IMPLEMENTATION OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING INFORMATION SYSTEM

Abstract: This qualitative research discusses the implementation of the Financial Management Accounting Information System (FIS) and its implications for the efficiency and effectiveness of financial management of organizations or… companies. Through a case study approach, this research analyzes how the implementation of AIS-PK affects the sprocess of recording, monitoring, and reporting finances. Data were obtained through interviews with relevant personnel, direct observation, and analysis of finance-related documents. The results show that the implementation of AIS-PK positively affects the efficiency of financial management by improving accuracy and speed in recording transactions and monitoring cash. In addition, the ability to generate real-time financial reports also strengthens more timely decision-making. The implication of these findings is the importance of information technology integration in financial management strategies to improve organizational or corporate performance

UTILIZATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN FINANCIAL DECISION-MAKING: ANALYSIS ON MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Abstract: Effective and efficient financial decision-making is a crucial element in the success of organizations in today's digital era. This study aims to explore how the utilization of information technology in management information… ation systems (MIS) influences the financial decision-making process within an organization. Researchers analyzed how the integration of information technology in MIS helps financial managers in collecting, managing, and analyzing financial information to support timely and accurate decision-making. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method using secondary data sources collected through a literature review and document analysis. The findings indicate that the application of information technology in MIS has had a positive impact on the financial decision-making process, including increased data accessibility, faster and more accurate analysis, and a better understanding of the organization's financial conditions. The practical implications of these findings include the importance of investing in adequate information technology infrastructure and developing competent human resources in managing management information systems. This study provides significant contributions to our understanding of the role of information technology in enhancing the quality of financial decision-making in a rapidly changing and increasingly complex business environment

This study will comprehensively analyze the substantial impact of information technology capabilities and innovation on strategy development and competitive advantage in culinary micro, small, and medium enterprises in Indonesia. It seeks to incorporate findings from previous studies, assess the direct and indirect impacts of technology and innovation capabilities, and propose potential avenues for further research that could assist stakeholders in formulating effective strategies to improve competitiveness in global markets.

Abstract: The discussion related to bank credit problems cannot be denied that there are urgent matters that can be considered disturbing for the bank as a creditor, one of which is related to the impact of divorce which certainly… causes problems in terms of implementing the credit agreement system made. In several previous studies, it was found that after a divorce, customers face unfavorable financial conditions, so in the end they experience problem loans because the object of credit is joint property. Spouses who have divorced and are entitled to gono-gini property, often have disputes about this. However, the wishes of each party are usually contrary to the laws applicable to the divided gono-gini property. The purpose of this study is to analyze the juridical joint property with the marriage Agreement and analyze the validity of Bank Credit Agreements by customers who are bound by marital Status with the object of joint property.  

THE EXISTENCE OF THE DEATH PENALTY IN THE ANTI-CORRUPTION LAW

Abstract: The death penalty is the heaviest criminal sanction in the criminal system in Indonesia. It can be said that this is because the death penalty takes a person's life, where the right to life is the basic right of every person.… rson. In Indonesia, the death penalty is applied to general crimes with serious qualifications and special crimes which are classified as serious crimes. One specific crime that can be sentenced to death is corruption because its impact is so dangerous for the survival of a country. This article will analyze the existence of the death penalty in anti-corruption laws. The results of this research indicate that the existence of the death penalty in anti-corruption law is specifically for corruption committed under certain circumstances. The particular situation in question is corruption carried out in an emergency situation.

Therefore, it is a necessity for every educational institution to improve the quality of teaching staff.… The purpose of study are to find out how the development of human resources process from teacher staff to improve the quality education and how the supporting and inhibiting factors to impove the quality education at SD Islam Permata Mojosari. This study used a qualitative approach to the type of case study, which research is carried out at SD Islam Permata Mojosari. Data collection is done using techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data obtained were analyzed through several stages namely: Condensation, data display, and verification of conclusions as well as checking the validity of the data. The process of developing human resources educators has been going well, but there are still shortages here and there both in terms of implementation and evaluation of the results of the development.

APPLICATION OF TAX PLANNING TO THE FIXED ASSET DEPRECIATION METHOD AT PT. PERKEBUNAN III

Abstract: This research analyzes the impact of implementing tax planning on the fixed asset depreciation methods within PTPN III. The main objective of this study is to identify how the implementation of tax planning strategies affects… fects the choice of fixed asset depreciation methods within PTPN III. The research method employed is a quantitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders at PTPN III and analyzing documents related to the depreciation policies and the company's tax planning strategies. The results of this research show that by incorporating the straight-line depreciation method (tax) into its fixed asset depreciation, with a total accumulated depreciation smaller than declining balance (tax), PTPN III has saved on taxes, thus achieving its tax planning objectives.

THE CORRELATION BETWEEN STUDENTS INTERESTED IN WATCHING HARRY POTTER AND THE PHILOSOPHERS STONE BY J.K ROWLING MOVIES AND THEIR LISTENING COMPREHENSION

Abstract: The principal purpose of this study was to find out; (1) Is there students interested  in watching Harry Potter and philosopher’s stone by J.K rowling movie (X) in their listening comprehension (Y), (2) Is there any correlation&#8230; orrelation between students‘ interested  in watching Harry Potter and the philosopher’s stone by J.K Rowling movie (X) to listening comprehension (Y). It was carried out to the class XI Science students of SMA Mutiara Palabuhanratu. In this research, a quantitative method is used with the Pearson product moment correlation study to answer the research problem. The population of this research is the students of SMA Mutiara Palabuhanratu class XI IPA for the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 30 students. The sample used is the total population. Tests and questionnaires were used to collect data. After getting the data, the researcher corrected and analyzed the test results. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results of the study indicate that the level of significance between the variables X and Y based on the results of the correlation value above rcount = 0.481 rtable (5%) (df = n-2 = 30-2 = 28) rtable = 0.374. So it is clearly stated that rcount is higher than rtable or 0.05 <0.374. The result of the correlation coefficient between the two variables is 0.481. That result indicated that there was a medium correlation between students’ interested s in watching Harry Potter movie and their listening comprehension. This statement was proved based on the result rxy was higher than the rtable (0,481 ≥ 0,374 in significant level 5%) it showed that the null hypothesis (Ho) “There is no relationship between students’ interested in watching Harry Potter movie and their listening comprehension” is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1), “There is a positive relationship between students’ interested  in watching Harry Potter movie and their listening comprehension” is accepted.

PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT SEKUPANG TERHADAP KEPEMIMPINAN MUHAMMAD RUDI SEBAGAI WALIKOTA BATAM

Abstract: This study examines the leadership of Mayor Muhammad Rudi as the first leader to concurrently serve as Mayor of Batam and head of BP Batam. This study aims to describe the perception of the people of Sekupang District towards&#8230; wards Muhammad Rudi's leadership as Mayor of Batam. The theory used in this study is the leadership theory of Path-Goal. The theory of Path-Goal has 4 indicators, namely steering leadership, supporting leadership, participatory leadership, and achievement-oriented leadership. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The research location is in the Batam area of Sekupang District by taking 7 villages, from Tiban Baru, Tiban Lama, Sungai Harapan, Tanjung Riau, Tanjung Pinggir, Patam Lestari, and Tiban Indah Villages. Data was collected using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents spread across 7 sub-districts. The data is analyzed using a percentage formula. Based on the results of research from the four indicators of directed leadership get a percentage value of 77.86% with the good category, supporting leadership gets a percentage value of 77.6% with the good category, participatory leadership gets a percentage value of 72.2% with the good category, and achievement-oriented leadership gets a percentage value of 78% with the good category. The conclusion of the four indicators consisting of 12 statements using the percentage formula that public perception produced for the assessment of the overall leadership indicators of Muhammad Rudi as Mayor of Batam is 95.52% is at the Likert scale interval of 81-100% with the very good category.   Keywords : Perception, Leadership, Mayor
