Wildatul Umah, Muhammad Ma’dinul In’am Al Kamil, Erma Fatmawati, Mu'alimin
Abstract: Lesson Plan (RPP) is an important component in the learning process that functions as a guide for teachers in conducting teaching and learning activities. This study aims to analyze Social Studies (IPS) lesson plans in the… the 2013 Curriculum and the simplified lesson plans, as well as to examine the differences, strengths, and weaknesses of both in supporting the learning process. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a library research method and comparative analysis. Data were obtained from official documents, books, and relevant scientific journals. The results show that the 2013 Curriculum lesson plan has complete, detailed, and systematic components, providing structured guidance for teaching, but it tends to be complex and burdens teachers administratively. Meanwhile, the simplified lesson plan only consists of three main components, namely learning objectives, learning activities, and assessment, making it more flexible, practical, and efficient. In Social Studies learning, the simplified lesson plan is considered more relevant as it accommodates contextual and student-centered learning. However, the effectiveness of the simplified lesson plan highly depends on teachers’ pedagogical competence in designing and implementing learning activities. Therefore, teachers’ skills and creativity are required to ensure that the simplified lesson plan can optimally achieve learning objectives.

Kadhapy, Moh., paputungan, frezy, B. Jassin, Iwan
Abstract: Digitalization in education continues to increase, particularly in the use of learning media. However, various challenges associated with the emergence of eras based on birth years often lead to differing perspectives on… improving the quality of education today. The process of integrating Powtoon learning media with a sense of responsibility in Gen Z students requires a comprehensive effort, considering that the assessment indicators for this attitude are crucial for learners in the modern era. Gen Z students (born 1997-2012) are digital natives who are pragmatic, creative, and highly dependent on technology for learning and personal branding. They favor visual-interactive methods, care about mental health/the environment, and focus on practical career outcomes (side hustles), but are prone to distraction and anxiety. Meanwhile, types of student attitude assessments generally include direct observation by lecturers, self-assessment, peer assessment, and daily journal entries. Aspects assessed include discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, politeness, and initiative. This technique often uses a Likert scale or descriptive rubric. Therefore, it is crucial to pay attention to these items in the learning process at university. Powtoon is a web-based online animation and presentation creation platform that allows users to create engaging visual content, such as explainer videos, without requiring advanced graphic design skills. This application uses drag-and-drop features, ready-to-use templates, animated characters, and is supported by AI-based tools. This research uses a descriptive method, namely a research approach that aims to describe, explain, or map the characteristics of a phenomenon, situation, or population systematically, factually, and accurately based on data collected during the study. The results show the successful integration of Powtoon learning media with the responsible attitude of Gen Z students, evidenced by the existence of an orderly, understandable learning process and a high quality of understanding.

Jalal, Novita Maulidya
Abstract: This study aims to examine the academic resilience of Islamic boarding school students through a library research approach by reviewing national and international literature related to personal, social, spiritual, and pedagogical… dagogical factors that shape students’ academic endurance. Findings indicate that academic resilience among santri develops through the interaction of self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, self-regulation skills, and social support from peers, teachers, and dormitory caregivers. The disciplined, communal, and religious environment of pesantren strengthens adaptive coping mechanisms, particularly in managing academic pressure, demanding study schedules, and religious obligations. International literature highlights that interpersonal support and religious culture enhance students’ psychological resilience and academic engagement. Moreover, spiritual routines such as prayer and scriptural study function as emotional regulation tools that promote mental stability. The review also reveals that pesantren’s intensive instructional methods foster long-term academic perseverance, although they may increase stress when not accompanied by adequate social support. Overall, this study underscores that academic resilience among santri is a product of the holistic ecology of Islamic boarding school education. Therefore, strengthening resilience requires integrated strategies that simultaneously develop psychological, social, and spiritual capacities.   Keywords : Academic Resilience, Islamic Boarding School,Students
