concern, and social influence. A survey of 56 Tokopedia users was analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Results show that firm ethicality significantly and positively influenced brand loyalty. In contrast, green marketing and CSR did not show significant effects, nor did any of the hypothesized moderating relationships. Interestingly, social influence, although not proposed as a direct predicator, demonstrated a significant direct effect on brand loyalty, highlighting the roles of normative and informational influence in e-commerce. Assessment of the measurement model confirmed satisfactory construct reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. The structural model exhibited predictive relevance. The findings indicate that corporate ethics and social influence are key factors in fostering loyalty within Indonesia’s digital marketplace.
Abstract:This study examines the implementation of customer-driven excellence strategy in the Umrah travel industry in Depok City by investigating the relationships between service quality, brand credibility, perceived value, and…
customer-driven excellence outcomes. Using a quantitative research approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 105 customers who have utilized Umrah travel services within the past two years. The measurement model demonstrated excellent reliability and validity, with all constructs meeting stringent psychometric criteria for convergent and discriminant validity. The structural model reveals that all three hypotheses are strongly supported, with brand credibility emerging as the most influential factor (β = 0.398, p < 0.001), followed by perceived value (β = 0.356, p < 0.001) and service quality (β = 0.285, p < 0.001). The integrated model explains 74.2% of variance in customer-driven excellence, demonstrating strong explanatory power and large predictive relevance (Q² = 0.486). These findings provide empirical evidence that successful customer-driven excellence strategy requires integrated approaches prioritizing brand credibility development while simultaneously enhancing perceived value and service quality. The study offers valuable insights for Umrah travel operators seeking to optimize competitive advantage through comprehensive customer excellence strategies that address both functional and emotional dimensions of religious tourism services.

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the role of Personal Innovativeness in influencing the actual use of the MyTelkomsel application through an extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). In this model, Personal Innovativeness is…
positioned as a core construct that influences three key user perceptions: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Enjoyment. A total of 355 respondents participated in the study, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that seven out of eight hypothesized paths between constructs in the model demonstrate statistically significant effects. The only non-significant relationship is found between Perceived Ease of Use and Attitude Toward Use, suggesting that ease of use is no longer a major determinant of user attitudes toward digital applications, possibly because it is now perceived as a basic standard in technology usage. Conversely, Personal Innovativeness consistently exerts a significant influence on all three key perceptions, which in turn affect users’ attitudes, intentions, and actual behaviors. These results underscore the strategic role of innovative personal characteristics in driving adoption and active engagement with digital applications. The practical implications highlight the importance of user segmentation based on innovation levels, the development of enjoyable features, and the refinement of user experience to promote sustained engagement within digital ecosystems such as MyTelkomsel.
Abstract:The large-scale exploitation of nature currently occurring in Indonesia reflects a crisis of spirituality among modern humans in their understanding and treatment of nature. The loss of sacred awareness of nature as God's…
s creation has led to an exploitative, rather than participatory, relationship between humans and nature. This study aims to examine the connection between the exploitation of nature and spiritual decadence, as well as how Islamic values can provide a relevant and transformative ecological ethical framework. The method used is a qualitative study with a literature review approach, involving critical analysis of Islamic texts and spiritual ecology theories from thinkers such as Seyyed Hossein Nasr and Roy A. Rappaport. The results of the study show that Islamic principles such as Tawhid, Khilafah, Amanah, and Shari'ah have strong potential to shape spiritual-based ecological awareness. Additionally, rituals in traditional and religious communities also function as ecological and moral mechanisms. In conclusion, the reconstruction of Islamic spiritual values in an environmental context is essential to address contemporary ecological crises, particularly in Indonesia.

aign, which has recently shifted to digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to reach wider and younger audiences. This study explores the digital communication strategies used in the Gemarikan campaign, employing a constructivist paradigm and descriptive qualitative approach. Data were gathered through interviews, observation of digital channels, and document analysis at the Directorate General of Strengthening the Competitiveness of Marine and Fishery Products. Findings show that the campaign relies on persuasive, visual, collaborative, and educational messaging. While digital media enables interactive and contextual communication, effectiveness is shaped by technical and cultural factors. The study highlights the need for data-driven, adaptive digital communication strategies to promote healthy and sustainable food consumption behavior.

c reflection and continuous improvement, PTK encourages teachers to improve their pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies. Theoretically, PTK strengthens the foundations of constructivism and reflective learning practices, allowing teachers to dynamically connect theory and classroom reality. From a practical perspective, PTK has a direct impact on improving the quality of learning, student involvement, and changing teachers' professional attitudes. Although its implementation is faced with various challenges, both technical and psychological, solutions can be found through ongoing training, mentoring, and institutional support. Thus, PTK plays an important role in building an innovative work culture and improving the quality of education holistically.
Abstract:The present article examines the influence of the thought of KH. Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) on the formation of postcolonial discourse in the context of Islam Nusantara. In the postcolonial context, the Islamic construction…
tion of the Archipelago is inextricably linked to colonial epistemological legacies and the hegemony of external cultures, particularly Arabic. Gus Dur’s thought process can be understood as a deconstructive effort against the dichotomy between “pure” and “local” Islam that was created by colonial powers and puritan movements. It is evident that Gus Dur’s rejection of the uniformity of Arab culture as the sole representation of Islam was underpinned by a sharp critique of arabisation. As an alternative, he proffered the concept of Islamic pribumisation, defined as the adjustment of Islamic expression to local cultural values without sacrificing the substance of the teachings. Furthermore, Gus Dur placed significant emphasis on the necessity of contextualising Islamic teachings, emphasising the importance of re-evaluating Islamic values in accordance with the prevailing social and cultural dynamics of Indonesian society. It is asserted that an approach of this nature will engender the concepts of pluralism and tolerance, which will in turn serve as the primary foundations upon which religious life is to be constructed. The present study employs a qualitative approach, utilising critical discourse analysis of Gus Dur’s ideas and relevant supporting literature. The findings demonstrate that Gus Dur’s thought plays a significant role in formulating the paradigm of Islam Nusantara. This paradigm is characterised by its responsiveness to local realities, its transcendence of religious formalism, and its rehabilitation of cultural dignity as an integral part of Islamic expression. Consequently, the thought of Gus Dur constitutes a significant contribution to the development of a plural, humanist and contextual Islamic civilisation.

Berger and Thomas Luckmann. This study uses a constructivist paradigm and a qualitative approach. Qualitative approach. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method using a literature study. The results of the study indicate variations in the framing of the OP M conflict in Papua by social media. Some media provide different views; some provide support to the TNI-Polri in the OPM eradication operation, while others provide views on the many cases of crime committed by the Armed Criminal Group (KKB), most of whose victims died. This finding indicates a difference in approach in reporting conflicts that can influence public perception in the conflict. The results of this study are the importance of awareness of the discussion and views used by the mass media in reporting on conflicts and acts of violence and the need for analysis of news received by the public in order to understand the broader context of the Eradication of the Papua Merdeka Organization by the TNI-Polri Apparatus.
