slamic fasting—particularly Ramadan and sunnah fasting—and cellular repair processes through biological mechanisms such as autophagy, cell regeneration, and mitochondrial function enhancement. Using an integrative literature review method, this study synthesized findings from scientific and Islamic sources retrieved from databases including PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar from 2015 to 2025. The findings reveal that fasting positively affects systemic inflammation reduction, improved insulin sensitivity, metabolic regulation, and the prevention of premature aging and degenerative diseases. Moreover, fasting strengthens psychological and spiritual dimensions, supporting mental health and enhancing emotional resilience. This synergy between biological and spiritual benefits highlights fasting as a holistic health strategy. The study affirms that Islamic values align with modern preventive health principles and offer a solid foundation for spiritually based health promotion. Further research is recommended to evaluate specific biomarkers related to fasting-induced cell regeneration.

and vomiting. About 50-80% of pregnant women experience nausea and vomiting in early pregnancy, typically between 6-12 weeks of gestation, due to gastrointestinal and psychological distress. One therapy to reduce the discomfort of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy is the use of citrus lemon aromatherapy. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of inhaling citrus lemon aromatherapy on the degree of nausea and vomiting (emesis gravidarum) in pregnant women during the first trimester. Methods: This paper uses a type of qualitative research whit a case study design. Results: The results of the nursing implementation stated that after the administration of citrus lemon aromatherapy inhalation, there was a decrease in the PUQE-24 score, namely from the category of moderate nausea and vomiting with a score of 12 to no nausea and vomiting with a score of 3. Conclusion: The effect of inhaling citrus lemon aromatherapy on the degree of nausea and vomiting (emesis gravidarum) in pregnant women during the first trimester is quite effective in helping to reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnant women.

Depression, closely associated with obesity, is often exacerbated by unhealthy eating habits used as coping mechanisms. Chronic stress-induced immune system disorders result in decreased immune responses, while respiratory issues such as asthma are intensified by increased anxiety. Skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema frequently worsen due to psychological stress. In digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, stress contributes to more severe symptoms, and osteoporosis is similarly affected by chronic stress impacting bone metabolism. These findings affirm the critical importance of routine mental health screenings and the integration of effective public health interventions in overall health management, as exemplified by the Rehab Hati Foundation. Public health programs that enhance mental health can aid in preventing and managing physical illnesses, improving life quality, and reducing overall health burdens. The conclusion highlights the essential role of effective mental health management as both a preventive and therapeutic strategy.

Based on the analysis results, the variable of the Indonesian National Police's PRESISI Mobile Application has a significant partial effect on the Quality of Public Services. This study was able to demonstrate that the PRESISI Mobile Application of the Indonesian National Police has a 44.9% effect on the Quality of Public Services, while the remaining 55.1% is affected by other unobserved factors not included in this study. These results suggest that the PRESISI Mobile Application of the Indonesian National Police is an important factor in technological development for improving the quality of mobile-based public services that are easily accessible to the public for receiving services or information related to the police

This service aims to identify fasting blood sugar and evaluate the effectiveness of education in increasing knowledge in the elderly. The method used is health education through lectures and interactive discussions at the Mugi Sehat Elderly Posyandu, Dukuhwaluh Village. The results of the activity showed that some of the results of the fasting blood sugar test were within the normal limit. The provision of education was proven to increase the level of understanding of respondents, which was shown by an increase in knowledge scores from the average pre-test of 70.31 to 86.93 in the post-test after the intervention. In conclusion, health education plays an important role in increasing the awareness of the elderly about controlling prediabetes risk factors to prevent the development of diabetes.

This research aims to analyze the prospective added value stemming from the pempek businesses in Melayu Sub-District, Tenggarong, Kutai Kertanegara. The acquired data underwent meticulous processing, tabulation, and subsequent analytical examination, characterized by both descriptive and value-added analyses, utilizing the Hayami model. The research showed that the managed pempek businesses are predominantly of small scale, utilizing relatively simple technology. On average, a single production cycle yields 126.64 kg, or monthly output of 633.2 kg. The value-added analysis reveals a figure of 186,734 IDR per kg, with a commendable value-added ratio of 70.95%. This signifies that the conversion of belida fish into pempek not only imparts substantial value but also presents a highly promising avenue for further expansion and development.

The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using instruments measuring oral and dental health maintenance and a doctor’s diagnosis to determine the presence of periodontitis. Analisis was conducted using the Fisher exact Test (p-value = 0,000). The results indicate a significant relationship between oral and dental health maintenance and the incidence of periodontitis in diabetes mellitus patients. Healthcare workers play a crucial role in educating on the importance of maintaining oral and dental health, including brushing teeth twice daily (morning after meals and before sleeping) and regularly visiting the dentist every six months.
