n Method in Improving the Memorization of the Qur'an at the Ar-Raudhoh Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach method, by describing or describing the results of the research carried out such as interviews, observations and documentation. The population in this study is all students and teachers in the Ar-raudhoh Islamic boarding school. while the sample in this study was a total of 5 informants who were believed to have the information needed and could represent from the population. The results of this study are 1) preparation for the implementation of simaan at the Ar-raudhoh Islamic boarding school, namely by repeating memorization as often as possible and for a long time. 2) the implementation of the simaan method in the Ar-raudhoh islamic boarding school is a.simaan weekly, b.simaan semester, c.simaan memorization even 5, 10,15, 20, 25 juz, d.simaan kubro is simaan 30 juz in one sitting. 3) the simaan method can improve the memorization of the Qur'an in the Ar-raudhoh islamic boarding school by careful and continuous preparation, but if the simaan method is not done with istiqomah, then memorization will not be maintained. 4) Tahsin can improve the memorization of the Qur'an in terms of minimizing mistakes, because in Tahsin reading the Qur'an must be done carefully, because if ignored it will cause a change in meaning. 5) driving factors in carrying out simaan methods such as: giving motivation, giving memorization targets, desires from oneself and others. Results in this study: The value of Pancasila character developed through the implementation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri Tandes Kidul I No. 110 Surabaya City is not optimal; this is evidenced by the results of observation where not all students practice the developed Pancasila character. 10 out of 18 class teachers said that the development of Pancasila character in the implementation of the independent curriculum requires a long time and process. In addition, the implementation of the independent curriculum policy in schools is also still found to be found many obstacles, including Teachers still do not understand the independent curriculum policy, there is still confusion in implementing the independent curriculum. ery important for SMEs, because they serve as a transparent communication tool between management and stakeholders, as well as a basis for making informed decisions. SMEs have a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy, contributing around 60% of gross domestic product (GDP) and absorbing more than 97% of the workforce. However, many SMEs still face challenges in preparing financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. This study uses a systematic literature review method to collect and analyze various relevant studies on the application of SAK and its impact on the quality of financial statements. The results showed that the application of SAK significantly improved the transparency, relevance, and reliability of SMEs' financial statements. In addition, the study also identified various factors that influence the adoption of SAK, such as the education level of business owners, access to accounting training, and support from the government. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of good accounting standards implementation to improve the quality of SMEs' financial statements, which in turn can improve the competitiveness and performance of businesses in the market. Recommendations are given to improve the understanding and application of SAK among SMEs in Indonesia.

his study examines the mechanism of transmitting legal texts without editorial changes and compares the ijtihad of the four schools of jurisprudence regarding time limits to provide consumer protection solutions in the digital age. The methodology employed is normative legal research using a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach through library research. Data collection techniques involved cataloging hadiths on khiyar from the Kutubus Sittah, identifying the structure of the isnad, and analyzing key vocabulary (mufradat). Data analysis was conducted through stages of isnad criticism to assess the quality of the narrators, systematic analysis of the matn, comparative analysis across schools of thought, and the synchronization of traditional principles with modern economic realities. The research results indicate that the hadiths on khiyar possess exceptional chain of transmission quality within the Silsilah adz-Dzahab tradition, ensuring the text’s accuracy free from distortion over fourteen centuries. Regarding the time limit for khiyar syarat, differing viewpoints were identified: the Shafi’i school limits it to a maximum of three days, while the Maliki school allows a duration of up to 38 days depending on the type of object. In conclusion, the principle of khiyar remains relevant in the digital economy through the transformation of the order cancellation feature as a manifestation of khiyar majelis, as well as the return policy as an application of khiyar aib and khiyar syarat. The implications of this research emphasize that the ethical values of khiyar can serve as a foundation for regulators in refining consumer protection laws to minimize information asymmetry and ensure full consent (antaradin) in every online transaction

Findings reveal that successful integration creates a holistic leadership model that aligns spiritual, educational, and environmental objectives. Leaders act as transformative agents, internalizing eco-Islamic theology into institutional policies, curricula, and community practices. The study concludes that the Eco-Pesantren leadership model offers a significant framework for sustainable community development rooted in local religious wisdom. It recommends further development of this paradigm for broader application in Islamic educational institutions and communities facing environmental challenges.

The method used is normative legal research with a case study approach and a conceptual approach, utilizing secondary data from legal literature, journals, and bullying cases at the Al-Azhar Janapria Islamic Boarding School in Central Lombok. The results indicate that bullying behavior can be explained through strain theory, differential association theory, social control theory, and labeling theory. Bullying is influenced by faulty social learning processes, weak social control, and the application of negative labels. Criminogenic factors include the social environment, the individual, peers, and the family. Prevention efforts need to be carried out comprehensively through synergy between families, schools, and the community to create a safe and violence-free educational environment.

The target of this activity was the staff of the Pharmacy Installation at RSUD Latemmamala, who experienced a decline in overall trust due to leadership perceived as lacking firmness in directing the team. The methods employed included direct observation through workplace interactions, interviews with the head and staff of the Pharmacy Installation, and direct observation of real working conditions within the hospital environment. The proposed activities consisted of obtaining permission to conduct the program, organizing workshops or socialization sessions on the application of visionary leadership to support improvements in pharmaceutical service quality, documenting all stages of the activity, and preparing a comprehensive report containing observations, analysis, constraints, and recommendations for future activities. Overall, the results indicate that visionary leadership is highly effective in a dynamic work environment such as the Pharmacy Installation of RSUD Soppeng. The findings reveal a strong relationship between the implementation of visionary leadership and improvements in staff discipline, responsibility, and professionalism. Thus, the leader’s ability to clearly communicate a shared vision and inspire subordinates is a key factor in building a solid pharmacy team that is adaptive to change and oriented toward improving the quality of patient services at RSUD Soppeng.
