sosial, dan emosional. Menurut klasifikasi World Healt Organization (WHO), usia remaja dalam hal ini berkisar antara 10 sampai 19 tahun. Pada usia remaja kemasan dapat dirasakan dalam situasi apapun salah satunya pada saat akan menghadapi ujian terutama pada siswa SMA kelas XII. Dalam menangani kecemasan pada siswa kelas XII sebelum ujian dapat dilakukan dengan terapi relaksasi hipnosis lima jari. Tujuan dari dilakukannya Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa mengenai kecemasan dan keterampilan melakukan terapi relaksasi hipnosis lima jari untuk menurunkan kecemasan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pendidikan kesehatan melalui ceramah dan demonstrasi video terapi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan sebanyak 2 pertemuan dan dihadiri oleh 60 siswa kelas XII sebagai responden. Hasil dari PkM ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tinggi setelah pendidikan kesehatan sebanyak 34 siswa (56,7%) dan adanya penurunan terhadap tingkat kecemasan dengan mayoritas siswa tidak cemas sebanyak 34 siswa (56,7%). Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini yaitu melalui pendidikan kesehatan dapat meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan dan terapi relaksasi hipnosis lima jari dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan.

The relationship between per capita income, economic growth, and inflation reflects societal well-being. This study analyzes the impact of per capita income and inflation on economic growth in Indonesia from 1998 to 2023. The aim is to determine the effect of per capita income and inflation on economic growth, both partially and simultaneously. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that per capita income and inflation significantly affect economic growth. Per capita income has a positive impact, while inflation significantly influences economic growth. This study recommends economic policies that consider the effects of per capita income and inflation to promote sustainable economic growth. The research uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis, using secondary data from BPS and the World Bank. The variables studied are economic growth (dependent variable), per capita income (independent variable X1), and inflation (independent variable X2). Data were collected from documents and annual reports, with validity from official sources and reliability tested over 26 years. Data analysis shows that independent variables affect the dependent variable by 50.9%. The results indicate that per capita income and inflation significantly influence Indonesia's economic growth. Economic policies should consider these two factors to achieve sustainable economic growth.

Public speaking is a crucial skill in various aspects of life, ranging from education to the professional world. This ability not only helps in academic presentations but also impacts how a person communicates and influences others. At the high school level and equivalent, students begin preparing for the next stage in their education or entering the workforce. Many challenges arise for students when speaking in front of an audience in a formal setting and explaining their presentations. Students face difficulties due to a lack of self-confidence, nervousness, panic, and a lack of mastery over the material they will present. In addition to a lack of self-confidence, other challenges include limited vocabulary, low communication skills, fear of judgment from others, and insufficient preparation. Basic public speaking training at Al Ma'shum High School in Kisaran would be highly beneficial for students to boost their self-confidence, enhance their communication skills, sharpen their critical and logical thinking abilities, and equip them for entering the workforce. The basic public speaking training will involve methods such as self-introduction exercises, role-playing, speech structure practice, impromptu speaking, expression training, intonation and articulation exercises, as well as feedback and evaluation.

The informants selected were key informants, namely the village head and a community figure, as well as additional informants consisting of two company officials, four employees who lived in Wonua Morome Village, and four community members. So the total informants in this investigation were 12 people, and several key informants came from village officials. The emergence of industrial areas in an area is believed to bring positive and negative factors to the lives of people in that area, such as positive social impacts, namely that industry can provide employment opportunities for local residents. The presence of the business world in Wonua Morome Village opens up employment opportunities for the local community. And the negative social aspect is contact with crocodiles which can cause social conflict. The presence of the business world in Wonua Morome Village has led to land conflicts between immigrants and local residents. The positive economic impact is to increase village cash income. The data obtained indicate that despite significant challenges, such as the lack of adequate infrastructure and the readiness of educators to use technology, the implementation of IT in education has a significant positive impact on the quality of learning. The implementation of IT opens up great opportunities, particularly in terms of learning accessibility, which can be accessed by anyone, anytime, and anywhere. Technology also provides flexibility in teaching methods, both online and offline, allowing students to learn according to their needs and abilities. The outcomes of using the literature investigate method are listed below: (1) Poverty as a disadvantage to citizens measured in terms of a certain standard of living, which refers to relative poverty designs that carry out similar analyzes in many poor countries.
