This PkM successfully equipped the fishermen with practical tools to make better and more planned financial decisions, directly contributing to the improvement of economic independence and the well-being of the fishing families.

THE CONCEPT OF TA’DIB IN ISLAMIC EDUCATION AS A SOLUTION TO THE DIGITAL ETHICS CRISIS AMONG STUDENTS: THE PERSPECTIVE OF SYED MUHAMMAD NAQUIB AL-ATTAS

Suyono, Diky Ardha Sundawa, Rizaldi Isnanta, Jailani, Bahtiar Siregar
Abstract: The increasingly pervasive development of digital technology has not been fully accompanied by the strengthening of ethical awareness in its practical use. This situation is reflected in various phenomena among students,… including the tendency toward excessive use of social media, the declining quality of ethics in online communication, and the weakening of mutual respect in digital spaces. These conditions indicate that digital ethics cannot be understood merely as a technological problem but are closely related to the direction of values and the fundamental goals of education. Departing from this reality, this study aims to examine the concept of ta’dib in the thought of Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas as an alternative conceptual framework for responding to the digital ethics crisis from the perspective of Islamic education. This study employs a qualitative approach through library research by critically examining al-Attas’s major works as well as national and international scholarly journal articles from the past five years relevant to digital ethics and Islamic education. The findings reveal that the weakening of digital ethics is rooted in an educational paradigm that tends to emphasize cognitive aspects and technical skill mastery, while the formation of adab as the core of education is neglected. Within this framework, the concept of ta’dib offers a holistic philosophical foundation by positioning education as a process of internalizing adab that integrates intellectual, moral, and spiritual dimensions in an integral manner. Therefore, this study concludes that the application of the concept of ta’dib has the potential to serve as a strategic foundation for building sustainable, value-oriented digital ethics among students that are relevant to the challenges of Islamic education in the digital era.

OVERTIME TRAP: LITERATURE REVIEW BURNOUT MECHANISM AND DECLINING WORK–LIFE BALANCE

Rusidari, Agung Surya Dwianto
Abstract: Overtime has become a strong feature of modern work culture, especially in high-pressure sectors in Asia, such as manufacturing, logistics, and services. Although many studies have proven the link between long working hours… urs and the deterioration of employee welfare, the mechanisms explaining how overtime causes an imbalance between work and personal life (Work-life Balance) have not yet been fully explored and pieced together. This narrative literature review aims to synthesize findings from key and recent studies published between 2000 and 2025. The goal is to form a conceptual framework of understanding how overtime can trigger burnout (emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion) and ultimately disrupt WLB. Based on four main theoretical foundations, namely Job Demands–Resources (JD-R), Conservation of Resources (COR), Effort Recovery Model, and Work–Home Resources Model, this review identifies three main pathway mechanisms: (1) Overtime increases job demands while simultaneously reducing opportunities for self-recovery. (2) Burnout, especially emotional exhaustion, acts as a psychological strain that mediates the effects of overtime. (3) The spillover effects of burnout trigger interference between work and home domain through time based conflicts and strain. Organizational support, job autonomy, family roles, marital status, gender and workload pressure are important moderators that can strengthen or weaken the relationship between each variable. While the theoretical contribution of this review lies in combining various perspectives into a conceptual model of the "overtime trap," its practical contribution lies in proposing implications for organizations, job redesign, fatigue management, and more adaptive work policies. Future research is expected to use longitudinal, mixed-method, and cross-cultural designs to validate, strengthen and expand this model.

Tantri Relatami, Dela Anjelawati, Kartikawati, Dwi
Abstract: Social interaction that occurs on social media serves not only as a means of social interaction but also as a primary platform for information dissemination and public opinion formation. However, the ease of access and interactivity… nteractivity of social media also pose serious challenges regarding the application of digital ethics. Freedom in social media is not limitless freedom. Digital ethics involves principles and norms that govern user behavior in creating, producing, and distributing content with full responsibility. The 2020 Digital Civility Index (DCI) report regarding changes in community behavior in social media usage and forms of communication interaction places Indonesia at the lowest rank in the civility index. The study used a descriptive qualitative method through in-depth interviews with four developer users of the application. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the BTN Properti for Developer application is generally well received by developers because it is considered easy to use, has a clear application flow, and is able to improve the efficiency of time, costs, and energy through a digital process. However, several obstacles were still found, such as limited document upload size, navigation that is not fully intuitive, and delays in status updates outside of operating hours. Support from BTN was considered quite responsive through training and direct communication, although improvements in the communication features in the application are needed. Based on the TAM analysis, application acceptance is influenced by perceptions of usefulness and ease of use, while from a UX perspective the application shows good usability and usefulness quality, but still requires development in the aspects of interactivity and accessibility. This study concludes that the BTN Properti for Developer application plays an important role in supporting the digital transformation of mortgage applications, with a note that continuous development is needed to optimize services and be user-oriented.

User satisfaction was measured using the 13-item End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) questionnaire. The results show that overall, users were satisfied with the HiVisitScreen website, with a total mean score of 3.45 (Satisfied category). Among the five EUCS dimensions, Ease of Use had the highest mean score of 3.51 (Highly Satisfied category), emphasizing the application's user-friendliness and accessibility. Meanwhile, the Content dimension received the lowest mean score of 3.40 (Satisfied category), indicating that while the information is relevant and clear, improvements are needed in the completeness and suitability of the content to specific user needs, supporting the plan to add prevention features for serodiscordant couples.
