The link between stress and glycemic dysregulation in type 2 diabetes highlights a trend towards increased insulin resistance. Depression, closely associated with obesity, is often exacerbated by unhealthy eating habits used as coping mechanisms. Chronic stress-induced immune system disorders result in decreased immune responses, while respiratory issues such as asthma are intensified by increased anxiety. Skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema frequently worsen due to psychological stress. In digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, stress contributes to more severe symptoms, and osteoporosis is similarly affected by chronic stress impacting bone metabolism. These findings affirm the critical importance of routine mental health screenings and the integration of effective public health interventions in overall health management, as exemplified by the Rehab Hati Foundation. aces various challenges, such as the lack of integration in the curriculum, ineffective learning methods, and the lack of parental and community involvement. This study aims to analyse the integration strategy of character education values in Islamic Religious Education learning in schools through a literature study approach. The method used is library research, by reviewing various scientific journals, academic books, and relevant policy documents. The results show that Islam-based character education can be effectively implemented through several strategies, namely affective approaches in teaching, integration of character values in the curriculum and extracurricular activities, active involvement of parents and communities, and habituation of Islamic values in school life. In addition, the role of teachers as role models and creators of a conducive learning environment determine the success of character education. The conclusion of this study confirms that effective character education requires a comprehensive and sustainable approach so that students can internalise Islamic values in their daily lives. The findings are expected to be a reference for educators and policy makers in developing more effective learning models in instilling Islamic-based character in schools.

is law complements a series of regulations that already regulate crimes of sexual violence. The specialty of this law is that it provides more comprehensive regulation of sexual violence crimes, which are currently increasingly diverse. One of the interesting things regulated in the law is related to rehabilitation efforts for perpetrators of criminal acts of sexual violence. This article will discuss rehabilitation efforts for perpetrators of sexual violence which aim to recover perpetrators from their deviant acts, namely sexual violence. This research uses normative research methods with a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. The results of this research indicate that providing rehabilitation measures according to the Criminal Code is a type of action that can be imposed simultaneously with criminal sanctions or separately by referring to the judge's considerations. Meanwhile, the provision and mechanism of rehabilitation measures for perpetrators of sexual violence as regulated in Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence still requires further regulations issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Ministry of Health to be implemented optimally

mentation of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 72 of 2022 in Merauke Regency and to identify the factors inhibiting its implementation in the region. This study applies Edward C. III’s policy implementation theory and uses a qualitative research approach through in-depth interviews with 16 informants to explore their meanings, perceptions, and understandings. A semi-structured interview approach was employed to enable the researcher to obtain flexible yet focused data, as stated by Prof. Dr. Lexy J. Moleong (2014). The study utilized an interactive data analysis technique consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Digital Population Identity (IKD) policy in Merauke Regency has been carried out in accordance with directives from the central government through a tiered and continuous communication mechanism. However, its implementation has not yet been optimal at the regional level. The main obstacles include limited socialization, low understanding and acceptance of the policy among implementers, the absence of specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IKD, and the lack of motivation, commitment, and integrity of human resources, ICT infrastructure, and budgetary support. In addition, the social, economic, cultural, and geographical conditions of the community also hinder the utilization of IKD, resulting in its limited use and the continued dominance of physical population documents. The findings of this study emphasize the need to strengthen communication aspects, resources, implementers’ commitment, and policy adjustments to local conditions in order to achieve the objectives of the IKD policy effectively and equitably.
