preneurs still face difficulties in managing their finances systematically. Financial records are often kept manually, inconsistently, or based on memory, making it difficult for business owners to clearly identify cash flow, operating costs, profit levels, and business growth potential. This study aims to analyze the financial management practices of micro enterprises in Keputih, Surabaya, identify the main challenges in applying simple accounting, and examine how basic accounting practices contribute to profitability and business sustainability. This research uses a qualitative approach through direct observation and in-depth interviews with micro-enterprise owners from different business sectors in the Keputih area. The findings show that most business owners have not yet implemented formal accounting systems, but simple practices such as recording daily income, separating business and personal funds, calculating basic costs, and monitoring stock can improve financial control and decision-making. The main obstacles include limited accounting knowledge, lack of discipline in record-keeping, and the perception that small businesses do not require structured financial reports. This study highlights the importance of simple accounting as a practical tool for strengthening profitability, financial awareness, and the sustainability of micro enterprises in local urban communities.

The entity concept, which emphasizes the separation between business and personal finances, is essential in producing reliable financial information and ensuring business sustainability. However, in practice, many small-scale fishermen still combine business and household finances, leading to difficulties in assessing financial performance. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach to examine existing financial practices and evaluate the application of accounting principles based on the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of financial transactions. The results indicate that prior to the intervention, the business applied a simple and manual recording system without structured financial statements and without implementing the entity concept. After applying SAK EMKM-based financial reporting, including the preparation of income statements and statements of financial position, the financial condition of the business became more transparent and measurable. The business recorded a net profit of IDR 11,449,235 and showed a balanced financial position. Furthermore, the implementation of the entity concept improved financial control, enabled accurate profit measurement, supported asset management planning, and increased credibility with external stakeholders. In conclusion, the application of the entity concept and standardized financial reporting significantly enhances financial management practices and contributes to the sustainability of MSMEs in the fisheries sector.

This study aims to determine the relationship between compliance with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and efforts to prevent occupational diseases in nurses at Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital Banda Aceh. This type of research is quantitative with an analytic design with a cross-sectional study approach. Data collection was carried out from June 13 to 20, 2025, at Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital. The population in the study was all nurses in the inpatient room of Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital Banda Aceh, totaling 59 people with sampling techniques using total sampling. Data analysis using the chi-square test, where the results showed there was a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.001), attitude (p = 0.036), and compliance using PPE (p = 0.015) with efforts to prevent occupational diseases. The conclusion of this study found that there is a relationship between compliance with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and efforts to prevent occupational diseases in nurses at Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital Banda Aceh. It is recommended that nurses increase efforts to prevent occupational diseases by continuing to use PPE even though sometimes it is not provided in hospitals, such as masks.

Eradication of Corruption Crimes, has caused poverty across various aspects of people’s lives. In addition, efforts to eradicate the crime of gratuity need to be supported by professional human resources and the enforcement of legal sanctions to foster personal awareness of anti-corruption. Based on the description above, the problem formulation is focused on: 1) Why is the integrity of state officials needed in eradicating graft cases? 2) What is the relationship between the philosophical study of the integrity of state officials in the case of gratuities? 3) What is the legal purpose of the integrity of state officials in the case of gratuities? The purpose of this study is to analyze the integrity of state officials in eradicating cases of gratuity. The approach method in this study is a normative juridical approach. The types of legal materials used are primary, secondary, and tertiary. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive. The results of the study are the eradication of gratuities in Indonesia, namely unlawful acts (corruption) by state officials/employees, receiving bribes (gratuities) from corporations or related parties, abuse of authority, and the practice of collusion with fictitious projects offering a 50%:50% profit split with contractors. This research novelty concludes that gratuities are unlawful acts by state officials who must be audited their salary financial data and even their family’s financial data through the Annual Personal Tax Payment Letter in accordance with the Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2017 and reported to the Financial Audit Agency and the Financial Transaction Analysis Reporting Center in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 2010.

This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method that utilizes in-depth interviews as a data collection procedure. The research data includes primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through participant observation and interviews, while secondary data were obtained through documentation searches. The data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.
The results of the study indicate that in general the implementation of teacher performance at State Senior High School (SMAN) 7 Jayapura City consisting of assessment indicator instruments: (a) Learning Planning, (b) Learning Implementation, (c) Learning Outcome Assessment, and (d) Personality and Attitude Development shows good results in the sense that the teachers in carrying out their main tasks and functions have been in accordance with the expected expectations. In addition, this study also revealed that even so there are still several things that need to be improved further such as completing learning facilities and infrastructure. The recommendation that can be given through this study is that schools need to provide increased teacher competence and capacity through training, seminars, technical guidance to improve teacher professionalism in the application of educational technology.

Employing a qualitative case study design, the research was conducted at SD Negeri 200206 Padangsidimpuan, involving elementary school teachers, Islamic Religious Education teachers, school leadership, and facilitators of AI and tahsin training programs. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using an interactive analytical model with methodological triangulation. The findings reveal that the use of AI tools—such as ChatGPT, Gamma, and Canva AI—significantly improves instructional effectiveness and strengthens teachers’ pedagogical and professional competencies. Furthermore, AI-integrated Qur’anic tahsin training, particularly in makhārij al-ḥurūf and tajwīd, enhances teachers’ Qur’anic recitation quality while reinforcing their religious and personal competencies. This study contributes a value-based, integrative framework for teacher professional development that bridges digital innovation and Islamic educational values. Despite its potential, the model faces challenges related to digital literacy disparities, infrastructural readiness, and the need for sustained mentoring. The research method applied is a double linear regression analysis of a case study involving 67 information system projects that have been completed by various organizations and companies in Indonesia. Some of the major findings of this study cover critical aspects that have a significant impact on the performance of information system projects. Analysis of project information system requirements is identified as one of the key factors affecting the success of the project. Team capabilities, both in terms of technical skills and interpersonal coordination, are also important elements that correlate with project outcomes. The involvement of stakeholders throughout the project cycle has also proved to have a positive impact. It is understood that involving stakeholders actively can enhance a better understanding of user needs and minimize the risk of change of requirements in the middle of the way.
