Abstrak: Kemampuan Komputer untuk mengingat dan menyimpan informasi dengan baik dapat dimanfaatkan tanpa harus bergantung kepada kekurangan-kekurangan yang dimiliki manusia, seperti lapar, haus dan emosi yang sewaktu-waktu bisa dirasakan seperti pada manusia. Kecuali karena energy listrik, semua kelemahan manusia dalam mengingat sesuatu bisa dilakukan oleh komputer tanpa kendala. Pelacakan kedepan atau runut maju ini adalah pendekatan yang dimotori data (data-driven). Dalam pendekatan ini pelacakan dimulai dari informasi masukan, dan selanjutnya mencoba menggambarkan kesimpulan. Konsep dasar sistem pakar dimana pengguna menyampaikan informasi atau fakta untuk sistem pakar kemudian pengguna menerima solusi atau jawaban dari sistem pakar. Aplikasi Sistem Pakar Untuk Mendeteksi Kerusakan Alat Berat Pada PT.Tamako Raya Perdana ini dibuat agar dapat membantu para Operator Alat Berat (Excavator) atau Perusahaan, dan mungkin dapat membantu Mekanik bila lupa akan mekanisme kerja pada Alat Berat (Excavator). Sehingga mereka tidak perlu lagi bersusah payah untuk mendapatkan informasi yang mereka butuhkan dalam menangani masalah-masalah pada Excavator tersebut.

But the management is still manually so that problems occur such as difficulty in finding incoming or outgoing mail because it is still stored in folders, can only be accessed by one person because it is still stored on a computer and it is difficult to classify incoming mail. Therefore there must be a web-based incoming and outgoing mail management application. The purpose of this research is to implement a web-based incoming and outgoing mail application in the Information Systems Study Program. The model used for its development uses the waterfall model, while the testing model uses a black box. The results of this study are knowing the usability of implementing incoming and outgoing letters in the Information Systems Study Program.

Abstrak: Program Studi Sistem Informasi merupakan salah satu program studi yang ada di Universitas Terbuka. Tugas dan tanggung jawab program studi adalah mengelola layanan akademik maupun non akademik. Pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar merupakan salah satu tugas yang harus dijalankan agar proses layanan menjadi maksimal. Namun pengelolaannya masih secara manual sehingga terjadi permasalahan seperti sulitnya mencari surat yang masuk atau surat yang keluar karena masih di simpan dalam folder-folder, hanya bisa di akses oleh satu orang karena masih disimpan dalam sebuah komputer dan sulit mengklasifikasikan surat yang masuk. Oleh sebab itu harus ada sebuah aplikasi pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan aplikasi surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web di Program Studi Sistem Informasi. Model yang digunakan untuk pengembangannya menggunakan model watelfall, sedangkan model pengujiannya menggunakan black box. The program is designed as an implementation of the explicit formulas of finite difference formulated by Khan and Ohba. Through this program, one can easily calculate the second derivative of a function numerically with any order of accuracy and visualize it in a graphical form. Error of numerical derivatives in each order of accuracy confirm the validity of the obtained results.

Abstrak: Dalam makalah ini dibahas pengembangan program aplikasi komputasi pada MATLAB untuk menghitung turunan kedua suatu fungsi dengan menggunakan metode beda hingga pada berbagai tipe (maju, mundur, atau pusat) dan sebarang orde ketelitian. Program MATLAB ini melanjutkan program serupa yang telah dibuat untuk turunan pertama. Program ini dirancang sebagai implementasi dari rumus eksplisit beda hingga yang diformulasi oleh Khan dan Ohba. Melalui program ini, seseorang dengan mudah dapat menghitung turunan kedua suatu fungsi secara numerik dengan sebarang orde ketelitian dan memvisualisasinya dalam bentuk grafik. Galat dari turunan numerik di setiap orde ketelitian mengkonfirmasi kevalidan hasil yang diperoleh.

While the use of applications in the field of education is still felt to be lacking especially in rural schools so that there is a gap between urban schools and rural schools. This condition occurs in SMP PGRI Malangbong where the use of applications is still lacking. One example is in the recording of books in schools that are still manual which complicates operations in the school. The solution offered is to create an online book recapitulation system which is expected to be very useful for school operations. The online book recapitulation system was built using the waterfall method starting from the analysis, design, implementation, testing to maintenance stages.

Abstrak: Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi di bidang pendidikan, survei Penggunaan dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dilakukan terhadap 4.014 sekolah yang tersebar di 34 provinsi. Berdasarkan jenjang pendidikan, SD dan sederajat sebanyak 64,55 persen, SMP dan sederajat sebanyak 19,22 persen dan SMA dan sederajat sebanyak 16,23 persen. Sedangkan penggunaan aplikasi dibidang pendidikan masih dirasa kurang terutama di sekolah-sekolah pedesaan sehingga terjadinya kesenjangan antara sekolah diperkotaan dan sekolah pedesaan. Kondisi tersebut terjadi pada SMP PGRI Malangbong dimana penggunaan aplikasi masih sangat kurang. Salah satu contohnya adalah dalam perekapan buku di sekolah yang masih bersifat manual yang menyulitkan operasional di sekolah tersebut. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan membuat sistem rekap buku online yang diharapkan sangat berguna bagi operasional sekolah. Sistem rekap buku online ini dibangun menggunakan metode waterfall mulai dari tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian sampai dengan pemeliharaan.

However, in the process of managing the process of input, output and reporting of goods that are done manually (still using paper) are not monitored properly, often there are outgoing or incoming goods whose data is not recorded. This, in the long run, will cause large losses. The purpose of this study is to build applications that function to help provide information that makes it easy to control the process of entry and exit of goods. The system development methodology used is object-oriented system development using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results obtained from this research are the design and construction of Inventory Information System POS (Point of Sales) in the form of Context Diagrams and UML Diagrams (Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams), with the results of black box testing conducted already in operation properly according to the needs of the retail owner.

Abstrak: Data Survei Sosial Ekonomi Nasional Badan Pusat Statistik (Susenas, BPS) 2016 menunjukkan, jumlah rata-rata pengeluaran pulsa secara nasional per bulan pada 2016 mencapai Rp 22.182 per kapita [1]. Tentu saja hal ini menjadi peluang usaha untuk para pengusaha retail counter. Namun, dalam proses pengelolaannya proses input, output dan pelaporan barang yang dilakukan secara manual (masih menggunakan kertas) tidak termonitoring dengan baik, seringkali terjadi adanya barang keluar ataupun barang masuk yang tidak tercatat datanya. Hal ini dalam jangka panjang akan menimbulkan kerugian yang besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi yang berfungsi dalam membantu memberikan informasi yang memudahkan dalam pengontrolan proses keluar masuknya barang. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah pengembangan sistem berorientasi objek menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan dan pembangunan Sistem Informasi Inventory P.O.S (Point of Sales) berupa Diagram Konteks dan UML Diagram (Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram), dengan hasil pengujian black box yang dilakukan telah beroperasi dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan owner retail.

Pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan analisis perancangan sistem informasi inventarisasi berbasis web, penulis menggunakan model Waterfall, bahasa pemrograman Java dipilih penulis dalam merancang aplikasi inventarisasi ini. This will obviously affect the quality of cattle which results in expensive maintenance costs, less than optimal production yields and even death of cows. The purpose of this study was to conduct a study of the application of technology in the selection of the best beef cattle to increase livestock yield, especially for local independent breeders. The technology used is a combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Multy Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) Method. Through a combination of methods, researchers analyzed each criterion and alternative related to the selection of the best beef cattle. AHP method was chosen because it has the ability to analyze more consistent criteria. While the selection of the MFEP method is due to having the ability to analyze alternatives based on existing criteria in a simple and accurate way. The results of the AHP and MFEP analysis method are AHP analysis to assist in determining the priority factors of beef cattle seedlings and applied to the MFEP method which produces the highest alternative A6 with a value of 0.508. This research is expected to become a new foundation for farmers in knowing the criteria and alternatives in determining the best type of beef cattle.

Abstrak : PT. Kompacindo Area Utama merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang berlokasi di Sunter, Jakarta Utara bergerak dibidang penjualan suku cadang alat berat berupa coupler. Perusahaan ini awalnya menggunakan lembaran stok dalam pengelolaan stok barang, dokumentasi untuk barang masuk dan juga keluar masih menggunakan lembaran manual sehingga rentan hilang, rusak dan tidak dapat dicadangkan, serta pembuatan surat jalan dan invoice masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Untuk itu dibuat suatu program yang dapat memperbaiki pengelolaan stok barang dan dokumentasi surat jalan dan invoice. Sistem yang dihasilkan dapat melakukan pengelolaan stok barang meliputi dokumentasi barang masuk, barang keluar, kemudian dapat membantu administrasi mencetak surat jalan dan invoice. Sistem Administrasi Stok Coupler Pada PT.Kompacindo Area Utama dibuat menggunakan aplikasi berbasis website menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL digunakan untuk menangani dan mengelola database.

Evaluation is a necessity for companies to move forward and develop in facing business competition. One method of evaluating that can be used objectively is extracting information through a stored database. This study intends to analyze the factors that affect profit outcomes based on profit-based data. The data will be analyzed using method Bayes. Through this method will get a pattern that affects profits. However, it is not easy to analyze data with this method because of the large amount of data that will cost a lot of time and time. So to simplify the analysis, researchers use tools in analyzing the data the results of the benefits of rapidminer software. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, rapidminer software can help and make it easier to produce probabilities to be predicted. The results of this study are from the set test conducted, the prediction of profit results can be ascertained to be achieved and the possibility of certainty is reached 0.59% and the possibility of not reaching 0.41%.

Abstrak: Penerapan teknologi informasi saat ini berkembang begitu pesat. Salah satunya penerapan teknologi yang dapat diterapkan didunia industri yaitu untuk evaluasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Evaluasi merupakan suatu keharusan bagi perusahaan untuk terus maju dan berkembang menghadapi persaingan usaha. Salah satu cara mengevaluasi yang dapat dugunakan secara objektif yaitu penggalian informasi melalui database yang tersimpan.Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisa faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil keuntungan berdasarkan data hasil keuntungan. Data tersebut akan dianalisis menggunakan metodeneive bayes. Melalui metode ini akan mendapatkan pola yang mempengaruhi keuntungan.Namun tidaklah mudah dalam menganalisis data dengan metode ini dikarenanakan banyaknya data yang akan menghabiskan biaya dan waktu yang cukup lama. Maka untuk mempermudah analisis tersebut, peneliti menggunakan alat bantu dalam menganalisis data hasil keuntungan yaitusoftware rapidminer.Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, software rapidminer dapat membantu dan mempermudah menghasilkan probabilitas untuk dijadikan prediksi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dari uji set yang dilakukan, prediksi hasil keuntungan dapat dipastikan tercapai dan kemungkinan kepastian tercapai 0,59% serta kemungkinan tidak tercapai 0,41%.

Abstrak: Fantasy Kids merupakan sebuah distro baju anak-anak di kawasan Bangkinang, Kabupaten Kampar, Riau. Data Mining merupakan pegembangan atau penemuan informasi baru dengan mencari pola atau aturan tertentu dari sejumlah data dalam jumlah besar diharapkan dapat mengatasi kondisi tersebut. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam pembangunan aplikasi ini adalah metode Association Rule dengan Algoritma Apriori. Metode Association Rule adalah suatu prosedur untuk mencari hubungan antara item dalam suatu kumpulan data yang ditentukan. Dalam menentukan suatu Association Rule, terdapat suatu ukuran kepercayaan yang di dapatkan dari hasil pengolahan data dengan perhitungan tertentu. Algoritma Apriori merupakan salah satu alternatif Algoritma yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan himpunan data yang paling sering muncul (frequent itemset) dalam suatu kumpulan data.
