proach was applied using the SEM-PLS method, drawing on data from 300 purposively selected customers. The analysis included measurement of validity and reliability, followed by structural model testing to identify both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The findings reveal that Word of Mouth, service quality, and brand image each play a meaningful role in enhancing customer satisfaction, which in turn becomes the strongest predictor of customer loyalty. Satisfaction was also found to mediate the effects of the three antecedent variables, either fully or partially, highlighting its central role in shaping long-term business relationships. These results indicate that building B2B customer loyalty requires more than consistent operational performance; it also depends on maintaining a credible brand reputation and fostering positive relational communication within the business network. Based on these insights, the study recommends strengthening service standards, reinforcing brand consistency, and managing interpersonal communication to support sustainable loyalty among B2B partners.

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the validity of the use of language in the Investigation Report (BAP) of the Suspect in the Gowa Police Criminal Investigation Unit through a forensic linguistic study. The focus of the research…
h is directed at four linguistic aspects, namely diction, syntax, coherence, and ambiguity, which have the potential to affect the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of information in BAP documents. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving five Suspect BAP documents as primary data analyzed through qualitative content analysis techniques using the interactive model Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The results of the study show that the use of diction in some BAPs does not fully reflect the suspect's literal statements, but is a narrative construction of the investigator that has the potential to cause meaning bias. In the syntax aspect, it was found that the sentence structure was long, ineffective, and layered so that it gave rise to the blurring of the subject of action and the flow of information. The aspect of coherence also shows irregularities in the organization of the chronology which results in the flow of events becoming illogical and making it difficult to understand the sequence of events. Meanwhile, referential and semantic ambiguity is found in a number of parts of the BAP, especially related to the use of unclear pronouns that open up the possibility of double interpretation. These findings indicate that the linguistic aspect plays a crucial role in the validity of BAP as a legal document. Linguistic inaccuracy has the potential to affect the interpretation of law enforcement officials and have an impact on the fulfillment of suspects' rights. This study emphasizes the need to improve language competence for investigators and the application of forensic linguistic principles in the preparation of investigation documents.

Abstract:Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are designed to improve service quality, documentation accuracy, and administrative efficiency, including reimbursement through the Indonesian Case-Based Groups (INA-CBGs). However, incomplete…
plete medical assessments remain a challenge, potentially leading to service gaps and reduced hospital claims. This qualitative descriptive study was conducted at Dharma Yadnya General Hospital, Denpasar, which has fully implemented EMR since 2024. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with five informants: two medical record officers, the head of the emergency nursing unit, the head of the inpatient nursing unit, and the head of the medical record department. Data analysis used the 3M framework: Man, Method, and Material. From the Man aspect, heavy workloads of doctors and the lack of administrative support staff often caused delays and incomplete documentation. From the Method aspect, although Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and system reminders existed, monitoring relied mainly on manual follow-ups via WhatsApp groups, limiting effectiveness. From the Material aspect, the EMR system was user-friendly and supported by weekly vendor maintenance, but occasional network disruptions and insufficient administrative staff still hampered real-time documentation. Incomplete medical assessments in EMR directly affect INA-CBGs claims, especially when comorbidities, complications, or procedures are not recorded, resulting in under-coding and reduced reimbursement. Strengthening human resources, enforcing SOPs, and improving system support are essential to ensure documentation completeness, service quality, and financial sustainability
