This resulted in the Ria Sari Anggriani Distributor Center (DC) being unable to serve requests for available herbal medicines. So that it becomes an obstacle in the stock of herbal medicines that must be prepared. If there are too many drug stocks but the demand for herbal medicines is decreasing then this will result in a loss, conversely if the demand for medicines increases but the stock of herbal medicines cannot be prepared then this will be a loss for DC Ria Sari Anggriani. For this reason, it is necessary to do a forecasting/prediction technique, using the Single Exponential Smoothing Method . The purpose of the forecasting/prediction will be to assist in terms of the supply of herbal medicines in the following month's period. The results of testing this method were obtained in the period June 2023, requests for 167 herbal medicines, 178 Extra foods, 189 Etta Goat Milk, 91 Herbal Toothpastes, 74 products of Propolis Soap.

Abstrak: Distributor Center (DC) Ria Sari salah satu agen resmi obat herbal dari perusahaan PT HPAI (Herba Penawar Alwahida Indonesia). Penjualan obat herbal pada Distributor Center (DC) Ria Sari Anggriani sering terjadi ketidak stabilan. Dimana pada periode Maret 2022 sampai dengan Mei 2023 terjadi kenaikan penjualan yang seknifikan. Ini mengakibatkan Distributor Center (DC) Ria Sari Anggriani tidak dapat melayani permintaan akan obat herbal yang tersedia. Sehingga menjadi kendala dalam stok obat herbal yang harus disiapkan. Jika stok obat terlalu banyak namun permintaan akan obat herbal menurun maka ini akan manjedi kerugian, sebaliknya jika permintaan akan obat meningkat namun stok obat herbal tidak dapat disiapkan maka ini menjadi kerugian bagi DC Ria Sari Anggriani. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan suatu teknik peramalan/prediksi, menggunakan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing (SES). Tujuan dari peramalan/prediksi nantinya dapat membantu dalam hal penyediaan akan obat herbal pada periode bulan berikutnya. Hasil dari pengujian terhadap metode ini diperoleh pada periode Juni 2023, perminaan akan obat herbal 167 , Extrafood 178, Etta Goat Milk 189, Pasta Gigi Herbal 91, Sabun Propolis 74 produk. Hasil simpulan dari penelitian ini koefisien nilai alpha (α) mempengaruhi seberapa besar pengaruh data masa lalu terhadap peramalan masa depan.

Abstrak: Hama merupakan masalah utama bagi para petani jeruk, hingga saat ini hama yang menyerang tanaman jeruk sangat bervariasi. Salah satu hama pada tanaman jeruk adalah kumbang belalai dimana hama ini menyerang daun tua pada ranting atau dahan bagian bawah akibatnya daun gugur dan ranting muda mati. Untuk itu dirancang suatu sistem pakar mengidentifikasi hama tanaman jeruk. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini ialah metode faktor kepastian (CF),. Hasil bedasarkan gejala-gejala yang dialami oleh tanaman jeruk tersebut bahwa hama yang terkena pada tanaman jeruk adalah Kutu Daun dengan tingkat kepakaran 0,8 dan persentase 80 % dan memiliki nilai akuasi yang cukup baik.

Doctors' performance evaluation is still done manually and the data processing process does not yet use application programs in making decisions. In the process of assessing the performance of doctors as the main professional staff in hospitals, it must be carried out realistically, objectively and based on evidence and specifically according to specialization and/or specific procedures. For this reason, a tool is needed in the form of designing a decision support system (DSS) in evaluating the performance of doctors which aims to understand the deficiencies of the performance that has been carried out, so that it can open up space for improvement or improvements to quality and efficiency in hospitals, for the purpose of providing incentives and reward programs and value-based purchasing strategies for doctors. The method in this study uses the Weighted Product method, with the concept of weighting the rating of an appraisal variable that will be selected as the best alternative. The system to be created is a decision support system using the Weighted Product (WP) method, which is a method of determining the order (priority) in multi-criteria analysis. The results of this system design are expected to be a tool for Setio Husodo Hospital in analyzing and deciding on the performance of doctors who will be given incentives and reward programs as well as value-based purchasing strategies for doctors.

Abstrak: Untuk mendorong kinerja yang lebih baik dan semangat berprestasi, institusi memberikan penghargaan kepada dokter yang dianggap berprestasi.Metode tradisional masih digunakan untuk menilai kinerja dokter dan manajer. Evaluasi kinerja dokter masih bersifat manual, dan proses pengolahan data belum menggunakan program aplikasi untuk mengambil keputusan. Proses evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai anggota staf rumah sakit penuh waktu harus realistis, objektif, berbasis bukti, dan spesifik untuk spesialisasi dan/atau prosedur tertentu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai alat yang bertujuan untuk memahami kekurangan dalam pelayanan yang diberikan dan memberikan ruang untuk perbaikan dan ruang untuk peningkatan kualitas dan efisiensi. Rumah sakit mendorong dan memberi dokter program penghargaan dan strategi pembelian berbasis nilai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode weighted product dengan konsep pembobotan evaluasi terhadap satu variabel evaluasi yang dipilih sebagai pilihan terbaik. Sistem yang akan dibuat adalah sistem pendukung keputusan yang menggunakan metode WP (Weighted Product), yaitu metode untuk menentukan urutan (prioritas) dalam analisis multi kriteria. Hasil perancangan sistem ini dimaksudkan sebagai alat bagi RS Setio Husodo untuk menganalisis dan menentukan kinerja dokter penerima program insentif dan reward, serta strategi pembelian berbasis nilai dokter.

This system is built using the PHP programming language by utilizing the Mikrotik API as a liaison between the programming language and the Mikrotik device in retrieving the RX/TX data contained on the Mikrotik Router and then storing the monitor-ing data for network usage into a database, the database used is a MySql database. By im-plementing and testing the system, it can be concluded that the system has been able to solve problems in the field of information technology at the SMK Negeri 1 Barmun, namely monitoring network usage which can store monitoring data into a database and monitoring data can be used as material for evaluating network infrastructure for the bene-fit of the school.

Abstrak: Pada Sekolah SMK Negeri 1 Barumun masih terdapat kekurangan dalam melakukan monitoring penggunaan jaringan dimana data monitoring tidak tersimpan kedalam database sehingga data monitoring penggunaan jaringan yang telah lalu tidak dapat ditampilkan sebagai informasi baru untuk dijadikan bahan evaluasi pada infrastruktur jaringan pada sekolah tersebut. Dengan alasan itu peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada pada sekolah tersebut dengan membangun sistem yang baru yaitu monitoring penggunaan jaringan. Sistem ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan memanfaatkan Mikrotik API sebagai penghubung antara bahasa pemrograman dengan device Mikrotik dalam mengambil data rx/tx yang terdapat pada Router Mikrotik kemudian menyimpan data monitoring penggunaan jaringan tersebut ke dalam database, database yang digunakan merupakan database MySql. Dengan melakukan implementasi dan pengujian sistem, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem telah mampu menyelesaikan masalah pada bidang teknologi informasi di Sekolah SMK Negeri 1 Barumun yaitu monitoring penggunaan jaringan yang dapat menyimpan data monitoring kedalam database dan data monitoring dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi infrastruktur jaringan untuk kepentingan Sekolah.

Lembaga kursus bahasa inggris merupakan salah satu tempat pendidikan nonformal yang saat ini banyak dicari untuk mempelajari dan meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa inggris khususnya untuk dapat menguasai TOEFL dengan baik. Untuk memilih lembaga kursus yang cocok yaitu dengan mendatangi ke tempat kursus masing-masing. Tentunya hal seperti ini banyak waktu, tenaga, dan biaya yang diperlukan. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi lembaga kursus yang terbaik menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Data yang digunakan adalah 18 alternatif dengan kriteria antara lain uang kursus, jumlah fasilitas, lama jam belajar, TOEFL instruktur, dan jarak tempat kursus. Hasil perhitungan memberikan rekomendasi bahwa alternatif A Class IBT merupakan lembaga kursus bahasa Inggris yang terbaik.

Abstrak: Keamanan lingkungan merupakan tanggung jawab bersama antara masyarakat dan petugas yang diberi wewenang secara khusus menjaga keamanan sebuah wilayah. Untuk itu, peranan masyarakat dalam menginformasikan tindakan-tindakan yang mengganggu keselamatan menjadi penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan prototipe sistem keamanan lingkungan menggunakan aplikasi tombol darurat bagi masyarakat untuk menginformasikan kondisi keamanan tertentu. Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan pendekatan model Research and Development dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan selanjutnya dirancang dan diimplementasikan dalam bentuk situs web yang selanjutnya diuji coba fungsionalitasnya. Fungsi yang ditawarkan dalam model ini meliputi tombol darurat bahaya, waspada orang asing, keluar kota dan bantuan. Sistem terhubung pada akun masing-masing warga dengan petugas keamanan di pos keamanan. Prototipe telah diuji fungsionalitasnya dan bekerja baik sesuai dengan fungsinya.

Abstrak: Negosiasi dalam pembebasan sandera merupakan cara terpenting dalam sebuah misi penyelamatan sandera, Jika petugas salah dalam mengambil tindakan dalam proses negosiasi maka efek yang dapat ditimbulkan adalah ancaman keselamatan baik petugas atau personil yang berwajib maupun keselamatan dari pihak korban yang disandera. Penyebabnya adalah tidak efektifnya komuniskasi sehingga mengakibatkan selalu terjadinya baku tembak untuk menyelesaikan penyandraan tersebut. Dan masalah terselesaikan tanpa ada komunikasi antara penjahat dan personil. Dalam hal tersebut kami merancang sebuah robot negosiasi yang dilengkapi dengan senjata agar keselamatan dan keamanan petugas juga menjadi perhatian dalam menjalankan tugas, baik dalam tugas perang melawan musuh maupun dalam tugas pembebasan sandera.Dalam hal pembebasan sandera perlu dilakukan berbagai cara agar mendapatkan kesepakatan terbaik antara musuh dan petugas yang berwajib guna keselamatan korban yang disandera. Dengan adanya robot militer pemantau ini dapat membantu anggota atau personil militer dalam melakukan negosiasi dan pemantauan tanpa harus mengorbankan nyawa.

case centers on PT Surya Prima Semesta’s illegal disposal of hazardous waste (fly ash and bottom ash) without an environmental permit, resulting in the prosecution of its corporate director. Employing a normative juridical method, the research examines the court’s application of doctrines such as strict liability and identification theory within the framework of Law No. 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management. The findings show that the court adopted a formalistic, text-based legal reasoning model, treating permit violations as inherently punishable acts regardless of actual environmental harm. While the decision reinforces regulatory compliance and affirms corporate culpability, it lacks engagement with broader organizational responsibility and foundational environmental law principles like the precautionary principle and sustainability. This study argues for a more integrated doctrinal approach one that balances rule-based logic with value-oriented reasoning to enhance legal consistency, advance environmental justice, and align Indonesia’s corporate accountability framework with international standards.
