Data were collected through observation and tests using observation sheets and test instruments. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study indicate: 1) There is a significant improvement in students' academic performance from the pre-cycle to cycle 2, indicating that the learning model used is effective in enhancing students' understanding and achievement. 2) Changes in teaching strategies successfully increased the average scores and classical mastery percentages, confirming that adjustments in teaching methods have a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. 3) The number of students who have not reached the learning targets decreased from cycle 1 to cycle 2, indicating an improvement in the quality of learning and the success of additional efforts in addressing learning challenges.

The results of this research are that there are 6 teacher obstacles. The first teacher has difficulty identifying the readiness stages of educational units in designing modules and project assessments to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Second, teachers have difficulty determining dimensions and themes in designing modules and assessments for projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Third, teachers have difficulty designing and determining time allocation in module design and assessment as well as implementing projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fourth, teachers have difficulty developing topics and activity lines in designing modules and assessments for projects strengthening the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fifth, teachers have difficulty creating and designing project modules for strengthening Pancasila student profiles (P5). Based on the research results, there is a significant positive influence of the use of learning media on student learning outcomes in the moral aqidah subject at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. This is proven by the calculation results of the equation Y 140.383 + 0.219 In the table for testing the significance of the regression line equation from the 5th column regression row, namely Fcount (b/a) 1.407, and p-value 0.245 > 0.05, so that H0 is accepted, it can be concluded that the regressions of Y and X are significant. The correlation coefficient value obtained r_xy 0.219 < r_table 0.374 is included in the weak correlation because it is in the value range 0.20-0.39. The results of the coefficient of determination show that visual learning media (print) has an influence of 4.8% on student learning outcomes, while 95.2% is influenced by other factors.

Recognized as an essential human right, freedom of expression is explicitly protected by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The focus of this research is to examine the legal norms governing freedom of expression, which include provisions such as Article 28E paragraph (3) and Article 19 of the Constitution 1945, as well as other statutory regulations. The research results show that freedom of expression is recognized as an inalienable right by the state and is one of the foundations for the realization of a just and democratic society. Although freedom of expression is guaranteed by the constitution, this research also highlights the obstacles and challenges in its implementation. In Indonesia, challenges arise in navigating diverse interpretations of freedom of expression, with concerns about potential exploitation by entities harming public interest. Striking a balance between freedom of expression and societal stability/security is deemed crucial. The research aims to better understand the complexity of freedom of expression within the country's constitutional law and its role in promoting equality. This research aims to find useful insights for creating better policies. These policies should strike a good balance between individual freedom and public interest, ultimately fostering a fair and democratic society.
