slamic fasting—particularly Ramadan and sunnah fasting—and cellular repair processes through biological mechanisms such as autophagy, cell regeneration, and mitochondrial function enhancement. Using an integrative literature review method, this study synthesized findings from scientific and Islamic sources retrieved from databases including PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar from 2015 to 2025. The findings reveal that fasting positively affects systemic inflammation reduction, improved insulin sensitivity, metabolic regulation, and the prevention of premature aging and degenerative diseases. Moreover, fasting strengthens psychological and spiritual dimensions, supporting mental health and enhancing emotional resilience. This synergy between biological and spiritual benefits highlights fasting as a holistic health strategy. The study affirms that Islamic values align with modern preventive health principles and offer a solid foundation for spiritually based health promotion. Further research is recommended to evaluate specific biomarkers related to fasting-induced cell regeneration.

Through symbols of time and various allusions, this short story highlights social inequality, the impact of war, and increasingly severe environmental exploitation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with literary mimetic theory, to reveal how Danarto conveys social criticism in a subtle but sharp manner through characters trapped in difficult situations. The research results show that this short story invites readers to be more critical of existing social and cultural conditions, as well as providing reflections on the impact of social problems on human life. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the understanding of Indonesian literature and provide an appreciation for literary works that raise social issues.

Using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and literature analysis, this study finds that social media plays a crucial role in building competencies such as digital literacy, visual communication, creative marketing, and entrepreneurship. Platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram have become key channels for self-directed learning, professional networking, and global collaboration. However, this article also identifies significant challenges, including the risk of distraction, consumption of irrelevant content, and the lack of guidance in using social media productively. Based on expert interviews, the study reveals the need for a strategic approach that involves digital literacy education and active supervision from educational institutions and families to optimize the potential of social media. This study aims to systematically review scientific literature on the healing duration of superficial wounds resulting from cupping, factors influencing recovery, and the effectiveness of herbal topical treatments in supporting natural skin regeneration. A systematic literature review was conducted using publications from 2015 to 2025 sourced from PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. The analysis focused on non-surgical superficial wounds, post-cupping wound management, and the use of olive oil, black seed oil, and coconut oil in complementary traditional therapy. Findings indicate that cupping incisions typically reach only the epidermis and upper dermis, with a depth of 0.5–1 mm. These minor wounds generally heal within 3 to 7 days, depending on patient age, skin condition, anatomical location, and aftercare quality. The application of topical herbal agents has been shown to enhance healing through anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and regenerative mechanisms. In conclusion, Sunnah cupping can be classified as a safe and non-invasive therapy with a relatively short healing duration. Herbal-based wound care offers a natural, accessible, and effective treatment alternative, supporting the integration of cupping therapy into modern evidence-based complementary medicine. Further development of standardized post-cupping care protocols is recommended to optimize clinical implementation and ensure consistent patient outcomes.

The findings reveal that an incision depth of 0.5 mm to 1 mm in the dermis layer not only avoids damage to the deeper hypodermis but is also sufficient for the effective extraction of stagnant blood. This very light incision provides advantages in enhancing blood circulation and facilitating the extraction of stagnant blood necessary in cupping therapy. This approach, involving extremely light incisions, cannot be considered invasive and is highly suitable for enhancing therapy efficacy without compromising patient safety. Further discussion in the study highlights that with the correct incision technique, cupping therapy can become safer and more effective, encouraging significant improvements in immune response and tissue regeneration. The conclusion of this study underscores the importance of standardizing procedures and adequate training for cupping practitioners to ensure safe and effective practices. Further research is recommended to strengthen the evidence related to the effectiveness and safety of cupping therapy and to develop more detailed standard protocols.

The sample of this study was class VIII A as an experimental class consisted of 22 students and Vlll C as a control class of 22 students. Data collection was carried out through pre-test and post-test. The results of this study show that there is a significant increased of students’ score who were taught by using Question Generation Strategy (QGS). The increasement can be seen from the change of student qualification from previously poor to fair. Furthemore the t-count value is 5.26 while the t-table is 1.68 which means the t-count is higher than the t-table. Thus the research hypothesis is accepted. In other words, the use of the Question Generation Strategy (QGS) can develop reading comprehension of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 7 Palu. It implies that teachers are suggested to use the Question Generation Strategy (QGS) in teaching reading comprehension, especially in the junior high school level.

rsity Malang. The background of this research is rooted in the low level of participation and awareness of social and political issues among the younger generation in the midst of globalization. To understand this phenomenon, the research used a descriptive qualitative approach with field research methods through structured interviews and direct observation. Social awareness indicators were measured based on the theory of Yoyo Sudaryo and Agus Ribowo, while political awareness refers to the theory of Almond and Verba. The data were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results showed that Pancasila learning is able to increase students' social and political awareness through the internalization of values such as empathy, honesty, tolerance, and active participation in community life. In addition, this learning also encourages students' participation in political activities, strengthens their awareness of their rights and responsibilities as citizens, and forms a critical attitude toward various social issues. The implications of the results of this study indicate the importance of strengthening Pancasila learning as a character building tool for students who are active, critical, and empowered to face socio-political challenges in the future.
