmu Maros in developing teaching modules that are contextual, adaptive, and oriented towards differentiated learning. The activity was carried out through intensive training and mentoring, including material on learning outcomes (CP), learning objectives (TP), learning objectives (ATP), and the integration of the Pancasila Student Profile. The implementation method consists of interactive lectures, group discussions, hands-on practice, and evaluation of participants' work. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in teachers' knowledge and skills in compiling teaching modules that are relevant to the conditions of students and the shipping skills program. This activity makes a real contribution to supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and improving the quality of learning in the vocational school environment.

Equivalency Education Program. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the community empowerment management function through the Package C Equivalency Education Program at PKBM Buana Mekar Baleendah using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) management approach. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with the research location at PKBM Buana Mekar, Bandung Regency. The research subjects consisted of PKBM managers, tutors, and Package C learners. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the planning function has been carried out through identifying community needs and preparing flexible learning programs. The organizing function is seen from the division of tutor tasks and a clear organizational structure. The implementation function is carried out through andragogy-based learning with lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and skills practice methods. Meanwhile, the supervisory function is carried out through learning evaluation, attendance monitoring, andsupervision of skills practice. Although the program's implementation has been quite successful, several obstacles remain, such as limited digital learning media, unstable student attendance rates, and suboptimal utilization of practical facilities. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the andragogy approach in Package B learning at PKBM Citra Priangan, identify its supporting and inhibiting factors, and determine its impact on the involvement of learning residents. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles, Huberman's model. The results of the study show that the principles of andragogy have been applied through experiential learning, participatory methods, learning flexibility, and the development of life skills programs. Supporting factors include family culture, tutor competence, and learning flexibility, while inhibiting factors are limited facilities, learning environment conditions, and heterogeneity of learning residents. The implementation of andragogy has been proven to increase the participation, motivation, and involvement of learning residents in the learning process. Thus, the andragogy approach effectively supports the implementation of Package B learning that is more relevant to the needs of learning residents

kan transformasi kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) agar mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi dan tuntutan lingkungan kerja yang semakin dinamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji transformasi kompetensi SDM yang dibutuhkan pada era Society 5.0 melalui pendekatan library research. Data penelitian diperoleh dari berbagai sumber literatur berupa artikel ilmiah, buku, prosiding, dan publikasi akademik yang relevan dengan tema pengembangan SDM, transformasi digital, dan Society 5.0. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik content analysis melalui proses identifikasi, klasifikasi, interpretasi, dan sintesis berbagai temuan penelitian terdahulu. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi kompetensi SDM pada era Society 5.0 berfokus pada empat kompetensi utama, yaitu kompetensi digital, soft skills, kompetensi adaptif, dan kompetensi humanis. Kompetensi digital meliputi literasi teknologi, data, dan kecerdasan buatan, sedangkan soft skills mencakup kemampuan komunikasi, kolaborasi, kreativitas, dan kepemimpinan. Kompetensi adaptif diwujudkan melalui kemampuan belajar sepanjang hayat dan fleksibilitas dalam menghadapi perubahan, sementara kompetensi humanis menekankan etika, empati, integritas, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan organisasi dalam menghadapi era Society 5.0 sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan mengintegrasikan kompetensi teknologi dan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dalam pengembangan SDM.

The results of the study indicate that the success of establishing a bi’ah lughawiyah is influenced by the role of madrasah management, which includes planning language programs, organizing language activities, implementing Arabic language habituation, and continuously evaluating the programs. In addition, the support of madrasah principals, teachers, and the educational environment are important factors in creating an active and communicative language atmosphere. Strengthening the bi’ah lughawiyah not only improves students’ Arabic language skills but also forms an Islamic academic culture within the madrasah environment. Therefore, well-directed and systematic madrasah management becomes one of the main keys to optimizing Arabic language learning in the era of contemporary education
