r effective execution in village management. In particular, the preparation of the Draft Village Regulation aims to enhance the implementation of democracy in the Village. The research method employed is empirical legal research, utilizing primary and secondary data collection methods through in-depth observations and interviews. The results are based on field studies and documents from the Gunungsari Village Government, Tajinan District, Malang Regency. A qualitative juridical analysis is then carried out. The study's results show that implementing community rights in expressing aspirations, suggestions, and opinions is crucial in preparing the draft village regulations. In the planning activities for preparing village regulations, participation has been carried out through village deliberations and hamlet deliberations, which have identified inhibiting factors. First, there are still people who do not understand their rights. Second, there are still people who remain indifferent. Third, the community has not been informed about the village authority's plan to create village ordinances. Techniques for conquering difficulties 1). connecting the community's and the village government's perspectives, goals, and tactics. 2) Budgetary support from the village government for improving community human resources through education, training, and courses. 3) Village government programs and activity plans must be oriented towards improving community income and welfare. 4) Improved facilities and infrastructure for disseminating plans for drafting village regulations.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Community Awareness, Environmental Knowledge, and Local Cultural Beauty on Green Economic Development in the Lake Toba area. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS software version 25. Data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to local respondents The results of the study showed that Community Awareness and Environmental Knowledge did not have a significant effect on the green economy, while the Beauty of Local Culture had a significant effect. The value of the determination coefficient (R²) of 0.4053 indicates that the three variables explain the 40.5% variation in the development of the green economy. These findings confirm the importance of a cultural approach in supporting the sustainability of the Lake Toba region.

ship. The research object includes non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2014–2023. ESG variables are measured using Bloomberg's ESG score which includes environmental, social, and governance dimensions, while operational efficiency is proxied by the Total Asset Turnover ratio. Financial performance is proxied by Return on Assets. The research method uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis. The research sample consisted of 80 companies with a total of 711 observations. The results of the study show that ESG has a significant negative effect on financial performance. However, operational efficiency has been shown to play a role as a moderation variable that strengthens the relationship between ESG and financial performance. This research makes a theoretical contribution by enriching the literature on the relationship between ESG and financial performance, especially in the context of emerging markets. From a practical perspective, the results indicate that the implementation of ESG will only create financial value if integrated with internal efficiency strategies. Thus, companies are advised to not only focus on compliance with ESG aspects, but also ensure efficient management of resources to increase long-term profitability.

A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques through household surveys, in-depth interviews with farmers and policymakers, field observations, and secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency and the South Sulawesi Agricultural Department.
The results reveal persistent production deficits for rice and soybeans, while corn has reached a surplus, illustrating structural imbalances among staple commodities. Approximately 62% of respondents reported difficulties in transportation and storage due to inadequate infrastructure, contributing to post-harvest losses and unstable food prices. Government programs such as irrigation development, input subsidies, and farmer training have provided partial benefits, yet 57% of farmers indicated irregular access to such support. Moreover, climate shocks such as El Niño continue to depress yields and increase vulnerability among smallholder farmers. Conversely, social capital, manifested in farmer groups and cooperative networks, has played a significant role in sustaining household food availability and resilience.
The findings suggest that food security in South Sulawesi cannot be addressed solely through production increases. A multifaceted strategy is required, emphasizing rural infrastructure development, climate-smart agricultural innovation, institutional and irrigation reform, and community-based mechanisms that strengthen social capital. This integrative approach provides empirical evidence for policy design and contributes to the broader discourse on sustainable food self-sufficiency in Indonesia.

Gadamer's hermeneutic approach is used as a theoretical framework for critically interpreting Qur'anic texts, with the aim of contributing to the treasure trove of modern interpretations of pluralism. The findings of the study show that the Qur'an, through verses that emphasize the unity of humanity and respect for diversity, provides a strong foundation for the implementation of diversity values. The discussion also explained the social implications of the application of the principle of diversity according to the Qur'an, including in the context of politics, education, and intercultural relations in pluralistic societies. By integrating critical analysis of sacred texts with empirical data and theoretical studies, this article is expected to make a significant contribution to the research treasure trove of Islamic studies and pluralism. This research emphasizes that the role of the Qur'an in upholding the value of diversity is multi-perspective; It not only provides spiritual guidance, but also offers an ethical framework that can foster the construction of an inclusive, just, and harmonious modern society. In the midst of the increasingly complex dynamics of urbanization in Indonesia, the question of how religious values, especially those contained in the Qur'an, can encourage collective action based on social justice is very relevant. By examining in depth the relationship between the teachings of the Qur'an and social solidarity, this article contributes to the development of social theory and practice in urban Indonesian society. It is hoped that the findings and recommendations presented can be a reference for academics, researchers, and policymakers in formulating strategies for integrating Islamic values into contemporary social dynamics, so that in the end it can produce a more just, inclusive, and dignified society. The results of the study show that there is a strong integration between the theological message in the Qur'an and the dynamics of social interaction, as well as its implications in the formation of pro-people public policy. Thus, the conceptual framework proposed in this study not only makes a theoretical contribution to the development of Islamic studies and sociology, but also offers practical recommendations that are applicable to the strengthening of social solidarity in the modern era. This study suggests that further studies can explore more empirical aspects, involving field data and participatory analysis, to ensure that the values of the Qur'an are truly integrated into social life and public policy as a whole. Using a quantitative methodology, this research employed saturated sampling of 87 managers from fast-fashion companies across major Indonesian cities including Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Medan. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The measurement model demonstrated strong reliability and validity, with all constructs exceeding recommended thresholds for Cronbach's Alpha (0.832-0.873), Composite Reliability (0.883-0.911), and Average Variance Extracted (0.603-0.671). Discriminant validity was confirmed through Fornell-Larcker criterion and HTMT ratios below 0.85. The findings reveal that ethical leadership, innovation adoption, and creativity function as complementary organizational resources that collectively enhance company performance rather than operating in isolation. These results provide empirical evidence for the synergistic effects of leadership behavior, technological orientation, and creative capacity in driving organizational success. The study contributes to management literature by demonstrating the integrated nature of these capabilities and offers practical guidance for fast-fashion companies seeking sustainable competitive advantage through ethical practices, systematic innovation, and creative organizational cultures.

Using a quantitative research approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 105 customers who have utilized Umrah travel services within the past two years. The measurement model demonstrated excellent reliability and validity, with all constructs meeting stringent psychometric criteria for convergent and discriminant validity. The structural model reveals that all three hypotheses are strongly supported, with brand credibility emerging as the most influential factor (β = 0.398, p < 0.001), followed by perceived value (β = 0.356, p < 0.001) and service quality (β = 0.285, p < 0.001). The integrated model explains 74.2% of variance in customer-driven excellence, demonstrating strong explanatory power and large predictive relevance (Q² = 0.486). These findings provide empirical evidence that successful customer-driven excellence strategy requires integrated approaches prioritizing brand credibility development while simultaneously enhancing perceived value and service quality. The study offers valuable insights for Umrah travel operators seeking to optimize competitive advantage through comprehensive customer excellence strategies that address both functional and emotional dimensions of religious tourism services.

Therefore, parents have a great responsibility in caring for, protecting and guiding their children comprehensively, including physical, mental and spiritual aspects. The focus of research in writing this thesis is the responsibility of parents towards children with special needs. The purpose of the study is to analyze and understand the perspective of Islamic law on parental responsibility towards children with disabilities comprehensively in Kisaran Barat District, Asahan Regency. This method uses a qualitative research method which is a process of various steps involving researchers, theoretical and interpretative paradigms, research strategies, data collection methods and empirical data analysis as well as the development of interpretations and presentation of research results. Children with disabilities have physical limitations, hearing limitations, vision limitations, intellectual limitations, emotional behavioral limitations and communication limitations. Islamic law teaches that parents must provide affection and fair treatment without discriminating between children with special needs and children without, and requires parents to seek education and life skills that will enable children with disabilities to participate well in society. In an effort to meet their needs, Islam also allows parents to seek professional help, such as therapy or health services, to support their child's development.
