ngkapan dokumen rekam medis pasien rawat inap di poli bedah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilaksanakan di unit poli bedah umum Rumah Sakit Wijayakusuma Purwokerto pada bulan Mei sampai dengan Juni 2024. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis pasien rawat inap di poli bedah tahun 2023 dan sampel sebanyak 160 berkas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mencatat berkas rekam medis yang tidak lengkap menggunakan lembar checklist. Berdasarkan penelitian diketahui presentase kelengkapan pengisian berkas pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Wijayakusuma Purwokerto pada komponen identifikasi sebesar 83,95% lengkap dan 18,75% tidak lengkap. Pada komponen autentikasi sebesar 81,25% lengkap dan 18,75% tidak lengkap. Pada komponen laporan penting, 96,77% lengkap dan 3,23% tidak lengkap. Pada komponen pencatatan, 100% lengkap dan 0% tidak lengkap. Persentase kelengkapan pengisian dokumen rekam medis rawat inap di poliklinik bedah RS Wijayakusuma Purwokerto pada item identifikasi, autentikasi dan laporan penting belum mencapai 100%.

strategy in improving students’ reading comprehension, which focuses on literal meaning and descriptive text. This research used quasi-experimental research design involving an Experimental class and a control class. The sample of this research were students of VII B as the experimental class, which consisted of 31 students, and the students of VIII A as the control class, which consisted of 31 students. The data was collected through pre-test and post-test. The result confirmed that the mean score of the experimental class had increased from 44.87 to 73.83. On the other hand, in the control class, it has increased from 48.29 to 62.64. The result of the test was analyzed statistically by applying 0.05 level significance. The researcher found that the value of the t-counted was higher than the t-table (4.59 > 1.67). In the other words, the implementation of choral reading strategy can develop students’ reading comprehension of the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 13 Palu. This strategy has a significant impact on the English learning process, especially helping students in reading comprehension to find information about the text and understand the entire meaning of the text, so that students can practice choral reading as their independent reading comprehension strategy in the future.

ni menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri seluruh siswa X TKJ 1 yang terdiri dari 13 siswa. Data diperoleh melalui angket yang berisi 10 item pertanyaan yang mengukur pemahaman siswa, serta tes hasil belajar. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 27 untuk menghitung nilai rata-rata dam uji-t melihat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Microsoft PowerPoint dapat menjadi media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pamahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran Sistem Digital.

. The World Health Organization in 2021 stated that the prevalence of schizophrenia in the world increased to 26 million people. Hallucinations are one of the symptoms of mental disorders where a person experiences changes or disturbances in sensory perception involving the five senses. The most common hallucination is auditory hallucination. One of the non-pharmacological treatments that can be done in patients with auditory hallucination is Murottal Therapy. Murottal therapy is a therapy by reading or listening to Al-Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the nursing process regarding the application of murottal therapy as an effort to control auditory hallucination. The research method used is a case study with the target of schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucinations at Banyumas Hospital. After Murottal Therapy for 6 days, the results showed that the patient could control his hallucinations as evidenced by the Auditory Hallucination Rating Scale score which decreased, score of 22 on the first day and a score of 10 on the sixth day. Therefore, it can be concluded that Murottal Therapy Surah Ar-Rahman verses 1-78 which is performed once a day for 6 days with a duration of 16 minutes, has proven effective for controlling auditory hallucinations in schizophrenic patients.

This research is descriptive describing and analyzing collected data during the research with qualitative approach. The researcher made Mrs. Nurmalia Puspitarini as interviewee and main informant from BCA side; she is the Head of Service BCA Sumenep. The interviewee was chosen because she knows directly the strategy of employees quality development which is done by BCA. The result shows that the strategy of employees’ quality development of BCA Sumenep is done through training and education method. Training and education programs were done by on the job training, pre-service education and coaching, and also off the job training, regular training, e-learning, smartsolution reward program, video-based training, worklife balance, community of practice, and service dialogue. Coaching program, e-learning and regular training succeed to increase the employees’ quality and work rate.
