The primary focus of this research is on the role of Buddhists in internalizing and implementing the four main pillars of religious moderation, namely commitment to nationalism, tolerance, anti-violence, and appreciation of local culture in the life of the village community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Data collection techniques involve participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. According to Colaizzi, the research procedure refers to the seven stages of phenomenology, while informants were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data are analyzed through pattern matching, explanation making, and time series analysis. The research results show that Buddhist communities in the village of Rajabasa Lama have successfully implemented religious moderation by integrating the values of the Hasta Arya Marga teachings in Buddhism and the principles of multiculturalism in social life. National commitment, a sense of tolerance, anti-violence, and appreciation for their local culture are reflected in inclusive attitudes, active tolerance, and participation in interfaith activities without creating exclusive boundaries. This moderation process is formed through the practice of wisdom, morality, and concentration expressed in peaceful, ethical, and dialogical social discourse, thus strengthening a harmonious collective identity.

Nonet and Selznick’s responsive law theory, this study examines the legal politics underpinning the formation of Law No. 11 of 2020, PERPPU No. 2 of 2022, and Law No. 6 of 2023 within Indonesia’s civil‐law framework. Using normative legal research methods including statutory interpretation, constitutional doctrinal analysis, and comparative legal study this article traces the procedural trajectory from initial draft to successive judicial reviews (Decision Nos. 91/PUU-XVIII/2020 and 168/PUU-XXI/2023). The findings reveal systemic procedural deficiencies: exclusion of affected stakeholders, lack of meaningful public participation, and executive reliance on emergency powers instead of mandated legislative revision. The Constitutional Court’s interventions have served as corrective “strange attractors,” introducing “meaningful participation” requirements (right to be heard, right to be considered, and right to explanation) and compelling the government to adopt legislative reforms. However, persistent executive resistance underscores enduring tensions between efficiency‐oriented omnibus reforms and procedural legitimacy. The study concludes that forthcoming legislative efforts particularly the mandated separate Employment Law will determine whether Indonesia’s legal system advances toward genuinely responsive law or reverts to repressive practices. These insights hold broader significance for comparative constitutionalism and the global discourse on omnibus legislation in developing democracies.

are (1) to explain the structure of the Lendawi (Lanny lamentation), (2) to find out the type of stanza among the Lanny tribe, (3) to discuss on what occasions the Lendawi (Lanny lamentation) lamented, and (4) to elaborate the socio-cultural values contained in the Lendawi (Lanny lamentation). This research is qualitative because it only gives explanations about a problem in the form of words, not numbers. The writer found a structural pattern in the lendawi structure. Pattern (1) for men: silent trigger (inhale) + men starting pattern (2) for women: silent trigger (inhale) + women starting. Occasion: (1) to mourn the death of twenty-one people; (2) to welcome the new family who has just returned from a foreign land; (3) to release the family member to go overseas; (4) to release a girl to marry and follow her husband; (5) to remember a family member who has died; (6) to thank people for offering; (7) to mourn for a person who looks similar to a family member (dead or alive); and (8) to think about hard work in the garden that used to be shared with other family members (either dead or alive but living in some other place). tion of the Archipelago is inextricably linked to colonial epistemological legacies and the hegemony of external cultures, particularly Arabic. Gus Dur’s thought process can be understood as a deconstructive effort against the dichotomy between “pure” and “local” Islam that was created by colonial powers and puritan movements. It is evident that Gus Dur’s rejection of the uniformity of Arab culture as the sole representation of Islam was underpinned by a sharp critique of arabisation. As an alternative, he proffered the concept of Islamic pribumisation, defined as the adjustment of Islamic expression to local cultural values without sacrificing the substance of the teachings. Furthermore, Gus Dur placed significant emphasis on the necessity of contextualising Islamic teachings, emphasising the importance of re-evaluating Islamic values in accordance with the prevailing social and cultural dynamics of Indonesian society. It is asserted that an approach of this nature will engender the concepts of pluralism and tolerance, which will in turn serve as the primary foundations upon which religious life is to be constructed. The present study employs a qualitative approach, utilising critical discourse analysis of Gus Dur’s ideas and relevant supporting literature. The findings demonstrate that Gus Dur’s thought plays a significant role in formulating the paradigm of Islam Nusantara. This paradigm is characterised by its responsiveness to local realities, its transcendence of religious formalism, and its rehabilitation of cultural dignity as an integral part of Islamic expression. Consequently, the thought of Gus Dur constitutes a significant contribution to the development of a plural, humanist and contextual Islamic civilisation.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with literary mimetic theory, to reveal how Danarto conveys social criticism in a subtle but sharp manner through characters trapped in difficult situations. The research results show that this short story invites readers to be more critical of existing social and cultural conditions, as well as providing reflections on the impact of social problems on human life. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the understanding of Indonesian literature and provide an appreciation for literary works that raise social issues.

Through a nethnography approach, this study examines the comments of netizens in response to the issue, revealing various expressions of digital politics, social identity, and criticism of public policy. Using the Public Sphere theory, and media equation theory, this study highlights the dynamics of interaction between satirical media, public opinion, and digital political participation. he results of the study indicate that netizens' comments serve not only as a means of political expression but also as a reflection of collective negotiation and public discourse surrounding IKN policies. The findings indicate three predominant patterns in netizens' opinions. The first is a rejection of the IKN project, encompassing controversies over its development, concerns regarding its potential impacts, and widespread public skepticism. Second, the perspective of governance and leadership, including the management of the capital city and the political situation of Indonesia. and the third development project of the capital city is considered good which includes community support. This research contributes to a new understanding of digital political literacy and the importance of social media platforms in shaping contemporary political discourse. Depression, closely associated with obesity, is often exacerbated by unhealthy eating habits used as coping mechanisms. Chronic stress-induced immune system disorders result in decreased immune responses, while respiratory issues such as asthma are intensified by increased anxiety. Skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema frequently worsen due to psychological stress. In digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, stress contributes to more severe symptoms, and osteoporosis is similarly affected by chronic stress impacting bone metabolism. These findings affirm the critical importance of routine mental health screenings and the integration of effective public health interventions in overall health management, as exemplified by the Rehab Hati Foundation. The sample in this study was 20 Physical Education teachers, both male and female teachers spread across 10 Mitra SMKs. The research instrument was a research questionnaire consisting of 40 statements. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis which was expressed in the form of a percentage. The results of the study indicate that the Perception of Physical Education Teachers on the Performance of Students of the Introduction to School Fields (PLP) Department of Sports Education, University of Riau in 2023: Case Study at SMK Pekanbaru City is included in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 50%, namely the majority of Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions were 10 people. In the good and less categories with the same percentage of 25% or 5 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions. Meanwhile, the results of the categories of each indicator include pedagogical competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 60% or 12 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, social competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 75% or 15 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, personality competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 65% or 13 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, and professional competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 70% or 14 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions. Thus, it can be concluded that the Perception of Physical Education Teachers on the Performance of Students of the Introduction to School Fields (PLP) of the Department of Sports Education, University of Riau in 2023: Case Study at SMK Pekanbaru City is categorized as sufficient.
