Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap dokumen perusahaan, company profile, media promosi, website, media sosial, serta materi internal yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas pemasaran. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, pengkodean, kategorisasi, interpretasi, serta analisis strategis menggunakan STP, Marketing Mix 7P, SWOT, IFAS, dan EFAS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran PT Rajawali Berdikari Indonesia diterapkan melalui segmentasi pasar berdasarkan jenis industri, wilayah layanan, kebutuhan tenaga kerja, dan karakter organisasi klien. Target utama perusahaan meliputi sektor financial services, e-commerce, teknologi digital, logistik, serta industri yang membutuhkan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam jumlah besar. Positioning yang dibangun perusahaan menekankan citra sebagai perusahaan outsourcing yang profesional, terpercaya, responsif, patuh regulasi, fleksibel, dan berkualitas. Hasil analisis IFAS menunjukkan total skor strength sebesar 3,75 dan total skor weakness sebesar 1,85. Hasil analisis EFAS menunjukkan total skor opportunity sebesar 3,60 dan total skor threat sebesar 1,60. Berdasarkan koordinat SWOT, perusahaan berada pada Kuadran I, yaitu posisi growth-oriented strategy. Strategi yang direkomendasikan adalah pertumbuhan agresif tetapi terukur melalui penguatan positioning, digital marketing terintegrasi, account-based marketing, referral, networking, testimoni digital, serta diferensiasi layanan berbasis people plus technology.

The discussion emphasizes that direct experience in nature is not a hindrance but a catalyst for formal academic achievements. In conclusion, effective integration requires teachers capable of mapping nature activities into national curriculum indicators. This study recommends specialized training for early childhood teachers to strengthen reflection and curriculum mapping skills in nature-based settings.

The data were collected through documentation techniques from books, scientific journal articles, and academic publications related to the evaluation of Arabic language learning. The data were then analyzed using content analysis to identify, classify, and synthesize various concepts related to language assessment practices. The findings reveal that assessment in Arabic language learning should be authentic, contextual, and oriented toward communicative competence, while integrating linguistic elements with language skills. In addition, assessment should be conducted based on the principles of validity, reliability, objectivity, practicality, transparency, fairness, and sustainability. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive explanation of the assessment dimensions across the four Arabic language skills, along with their indicators and assessment techniques. These findings provide implications for educators in designing Arabic language assessments that are more systematic, communicative, and relevant to language learning objectives.

Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi PjBL melalui proyek pembuatan pop-up book kearifan lokal mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif, kontekstual, dan bermakna, serta mendorong berkembangnya keterampilan HOTS dan kompetensi abad ke-21 (4C), yaitu berpikir kritis, kreativitas, kolaborasi, dan komunikasi. Siswa terlibat secara langsung dalam proses merancang, menyusun, dan mempresentasikan produk, sehingga pembelajaran tidak lagi berpusat pada guru. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi simultan antara PjBL, HOTS, dan keterampilan abad ke-21 dalam konteks pembelajaran IPAS berbasis kearifan lokal, serta penggunaan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengungkap proses implementasi secara nyata di kelas. This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of inclusive learning strategies in interventions for reading difficulties in dyslexic students at State Islamic Elementary School (MIN) 1 Karawang. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data were then analyzed using an interactive model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that strategy implementation was carried out through adaptive planning, differentiated learning, and individual development-based evaluation integrated into regular learning. Teachers modified materials, used visual media, segmented text, and continuously monitored student progress. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of strengthening teachers' pedagogical competencies in designing inclusive literacy interventions and the need for institutional support to ensure the sustainability of adaptive learning practices in madrasas.

Gen Z students (born 1997-2012) are digital natives who are pragmatic, creative, and highly dependent on technology for learning and personal branding. They favor visual-interactive methods, care about mental health/the environment, and focus on practical career outcomes (side hustles), but are prone to distraction and anxiety. Meanwhile, types of student attitude assessments generally include direct observation by lecturers, self-assessment, peer assessment, and daily journal entries. Aspects assessed include discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, politeness, and initiative. This technique often uses a Likert scale or descriptive rubric. Therefore, it is crucial to pay attention to these items in the learning process at university. Powtoon is a web-based online animation and presentation creation platform that allows users to create engaging visual content, such as explainer videos, without requiring advanced graphic design skills. This application uses drag-and-drop features, ready-to-use templates, animated characters, and is supported by AI-based tools. This research uses a descriptive method, namely a research approach that aims to describe, explain, or map the characteristics of a phenomenon, situation, or population systematically, factually, and accurately based on data collected during the study. The results show the successful integration of Powtoon learning media with the responsible attitude of Gen Z students, evidenced by the existence of an orderly, understandable learning process and a high quality of understanding.

The primary data are obtained from Ahmad Mukhtar Umar’s works discussing ‘ilm al-dalālah (semantics), while the secondary data come from books, journal articles, and websites related to semantics and Arabic language learning. The findings show that Ahmad Mukhtar Umar’s linguistic thought is built upon the integration of classical Arabic linguistic traditions and modern linguistic theories, emphasizing language as a dynamic and contextual system of meaning. The concept of the semantic field is understood as a network of semantic relations among vocabulary items, encompassing synonymy, hyponymy, part–whole relations, antonymy, and incompatibility. The study concludes that applying the concept of semantic fields in Arabic language learning enables thematic and conceptual vocabulary development, thereby supporting more meaningful, communicative, and contextual learning.

eading worksheet, sourced from 20 ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 21 Medan. Techniques for collecting data included distributing questionnaires, conducting interviews, and documentation. Instruments used were interview sheets, printed documents, and questionnaires. This study involved six key stages of Borg and Gall method, which included: gathering data and information, analyzing the data, designing the product, expert validation, revising and finalizing the product. The result of gathering and analyzing data showed that students had low interest in descriptive reading text due to monotonous and unvaried worksheets. This data identified students’ necessity (85%), lacks (55%) and wants (65%) for an interactive worksheet, engaging worksheet to develop reading understanding. The material designing and revising stage resulted in the Topworksheet Web, which consists of interactive descriptive reading practices, utilizing Canva-based visualization and educational games, including a glossary and word search. The expert validation involved a lecturer and a teacher, was 87.2%, and 98.4%, achieving an "Excellent" category. Based on the high validation scores from the experts, it can be concluded that the final product, the Topworksheet Web, is a highly appropriate and effective students' descriptive reading worksheet tailored to the specific needs of students at SMP Negeri 21 Medan.

The method used in this study is library research, which collects and analyzes various related literature to explore the concept of technology, and the integration model in the implementation of KDKMP technical guidance in Gorontalo, as well as the role of the cooperative office and facilitators in its implementation. The findings indicate that the management and implementation of KKDMP Technical Guidance runs smoothly and with quality thanks to the use of technology. In addition, cooperative facilitators who pass the 2025 test from the Ministry of Cooperatives are expected to be able to implement practices in accordance with the implementation journal and applicable regulations effectively. The Red and White Cooperative is a government program to establish village/sub-district-based economic institutions that aim to improve the welfare and independence of the community through the principles of mutual cooperation and kinship. This cooperative functions as a joint forum for carrying out various local economic efforts, such as providing basic necessities, savings and loan services, and strengthening MSMEs, so as to encourage food security and shorten the supply chain. The Red and White Cooperative Program (Kopdes Merah Putih) is a national initiative to establish cooperatives in every village and sub-district to strengthen the local economy and improve community welfare through the principles of mutual cooperation.

ndekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kuasi eksperimen Pretest–Posttest Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 40 anak yang terbagi ke dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi menggunakan lembar ceklis keterampilan berpikir kritis yang mencakup indikator analisis, inferensi, evaluasi, dan pengaturan diri. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji prasyarat dan uji perbedaan rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata keterampilan berpikir kritis pada kedua kelompok, dengan peningkatan yang lebih tinggi pada kelompok eksperimen. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan PBL mampu memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis anak usia dini. Dengan demikian, PBL dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang bermakna dalam pembelajaran kecakapan hidup di PAUD.
