The findings reveal that perceived usefulness, ease of use, social influence, and infrastructural support are the key determinants influencing users’ intentions toward adopting Islamic financial technologies. Furthermore, Shariah-compliant fintech innovation driven by maqaṣid al-shari’ah enhances financial inclusion, ethical governance, and sustainable economic development. The study emphasizes that collaboration among regulators, financial institutions, and educational entities is crucial to developing adaptive regulations and strengthening digital-Shariah literacy. The main conclusion underscores the significance of aligning technological innovation with Islamic ethical principles to advance the competitiveness of the Islamic finance industry globally.

ncreasingly integrating sustainability strategies, such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), environmental management, and sustainable financial policies, into their operations. The research identifies the main issues faced by businesses in implementing these practices and explores the impact of sustainability on both financial and non-financial performance. The findings indicate that companies adopting sustainability practices show improvements in profitability, efficiency, customer loyalty, and employee satisfaction. For instance, companies in sectors such as energy and manufacturing experienced a notable increase in Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) after integrating sustainability efforts. Furthermore, the study highlights the significant role of external factors such as government policies and corporate culture in the success of sustainability initiatives. The results contribute to the understanding of how businesses can leverage sustainability to achieve competitive advantage while addressing environmental and social challenges.

The methodology employed involves a philosophical literature review with thematic analysis of works published within the last five years. Findings reveal that a relationally grounded hybrid model successfully merges the strengths of both paradigms, offering a more inclusive and applicable approach for social policy development. Based on the interest in studying Malcolm X's speech further, the thesis writer decided to analyze Malcolm X's speech at the Oxford Union Debate using Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis framework with a qualitative method that will focus on linguistic issues as part of social and humanitarian issues. The results of this study showed deconstruction result of Malcolm X's speech text by analyzing various linguistic features from the dimensions of text practice (including positive and negative lexical items, key terms of ideology and belief, modality, and rhetorical devices), discursive practice (including intertextuality and shared knowledge), and sociocultural (including formality and personal pronouns), then continued with a discussion of the relationship between discourse, power, and ideology and the role of Malcolm X's speech in the historical context at that time. It can be concluded that Malcolm X's speech highlights his advocacy for revolutionary justice and self-defense for oppressed black people. He also challenged the power structures of his time, opposing segregation and exposing the hypocrisy of the American and Western governments with white supremacy and colonialism behind the mask of democracy.

The research results show that there are several challenges in implementing public administration ethics, such as a lack of employee understanding of the code of ethics, low transparency in decision making, and the practice of nepotism. However, there are also efforts made by the Social Service to improve work ethics, such as ethics training for employees and implementing a monitoring system. This research recommends the need to increase ethical awareness among employees and strengthen monitoring mechanisms to create a more ethical and transparent work environment.

ents' attitudes towards using English, yet it often faces challenges such as different pronunciation from standard English and social stigma related to using a foreign language outside of classroom contexts. A qualitative research method employing in-depth interviews was used to explore students' and teachers' perceptions regarding these issues.
The findings reveal that many students feel insecure and embarrassed when using English, mainly due to their different accents and negative perceptions of their surroundings. However, teacher support and an inclusive classroom atmosphere can alleviate these barriers and enhance students' motivation to learn English. These findings underscore the importance of teaching approaches that accommodate student diversity and build their confidence in using a foreign language.
