Abstract:This training aims to equip teachers with the ability to prevent data processing errors with Ms Excel. The effectiveness of this training was measured by the one-group pre-test and post-test design method. We used the t-test…
test to find out the difference between pre-test and post-test scores. The results showed a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores (p < 0.05). The results showed the average post-test score (mean = 7.60; SD = 1.02) increased almost twice as much as the pre-test average score (mean = 4.58; SD = 1.26). The implications of this training can be applied by teachers to process data, for example, student scores into tables or graphs, so errors are easier to detect. This information can be used to determine decisions, for example, whether a student passes a course or not.

re pineapple crowns. Making Bioethanol from Pineapple Fruit Crown Cayane Variety by Using Saccharomyces cerevisiae Microbes is by varying the weight of yeast and the optimum fermentation time on the level of bioethanol produced. In this study using NaOH 1.5%w to degrade the lignin content in the crown of pineapple varieties cayane and H2SO4 2%v to convert cellulose into glucose. The research used variations in yeast weight of 7.5%; 10%; 12.5%w and variations in fermentation time of 2; 3; 4; 5 days in the fermentation process. While the purification process uses simple distillation with operating conditions 78oC-80oC for 2.5 -4 hours. Bioethanol obtained was tested for refractive index and gask romatography (GC). The test results obtained the optimum weight of yeast is 12.5 grams at 3 days fermentation time with bioethanol content of 6.154%.

Macroscopic fungi play an important role as decomposers in forest ecosystems, yet information on their morphology in campus forests remains limited. This study aimed to identify and describe the morphological characteristics of macroscopic fungi growing on leaf litter in the forest area of UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. A descriptive exploratory method with a qualitative approach and purposive sampling was employed. Six fungal morphotypes were identified: Leucocoprinus sp., Clavulina sp., Marasmius sp. (two morphotypes), Mycena sp., and Coltricia sp. Morphological variations included cap shape, color, texture, stipe characteristics, and hymenophore type, reflecting adaptation to leaf litter microhabitats. The findings provide baseline data on local fungal biodiversity and demonstrate the biodiversity potential of the campus forest.
Abstract:Antimicrobial resistance has driven the urgent need to develop new antibacterial candidates with favorable efficacy, pharmacokinetic properties, and safety profiles. Aaptamine derivatives, secondary metabolites isolated…
from marine sponges of the genus Aaptos, have demonstrated potential as drug candidates; however, studies evaluating their drug-likeness, Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion (ADME) properties, and toxicity profiles remain limited. This study aimed to prioritize aaptamine, demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and isoaaptamine as potential antibacterial candidates through SwissADME and ProTox-II analyses using an in silico approach. The results demonstrated that all three compounds satisfied the Lipinski's Rule of Five criteria for drug-likeness, exhibited high gastrointestinal absorption, and achieved a bioavailability score of 0.55. All compounds were predicted to belong to toxicity class 4, with predicted LD₅₀ values of 1300 mg/kg for aaptamine, 500 mg/kg for demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and 1350 mg/kg for isoaaptamine, while none showed hepatotoxic or cytotoxic properties. The integrated analysis indicated that isoaaptamine exhibited the most balanced drug-likeness, ADME profile, and safety characteristics, making it the highest-priority antibacterial candidate. This study concludes that the integration of SwissADME and ProTox-II provides an effective preliminary approach for screening marine natural product-derived drug candidates. The novelty of this study lies in the integrated application of drug-likeness, ADME, and toxicity analyses to systematically prioritize three aaptamine derivatives, thereby providing a more comprehensive lead compound selection strategy for antibacterial drug discovery.
Abstract:The management of volleyball training sessions among collegiate athletes faces complex challenges due to the lack of integrated scientific approaches, which may reduce training effectiveness and increase the risk of fatigue…
gue and injury. This study addresses the suboptimal implementation of periodization-based microcycle planning, training load monitoring, and recovery strategies within a unified system. The objective of this research is to examine the effectiveness of an integrated training management model in improving athletes’ performance and physiological condition. A quasi-experimental method with a pretest–posttest control group design was employed, involving 40 collegiate athletes over an eight-week period. The results indicate that the experimental group showed significant improvements in countermovement jump by 12.2% and spike reach by 3.1%, accompanied by a reduction in sRPE by 11.5% and an increase in recovery scores by 22.5%, while the control group demonstrated no meaningful changes. These findings suggest that the integration of microcycle planning, internal and external load monitoring, and structured recovery strategies enhances physiological efficiency, neuromuscular adaptation, and the sustainability of athletic performance. The study concludes that the integrated training management model is more effective than conventional approaches as it enables objective and systematic control of training intensity. The novelty of this research lies in the development of an integrated training session management model that combines three key components in an applicable, practical, and context-appropriate manner for collegiate athletes, thereby bridging the gap between sport science theory and coaching practice.

f cooperative performance heavily depends on effective financial management, particularly in maximizing the utilization of cash, receivables, and assets to enhance profitability. This study aims to examine the influence of cash turnover, receivables turnover, and total asset turnover on the profitability of cooperatives, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) as a financial performance indicator. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis, based on secondary data from cooperative financial statements covering the period from 2019 to 2024. The analysis results show that both simultaneously and partially, the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Cash turnover and total asset turnover are the primary determinants in improving ROA, reflecting the importance of efficiency in managing liquidity and productive assets. Meanwhile, although receivables turnover is also significant, it requires strict supervision in the implementation of credit policies to avoid an increase in non-performing receivables. These findings contribute empirical evidence to the literature on cooperative financial management and offer practical implications for cooperative managers in designing financial resource management strategies aimed at improving performance and business sustainability. Therefore, optimizing the management of cash, receivables, and assets should be a strategic priority within cooperative financial systems to withstand increasingly complex and competitive economic dynamics.
