-EDOM filling done by students is not objective. Efforts should be made so that students can fill it in seriously. This study aims to determine strategies that can be applied so that students can fill out the E-EDOM very objectively. Starting with analyzing and collecting data through a questionnaire. The Delon and Mclean model is used as a basis for creating questions in the questionnaire and processing the questionnaire data. The data collection technique used a simple random sampling method, with a population of 121 students from Amik Riau STMIK who were active in the 2019-2020 school year. Before processing, the data is tested for validity and reliability. After testing the validity and reliability, then testing the hypothesis to determine the relationship between variables in the Delon and Mc Lean success model. The results showed that each variable showed the effect of a positive relationship that was fully accepted with a value of 0.000. This means that all the variables used in this study are related to one another. Even so, it is necessary to implement several strategies that must be done in an effort to fill out E-EDOM which is very objective by students.

Abstrak: Objektifitas mahasiswa dalam mengisi E-EDOM sangat diperlukan, karena hasilnya akan dijadikan dasar oleh pimpinan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk masalah pembelajaran. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya pengisian E-EDOM yang dilakukan mahasiswa masih banyak yang belum mengisinya dengan sangat objektif. Perlu dilakukan upaya agar mahasiswa dapat mengisinya dengan sunggun-sungguh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi yang dapat diterapkan supaya mahasiswa dapat mengisi E-EDOM dengan sangat objektif. Diawali dengan melakukan analisa dan pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner. Model Delon and Mclean digunakan sebagai dasar untuk membuat pertanyaan dalam kuisioner dan melakukan pengolahan data kuesioner tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metoda sampling simple random, dengan populasi mahasiswa STMIK Amik Riau yang aktif pada tahun ajaran 2019-2020 sejumlah 121 orang mahasiswa. Sebelum dilakukan pengolahan, terlebih dahulu data-data tersebut dilakukan uji validitas dan reability. Setelah dilakukan uji validitas dan reability, selanjutnya melakukan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variable yang ada pada model Delon and Mc Lean success. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap variable menunjukkan pengaruh hubungan positif dapat diterima seluruhnya dengan nilai 0.000. Artinya semua variable yang digunakan pada penelitian ini memiliki keterkaitan antara satu dengan lainnya. Walaupun demikian perlu diterapkan beberapa strategi yang harus dilakukan dalam upaya pengisian E-EDOM yang sangat objektif oleh mahasiswa.

Abstrak: PT. Pia Garda Utama merupakan salah satu perusahaan penyedia jasa Outsourcing di wilayah Sumatera Barat. Perusahaan masih menggunakan microsoft excel untuk menyimpan data-data dari para pelamar, mulai dari Perekrutan, penyeleksian awal sampai pada tahap penentuan calon karyawan. Selama ini Proses penerimaan karyawan di PT. Pia Garda Utama masih belum efektif atau subjektif yang masih membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam menentukan hasil akhir penerimaan karyawan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan perusahaan. Proses –proses yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. Pia Garda Utama sangat tidak menguntungkan bagi pelamar atau calon karyawan, hal ini dikarenakan hasil yang didapat bisa dikatakan bukan murni dari kemampuan pelamar tersebut, melainkan dari hasil pemikiran dan kesimpulan para penguji. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka dibuat suatu Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) yang akan membantu dalam mengolah data ujian dari pelamar sehingga menghasilkan sebuah keputusan yang efektif dan efisien yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menentukan kriteria calon karyawan yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan.

t affect the performance of services to customers. This study aims to analyze and test the quality of the Mayan embroidery information system using the McCall method. Analysis is carried out on several aspects of the product operation including the quality factors of correctness (truth), reliability (reliability), efficiency (efficiency), integrity (integrity) and usability (usability). Data was collected through questionnaires from 38 respondents involving workers/employees and customers. The results showed that overall the quality of the Sulaman Mayang information system was at the level of 76% (the quality of the information system was good according to the scale interpretation of the percentage of quality factors). Thus the quality of Mayang embroidery information systems needs to be improved in accordance with recommendations which are improvements to the quality of Mayan embroidery information systems.

Abstrak: Industri Sulaman mayang sejauh ini menerapkan sistem berbasiskan dekstop dalam pengolahan data, sistem yang digunakan satu arah hanya melibatkan satu aktor/pengguna sistem saja. Sehingga dalam penggunaan ada beberapa persoalan baru yang bermunculan yang mempengaruhi kinerja layanan terhadap pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan menguji kualitas sitem informasi sulaman mayang dengan meggunakan metode McCall. Analisa dilakukan terhadap beberapa aspek dalam product operation diantaranya faktor kualitas correctness (kebenaran), reliability (keandalan), effisiensy (efisien), integrity (integritas) dan usability (kegunaan). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuosioner dari 38 responden yang melibatkan pekerja/karyawan dan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang berada pada level 76% (kualitas sistem informasi tersebut baik menurut skala penafsiran persentase faktor kualitas). Dengan demikian kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang perlu ditingkatkan sesuai dengan rekomendasi yang merupakan perbaikan kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang.

But the management is still manually so that problems occur such as difficulty in finding incoming or outgoing mail because it is still stored in folders, can only be accessed by one person because it is still stored on a computer and it is difficult to classify incoming mail. The purpose of this research is to implement a web-based incoming and outgoing mail application in the Information Systems Study Program. The model used for its development uses the waterfall model, while the testing model uses a black box. Oleh sebab itu harus ada sebuah aplikasi pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan aplikasi surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web di Program Studi Sistem Informasi. The lack of knowledge of farmers and the community about the evaluation of land suitability causes the cultivated plants do not produce optimally, because the conditions required by these plants are not in accordance with the conditions of the land that supports the growth of these plants. Seeing the importance of the process of selecting plants based on land suitability, while determining the selection of plants is still done only by looking at the experience of farmers who have not been tested. So the authors feel the need to make research to determine plants on land based on land suitability and plant growth requirements. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is very suitable to be used to calculate the priority weight of each criterion because it is objective, which will later be used as a reference ranking by the TOPSIS method. With this research, it can determine the estate crops that will be planted on a land based on the level of land suitability and the requirements for growing plants that are alternative precisely, accurately and dynamically.

Abstrak: Kebanyakan Petani masih banyak yang belum mengetahui tanaman apa yang cocok ditanaman di lahannya. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan petani mengenai kesesuaian lahan dengan persyaratan tumbuh suatu tanaman. Lemahnya tingkat pengetahuan petani dan masyarakat tentang evaluasi kesesuaian lahan menyebabkan tanaman yang dibudidayakan tidak berproduksi optimal, karena syarat yang dibutuhkan tanaman tersebut belum sesuai dengan kondisi lahan yang mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman tersebut. Melihat pentingnya proses pemilihan tanaman berdasarkan kesesuain lahan, sedangkan penentuan pemilihan tanaman masih dilakukan hanya berdasarkan dengan melihat pengalaman petani yang belum teruji. Maka penulis merasa perlu membuat penelitian untuk menentukan tanaman pada lahan berdasarkan kesesuain lahan dan persyaratan tumbuh tanaman. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process sangat cocok digunakan untuk menghitung bobot prioritas dari tiap kriteria karena bersifat obyektif, yang nantinya menjadi acuan perangkingan yang dilakukan dengan metode TOPSIS. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, maka dapat menentukan tanaman perkebunan yang akan ditanam pada suatu lahan berdasarkan tingkat kesesuaian lahan dan persyaratan tumbuh tanaman yang menjadi alternatif secara tepat, akurat dan dinamis.

This will obviously affect the quality of cattle which results in expensive maintenance costs, less than optimal production yields and even death of cows. The purpose of this study was to conduct a study of the application of technology in the selection of the best beef cattle to increase livestock yield, especially for local independent breeders. The technology used is a combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Multy Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) Method. Through a combination of methods, researchers analyzed each criterion and alternative related to the selection of the best beef cattle. AHP method was chosen because it has the ability to analyze more consistent criteria. While the selection of the MFEP method is due to having the ability to analyze alternatives based on existing criteria in a simple and accurate way. The results of the AHP and MFEP analysis method are AHP analysis to assist in determining the priority factors of beef cattle seedlings and applied to the MFEP method which produces the highest alternative A6 with a value of 0.508. This research is expected to become a new foundation for farmers in knowing the criteria and alternatives in determining the best type of beef cattle.

The test results show that the bag of visual words are still not maximal in classifying digital image categories, especially the chair category, which is only able to produce the most accurate accuracy of 75%. To improve the performance quality of bag of visual words in classifying digital image categories, especially the chair category, you can add an approach to determine the good number of K in clustering the visual words pattern.

Abstrak: Secara kasat mata manusia bisa membedakan objek pada citra digital, namun, komputer tidak memiliki kemampuan sebagai mata manusia yang dapat secara langsung membedakan objek pada citra digital. Maka dari itu diciptakanlah metode bag of visual words. Bag of visual words adalah metode untuk menyajikan citra digital berdasarkan fitur lokal. Bag of visual words menggambarkan bagaimana suatu gambar dapat diambil karakteristiknya, sehingga komputer dapat membedakan objek pada citra digital. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bag of visual words masih belum maksimal dalam mengklasifikasi kategori citra digital khususnya kategori chair, yang hanya mampu menghasilkan akurasi paling akurat sebesar 75 %. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja bag of visual words dalam mengklasifikasi kategori citra digital khususnya kategori chair, dapat menambahkan pendekatan untuk menentukan jumlah K yang baik dalam mengkluster pola visual words.

For determine employees who will be accepted, then built a computerized decision-making system that is able to facilitate the process of receiving new employees. the determination and identification of labor by using SAW method (Simple additive weighting) is a method that can find a best alternative from various alternatives based on predetermined criteria. The point is that the method determines the weight value for each criterion. The best alternatives are those who are eligible to be employees based on predetermined criteria. Assessment is done by finding the value of weight for each criterion, then conducted the ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative that is the employee who will be considered by the decision maker to become employees at the company. This decision support system will be able to assist the human resources in determining the recruitment of new employees, especially the assistant laboratory at STMIK ROYAL.

Data hasil tes tersebut nantinya akan disimpan dalam suatu arsip ataupun komputer yang berupa tabel yang membuat data dan nilai masing-masing peserta tes. Berdasarkan system penerimaan pegawai yang berjalan saat ini SDM mengalami kesulitan dalam menyeleksi dan mengevaluasi pegawai yang berkompeten. Untuk mengatasinya dibuat suatu sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan pegawai baru khususnya bagian asisten laboraturium.Untuk menentukan pegawai yang akan diterima, maka dibangun sebuah sistem pengambilan keputusan terkomputerisasi yang mampu memudahkan proses penerimaan pegawai baru. penentuan dan identifikasi tenaga kerja dengan menggunakan metode SAW (Simple additive weighting) adalah metode yang dapat mencari suatu alternatif terbaik dari berbagai alternatif berdasarkan kriteria – kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Intinya bahwa metode tersebut menentukan nilai bobot pada setiap kriteria. Alternatif terbaik yang dimaksud adalah yang berhak menjadi pegawai berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penilaian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap kriteria, kemudian dilakukan proses perangkingan yang akan menentukan alternatif optimal yaitu para pegawai yang akan dipertimbangkan oleh pengambil keputusan untuk menjadi pegawai pada perusahaan tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini nantinya dapat mambantu pihak SDM dalam menentukan perekrutan karyawan baru khususnya asisten laboraturium di STMIK ROYAL.
