Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of atlas teaching aids has a positive and significant effect on increasing students’ learning interest in the Social Studies subject in Grade V at MI Miftah Assa’adah, South Tangerang.
Abstract:Background : Mental disorders are conditions in which individuals experience disturbances in psychological, social, and biological functions. One of the most common symptoms in patients with schizophrenia is visual hallucination,…
cination, which refers to the perception of seeing something that does not actually exist. This condition affects the patient’s ability to function and interact with their social environment. Appropriate nursing interventions are required to help patients manage their hallucinations. One such intervention is the talking technique, a distraction strategy that redirects the patient’s attention from hallucinations to real-life interaction. Objective : This study aims to determine the process of mental nursing care for patients with sensory perception disorders: visual hallucinations with a focus on conversation interventions at Dr. Soedjarwadi Klaten Regional Hospital. Method : The design of this study uses a case study method consisting of stages of assessment, determination of nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The subject in this study was Mr. P, a patient at the Dr. RM Soedjarwadi Klaten Regional Mental Hospital. Results : The results of the study showed that consistent implementation of conversational strategies during treatment can reduce the intensity of hallucinations, increase awareness of reality, and rebuild patients' social interaction abilities. Counclusion : Conversation intervention is an effective approach in treating visual hallucinations in mental disorders patients.
Abstract:Background: The Family Planning Program (KB) is a government effort to control population growth in Indonesia. One of the contraceptive methods that is highly recommended in the KB program is the intra uterine device (IUD)…

Data analysis was carried out using bivariate and univariate, significance was determined if (p value <0.05). data processing was carried out using SPSS. Result: The results of the study showed that in the knowledge variable there were 37 respondents with good knowledge, 23 respondents with sufficient knowledge and 6 respondents with less knowledge. As for the attitude variable, there were 52 respondents with positive attitudes and 14 respondents with negative attitudes. The results of this study also show that there is an influence between knowledge and interest in mothers using IUD with P-Value = 0.003, while the attitude variable also shows that there is an influence between attitude and interest in mothers using IUD with P-Value = 0.010. Conclusion: there is a significant influence between knowledge on interest in mothers using IUD and attitude on interest in mothers using IUD
Abstract:A fuzzy logic-based control system in household split-type air conditioners (AC) offers an alternative approach to reducing excess energy consumption without compromising thermal comfort. This study aims to test the effectiveness…
ctiveness of three types of membership functions (MF), namely triangular, trapezoidal, and Gaussian, in improving energy efficiency and the stability of room temperature and humidity control. Simulations were performed using MATLAB software with the Mamdani fuzzy inference method and centroid defuzzification technique. The three MF were tested using 30 sets of temperature and humidity data to analyze their effect on fan speed and power consumption. The simulation results show that the trapezoidal MF provides the highest energy efficiency of 57.24%, followed by the Gaussian MF at 56.80% and the triangular MF at 53.71%. These findings indicate that fuzzy systems can significantly reduce energy consumption compared to conventional air conditioner controllers. This research is expected to serve as a reference in the development of more energy-efficient intelligent control systems.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, Work Climate, and Skill Variety on the effectiveness of teacher work teams at Integrated Islamic Junior High Schools in the Riau Islands Province.…
The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consists of 120 teachers selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The research instrument is a Likert-scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using Spearman correlation tests and non-parametric regression with the aid of SPSS version 29.00. The results show that all independent variables are positively and significantly related to teacher work team effectiveness (Transformational Leadership: ρ = 0.757; Work Climate: ρ = 0.795; Skill Variety: ρ = 0.767; p < 0.05). Non-parametric regression testing indicates a significant simultaneous effect (ρ = 0.000). Partially, Transformational Leadership (p = 0.253; p = 0.000), Work Climate (ρ = 0.355; p = 0.000), and Skill Variety (ρ = 0.282; p = 0.000) significantly influence teacher work team effectiveness. Work climate is proven to be the dominant factor affecting team effectiveness. The implications of this study affirm that improving teacher work team effectiveness must be carried out holistically through strengthening school principals’ transformational leadership, creating a conducive work climate, and developing teachers’ skill variety.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the influence of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) on the company's financial performance, as well as test the role of operational efficiency as a moderation variable in this relationship.…
ship. The research object includes non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2014–2023. ESG variables are measured using Bloomberg's ESG score which includes environmental, social, and governance dimensions, while operational efficiency is proxied by the Total Asset Turnover ratio. Financial performance is proxied by Return on Assets. The research method uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis. The research sample consisted of 80 companies with a total of 711 observations. The results of the study show that ESG has a significant negative effect on financial performance. However, operational efficiency has been shown to play a role as a moderation variable that strengthens the relationship between ESG and financial performance. This research makes a theoretical contribution by enriching the literature on the relationship between ESG and financial performance, especially in the context of emerging markets. From a practical perspective, the results indicate that the implementation of ESG will only create financial value if integrated with internal efficiency strategies. Thus, companies are advised to not only focus on compliance with ESG aspects, but also ensure efficient management of resources to increase long-term profitability.
