Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan Hiscock di Melbourne, Australia, 32% ibu mengatakan sering mengalami kesulitan tidur pada anaknya. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa bayi sering mengalami gangguan tidur, baik yang berkepanjangan maupun parah atau berulang. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk membantu meningkatkan kualitas tidur bayi adalah dengan baby massage, membantu mengurangi ketegangan otot-otot bayi sehingga timbul perasaan nyaman dan rileks. Selain itu durasi tidur yang lebih lama dipicu oleh pelepasan oksitosin dan endorfin pada saat baby massage. Hormon oksitosin berfungsi untuk menurunkan kadar stress dalam otak sehingga bayi merasa lebih tenang dan nyaman bahkan kualitas tidurnya meningkat, sedangkan hormon endorfin adalah suatu hormon untuk meredakan nyeri dan menghilangkan rasa tidak nyaman Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan baby massage terhadap kualitas tidur bayi usia 3-6 bulan. Metode: Pendekatan studi kasus ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan melihat kualitas tidur bayi usia 3-6 bulan menggunakan lembar B-PSQI. 2019 terdapat 264 kasus depresi dimana sebanyak 20 juta kasus merupakan kasus skizofrenia diseluruh dunia. Di Indonesia pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 31,5% penduduknya mengalami gangguan psikosis. Di Jawa Tengah khususnya RSUD Banyumas pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 2.130 pasien mengalami skizofrenia dimana sebanyak 1.477 pasien mengalami halusinasi. Halusinasi merupakan gejala yang dialami oleh setiap individu yang mengalami gangguan pada persepsi sensorik dimana seseorang mendengar, mencium, mengecap dan melihat hal-hal yang sebenarnya tidak ada yang hanya dirasakan oleh orang tersebut dalam waktu satu bulan atau lebih. Cara meminimalkan gejala halusinasi memerlukan penatalaksanaan salah satunya yaitu terapi dzikir.
Tujuan dari studi kasus ini yaitu menggambarkan penerapan terapi dzikir pada pasien untuk mengontrol halusinasi pendengaran di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Banyumas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kepada 1 pasien yang mengalami halusinasi pendengaran dan pasien yang dapat membina hubungan saling percaya serta kooperatif. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan demonstrasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh terapi dzikir dalam mengontrol halusinasi pendengaran yang dibuktikan dengan adanya penurunan skor tingkat halusinasi dari 19 menjadi 10 dan pasien mampu mengontrol halusinasinya dengan berdzikir. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan terapi tambahan dalam mengontrol halusinasi pada pasien dengan halusinasi pendengaran.

. The World Health Organization in 2021 stated that the prevalence of schizophrenia in the world increased to 26 million people. Hallucinations are one of the symptoms of mental disorders where a person experiences changes or disturbances in sensory perception involving the five senses. The most common hallucination is auditory hallucination. One of the non-pharmacological treatments that can be done in patients with auditory hallucination is Murottal Therapy. Murottal therapy is a therapy by reading or listening to Al-Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the nursing process regarding the application of murottal therapy as an effort to control auditory hallucination. The research method used is a case study with the target of schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucinations at Banyumas Hospital. After Murottal Therapy for 6 days, the results showed that the patient could control his hallucinations as evidenced by the Auditory Hallucination Rating Scale score which decreased, score of 22 on the first day and a score of 10 on the sixth day. Therefore, it can be concluded that Murottal Therapy Surah Ar-Rahman verses 1-78 which is performed once a day for 6 days with a duration of 16 minutes, has proven effective for controlling auditory hallucinations in schizophrenic patients.

Pada usia remaja kemasan dapat dirasakan dalam situasi apapun salah satunya pada saat akan menghadapi ujian terutama pada siswa SMA kelas XII. Dalam menangani kecemasan pada siswa kelas XII sebelum ujian dapat dilakukan dengan terapi relaksasi hipnosis lima jari. Tujuan dari dilakukannya Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa mengenai kecemasan dan keterampilan melakukan terapi relaksasi hipnosis lima jari untuk menurunkan kecemasan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pendidikan kesehatan melalui ceramah dan demonstrasi video terapi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan sebanyak 2 pertemuan dan dihadiri oleh 60 siswa kelas XII sebagai responden. Hasil dari PkM ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tinggi setelah pendidikan kesehatan sebanyak 34 siswa (56,7%) dan adanya penurunan terhadap tingkat kecemasan dengan mayoritas siswa tidak cemas sebanyak 34 siswa (56,7%). Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini yaitu melalui pendidikan kesehatan dapat meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan dan terapi relaksasi hipnosis lima jari dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan.

The relationship between per capita income, economic growth, and inflation reflects societal well-being. This study analyzes the impact of per capita income and inflation on economic growth in Indonesia from 1998 to 2023. The aim is to determine the effect of per capita income and inflation on economic growth, both partially and simultaneously. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that per capita income and inflation significantly affect economic growth. Per capita income has a positive impact, while inflation significantly influences economic growth. This study recommends economic policies that consider the effects of per capita income and inflation to promote sustainable economic growth. The research uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis, using secondary data from BPS and the World Bank. The variables studied are economic growth (dependent variable), per capita income (independent variable X1), and inflation (independent variable X2). Data were collected from documents and annual reports, with validity from official sources and reliability tested over 26 years. Data analysis shows that independent variables affect the dependent variable by 50.9%. The results indicate that per capita income and inflation significantly influence Indonesia's economic growth. Economic policies should consider these two factors to achieve sustainable economic growth.

At the high school level and equivalent, students begin preparing for the next stage in their education or entering the workforce. Many challenges arise for students when speaking in front of an audience in a formal setting and explaining their presentations. Students face difficulties due to a lack of self-confidence, nervousness, panic, and a lack of mastery over the material they will present. In addition to a lack of self-confidence, other challenges include limited vocabulary, low communication skills, fear of judgment from others, and insufficient preparation. Basic public speaking training at Al Ma'shum High School in Kisaran would be highly beneficial for students to boost their self-confidence, enhance their communication skills, sharpen their critical and logical thinking abilities, and equip them for entering the workforce. The basic public speaking training will involve methods such as self-introduction exercises, role-playing, speech structure practice, impromptu speaking, expression training, intonation and articulation exercises, as well as feedback and evaluation.

The informants selected were key informants, namely the village head and a community figure, as well as additional informants consisting of two company officials, four employees who lived in Wonua Morome Village, and four community members. So the total informants in this investigation were 12 people, and several key informants came from village officials. The emergence of industrial areas in an area is believed to bring positive and negative factors to the lives of people in that area, such as positive social impacts, namely that industry can provide employment opportunities for local residents. The presence of the business world in Wonua Morome Village opens up employment opportunities for the local community. And the negative social aspect is contact with crocodiles which can cause social conflict. This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the important role of Information Technology education in improving the quality of education, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in its implementation. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study to gather and analyze various relevant sources related to this topic. The data obtained indicate that despite significant challenges, such as the lack of adequate infrastructure and the readiness of educators to use technology, the implementation of IT in education has a significant positive impact on the quality of learning. The implementation of IT opens up great opportunities, particularly in terms of learning accessibility, which can be accessed by anyone, anytime, and anywhere. Technology also provides flexibility in teaching methods, both online and offline, allowing students to learn according to their needs and abilities. On the other hand, the use of IT can enhance the quality of learning through various innovations such as e-learning, simulations, and interactive learning tools that support a deeper and more enjoyable understanding of the material.
