BUSINESS STRATEGY USING AI (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE): MSME TRAINING IN JAYAPURA CITY

Abstract: Abstract: The rapid pace of digital transformation highlights the need to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jayapura City by integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into their business strategies.… This community service initiative aims to assess MSME actors’ initial understanding of AI, deliver targeted training, and evaluate improvements in strategic planning using the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC). The program was conducted in three stages: pre-assessment, training implementation, and post-training evaluation. Initial findings revealed that most participants had limited knowledge of AI and its applications. However, after the training, there was a significant increase in participants’ confidence and capability. The training effectively reduced lack of knowledge by 40%, addressed infrastructure and internet challenges by 45%, and decreased uncertainty regarding AI's return on investment by 30%. Participants began applying tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and the VPC method to better understand customer needs. Although the study was limited by a short evaluation period and a specific geographic focus, it offers valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and development stakeholders. The findings support the importance of accessible, hands-on training in making AI a practical and beneficial resource for small businesses, ultimately promoting inclusive, technology-driven growth.     Keywords: artificial intelligence, business strategy, jayapura, MSME, youth   Abstrak: Transformasi digital yang pesat mendorong perlunya pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Jayapura melalui integrasi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam strategi bisnis mereka. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menilai pemahaman awal pelaku UMKM terhadap AI, memberikan pelatihan terarah, dan mengevaluasi peningkatan dalam perencanaan strategis menggunakan Value Proposition Canvas (VPC). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap: pra-asesmen, pelatihan, dan evaluasi pascapelatihan. Hasil awal menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta memiliki pengetahuan terbatas tentang AI dan penerapannya. Namun, pascapelatihan terlihat peningkatan signifikan dalam kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan peserta. Pelatihan berhasil menurunkan tingkat ketidaktahuan sebesar 40%, mengurangi kendala infrastruktur dan internet sebesar 45%, serta menekan keraguan atas keuntungan penggunaan AI sebesar 30%. Peserta mulai memanfaatkan alat seperti ChatGPT, Canva AI, dan metode VPC untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kebutuhan pelanggan. Meski terbatas pada waktu evaluasi yang singkat dan wilayah Jayapura, studi ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pembuat kebijakan, pendidik, dan pemangku kepentingan untuk mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM berbasis teknologi secara inklusif. Kolaborasi Multi Stakeholder Dalam Menjaga Destinasi Wisata Pantai Loang Baloq

Abstract: The community service activities carried out are a multi-stakeholder collaborative effort in maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of Loang Baloq Beach. The activity was carried out by involving various related… parties, including the Regional Government, PDPM Mataram City, tourism industry players, surrounding communities, and students as agents of change. Activities are carried out in several stages, including observing problems, preparing, implementing waste cleaning, and making recommendations and action plans. The result of this community service activity is the creation of a cleaner and healthier environment, as well as the formation of recommendations and action plans to improve waste management at Loang Baloq Beach and other tourist destinations in Mataram City. The concept of multi-stakeholder collaboration that is applied in this service activity can be an example for waste management activities and the management of other tourist destinations in Indonesia. In addition, this activity also provides valuable experience for students in carrying out community service activities and involving different stakeholders in achieving the same goals. It is hoped that this activity can have a wider impact on the environment and society in Mataram City, and can be used as a reference for similar activities in the future. Keywords: beach destinations; cleanliness; collaboration; garbage; tours Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan merupakan upaya kolaborasi multi stakeholder dalam menjaga kebersihan dan kelestarian Pantai Loang Baloq. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak terkait, termasuk Pemerintah Daerah, PDPM Kota Mataram, pelaku industri pariwisata, masyarakat sekitar, dan Mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap, antara lain observasi masalah, persiapan, pelaksanaan pembersihan sampah, serta pembuatan rekomendasi dan rencana aksi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terciptanya lingkungan yang lebih bersih dan sehat, serta terbentuknya rekomendasi dan rencana aksi untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan sampah di Pantai Loang Baloq dan destinasi wisata lainnya yang ada di Kota Mataram. Konsep kolaborasi multi stakeholder yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat menjadi contoh bagi kegiatan pengelolaan sampah dan pengelolaan destinasi wisata lainnya di Indonesia. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memberikan pengalaman berharga bagi para mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dan melibatkan stakeholder yang berbeda dalam mencapai tujuan yang sama. Strategi Pengembangan Dan Peningkatan Literasi Numerasi Dari Sudut Negeri Di SD Negeri 016406

Abstract: Abstract: Campus teaching activities are motivated by various sectors, one of which is to prepare Indonesian student competencies to face social, cultural, work and technological advances / rapid times, as well as to improve… rove the quality of education for the better. The problems found with partners are focused on the lack of adaptation of technology in management and the learning process in the classroom. The stages/methods of carrying out activities include starting with pre-assignment, assignment to post-assignment. Based on the results of the implementation of activities aimed at increasing students' literacy and numeracy that have been carried out for approximately 5 months, this third campus teaching program received a positive response from the principal, school committee, teacher council, students and guardians of SD Negeri 016406 Gonting Malaha. This is evidenced from the initial acceptance of the campus teaching team which was greeted with pleasure by school stakeholders and the enthusiasm of students in participating in each lesson. Class teachers are also greatly helped by having campus students teach in managing classes and assisting in the use of learning technology. Not only in the learning sector, schools are also greatly helped by the existence of campus students teaching in organizing and managing school administration in the form of reactivating previously abandoned school libraries, compiling correspondence archives and implementing routine gymnastics programs every morning which has not been done before. The results obtained in the technology adaptation of the students also introduced teachers and students directly to the use of information technology and learning resources that are useful in the development and improvement of student literacy and numeracy, for example the use of YouTube and other learning resources. Keywords: campus teaching; administration; technology; literacy; numeration   Abstrak: Kegiatan kampus mengajar salah satunya adalah untuk menyiapkan kompetensi mahasiswa indonesia menghadapi perubahan sosial, budaya, dunia kerja dan kemajuan teknologi / zaman yang pesat, serta guna untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan menjadi lebih baik (Khotimah et al., 2021). Permasalahan yang ditemukan  pada mitra dititikberatkan pada kurangnya adaptasi teknologi dalam manajemen maupun proses pembelajaran di kelas. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa yang telah dilakukan selama kurang lebih 5 bulan, program kampus mengajar angkatan 3 ini mendapatkan respon positif baik dari kepala sekolah, komite sekolah, dewan guru, siswa serta wali murid SD Negeri 016406 Gonting Malaha. Hal ini dibuktikan dari awal penerimaan tim kampus mengajar yang disambut dengan rasa senang oleh stakeholder sekolah dan antusiasme siswa dalam mengikuti setiap pembelajaran. Tahapan/metode pelaksanaan kegiatan diantaranya diawali dengan pra-penugasan, penugasan sampai dengan pasca penugasan. Guru kelas juga sangat terbantu dengan adanya mahasiswa kampus mengajar dalam mengelola kelas dan membantu pendampingan dalam penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran. Tidak hanya pada sektor pembelajaran, sekolah juga sangat terbantu dengan adanya mahasiswa kampus mengajar dalam menata dan mengelola administrasi sekolah berupa pengaktifan kembali perpustakaan sekolah yang terbengkalai sebelumnya, penyusunan arsip surat menyurat dan program pelaksanaan senam rutin setiap pagi yang belum ada dilakukan sebelumnya. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam adaptasi teknologi para mahasiswa juga memperkenalkan kepada guru maupun siswa secara langsung mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi informasi maupun sumber-sumber pembelajaran yang berguna dalam pengembangan dan peningkatan literasi serta numerasi siswa misalnya penggunaan youtube maupun sumber belajar lainnya. Abstract: Abstract : Today's modern era, the need for food has increased greatly among humans, it is comparable to the large population growth in today's world. In that case, simple technical equipment is needed which is widely used… ed daily both for household needs and for the needs of farmers. Thus conventional equipment that is still used both among farmers, it will slow down the growth of agricultural production. For this reason, advanced technological equipment is needed, even today's modern ones, which are widely used in urban areas. Therefore, before using some of today's modern tools, it is necessary to provide knowledge education methods in the form of socializing the use of simple tools which are mostly used in educational settings as well as among farmers. So that the socialization of the introduction of these technical tools is very important at this time, to avoid misuse of these technical equipment, which is caused by a lack of knowledge of the community. By socializing these simple technical tools, it will result in a good understanding of all stakeholders at SMP Negeri 1 Dolog Pardamean, both teachers and students who will be able to recognize simple mechanical engineering tools that are used both at school and at home. Abstrak : Jaman Modern sekarang ini, kebutuhan bahan pangan sangat meningkat di kalangan manusia, itu sebanding dengan banyaknya pertumbuhan penduduk di dunia sekarang ini. Dalam hal itu, dibutuhkanlah peralatan teknik sederhana yang banyak dipergunakan sehari-hari baik bagi kebutuhan rumah tangga maupun kebutuhan para petani. Dengan demikian peralatan konvensional yang masih dipergunakan baik itu di kalangan para petani, itu akan memperlambat pertumbuhan produksi pertanian. Untuk itu, dibutuhkanlah peralatan teknologi yang maju bahkan yang modern sekarang ini yang sudah banyak dipergunakan di perkotaan. Oleh sebab itu, sebelum mempergunakan beberapa alat-alat modern yang sekarang ini, perlu diberikan metode pendidikan pengetahuan berupa sosialisasi penggunaan peralatan sederhana yang kebanyakan dipergunakan di lingkungan pendidikan maupun di lingkungan para petani. Sehingga sosialisasi pengenalan alat teknik tersebut merupakan yang sangat penting sekarang ini, untuk menghindari penyalah gunaan peralatan teknik tersebut, yang disebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan para masyarakat. Dengan dilakukannya sosialisasi alat-alat teknik sederhana tersebut, akan menghasilkan pemahaman yang baik diseluruh pemangku kepentingan yang di sekolah SMP Negeri 1 Dolog Pardamean baik guru maupun siswa yang akan dapat mengenal alat-alat teknik mesin sederhana yang dipakai baik itu di sekolah maupun di rumah. Pendampingan Pengelolaan Sampah Terpadu Berbasis Masyarakat dengan Konsep 3R Di desa Sukaluyu

This… s behavior is often used as a solution to improve the environment that has waste management problems. The purpose of this paper is to identify strategies for optimizing Community Based Independent Waste Management with the 3 R Concept (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle) in Sukaluyu Village, Karawang. This strategy is planned to be able to explore community participation that is bottom-up, starting from the identification of problems and needs of the community, socialization of the concept of 3 R in the household so that people can feel the benefits economically and preserve the environment.The implementation method consists of surveys, hearings, focus group discussions, training, and waste sorting self-practices. This activity is expected to not only improve the environmental quality of the Sukaluyu Village community, but also can change the perceptions and behavior of the community and local stakeholders regarding waste reduction and management. Konsep 3 R ini sering dijadikan solusi untuk memperbaiki lingkungan yang memiliki masalah dalam pengelolaan sampah. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi strategi optimalisasi Pengelolaan Sampah Mandiri Berbasis Masyarakat dengan konsep 3 R (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle) di Desa Sukaluyu, Karawang. Strategi ini direncanakan untuk menggali partisipasi masyarakat yang bersifat bottom-up, dimulai dari identifikasi masalah dan kebutuhan masyarakat, sosialisasi konsep 3R di rumah tangga sehingga masyarakat dapat merasakan manfaat secara ekonomis dan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari survei, audiensi, focus group discussion, pelatihan, dan praktik mandiri pengolahan-pemilahan sampah. Kegiatan ini diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan masyarakat Desa Sukaluyu, namun juga dapat mengubah persepsi dan perilaku masyarakat dan stakeholder setempat terkait pengurangan dan pengelolaan sampah. KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING KNOWLEDGE SHARING FOR SUSTAINABLE BATAM TOURISM

Abstract: Abstract: The development of sustainable tourism in Batam City faces several challenges. Knowledge and information related to tourism remain scattered among various stakeholders, resulting in suboptimal coordination. Knowledge… wledge sharing and collaboration among stakeholders remain limited, so best practices and experiences have not been fully leveraged. A Knowledge Management System (KMS) based on knowledge sharing is needed to support information exchange and the development of sustainable tourism. The methodology used in this study is the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) approach combined with Design Thinking. The research steps included an evaluation of the existing infrastructure, the formation of a knowledge management team, knowledge collection, the design of a KMS prototype, and the development of that prototype. The results of the study indicate that a knowledge-sharing-based Knowledge Management System (KMS) prototype was successfully developed to meet the needs of tourists and tourism stakeholders in Batam City. The system built is capable of facilitating the management, storage, and exchange of knowledge among stakeholders in a more integrated manner. The implementation of the KMS also enhances collaboration and supports the decision-making process in the development of tourism products and services. These findings indicate that a KMS can serve as an effective solution in supporting sustainable tourism development in Batam City.             Keywords: tourism, KMLC, Batam City, design thinking, knowledge management.   Abstrak: Pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Kota Batam menghadapi beberapa tantangan. Pengetahuan dan informasi terkait pariwisata masih tersebar di berbagai pemangku kepentingan sehingga koordinasi belum berjalan secara optimal. Berbagi pengetahuan dan kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan masih terbatas, sehingga pengalaman dan praktik terbaik belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Diperlukan Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan (KMS) berbasis knowledge sharing untuk mendukung pertukaran informasi dan pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Siklus Hidup Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan (KMSLC) yang dikombinasikan dengan Design Thinking. Langkah-langkah penelitian mencakup evaluasi infrastruktur yang sudah ada, pembentukan tim manajemen pengetahuan, pengumpulan pengetahuan, perancangan prototipe KMS, serta pengembangan prototipe KMS tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe Knowledge Management System (KMS) berbasis knowledge sharing berhasil dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan wisatawan dan pemangku kepentingan pariwisata di Kota Batam. Sistem yang dibangun mampu memfasilitasi pengelolaan, penyimpanan, dan pertukaran pengetahuan antar pemangku kepentingan secara lebih terintegrasi. Implementasi KMS juga meningkatkan kolaborasi dan mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan dalam pengembangan produk dan layanan pariwisata. IMPLEMENTATION OF RANDOM FOREST CLASSIFIER FOR STUDENT GRADUATION CLASSIFICATION

Abstract: Abstract: Higher education plays an essential role in improving human resource quality, one of which is through the institution’s ability to monitor and predict student graduation outcomes. This study does not focus on a… a specific university but utilizes the publicly available Students Performance in Exams dataset from Kaggle, consisting of 1,000 student records containing mathematics, reading, and writing scores, along with demographic attributes such as gender, parental education level, lunch type, and test preparation participation. The data were processed through a feature engineering stage by adding an average score variable as an early indicator of graduation status. A predictive model was developed using the Random Forest Classifier, achieving an accuracy of 94.5%. The final model was integrated into a Streamlit-based web application to provide an accessible tool for academic stakeholders. The results indicate that the proposed model can serve as an effective decision-support tool for early evaluation of students’ likelihood of graduation. Keywords: prediction; random forest classifier, streamlit, student graduation.     Abstrak: Pendidikan tinggi memegang peran penting dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, salah satunya melalui kemampuan institusi dalam memantau dan memprediksi tingkat kelulusan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini tidak berfokus pada perguruan tinggi tertentu, melainkan menggunakan dataset publik Students Performance in Exams dari Kaggle yang berisi 1.000 data mahasiswa, terdiri atas nilai matematika, membaca, menulis, serta atribut demografis seperti gender, tingkat pendidikan orang tua, jenis makan siang, dan partisipasi kursus persiapan. Data diolah melalui tahap feature engineering dengan menambahkan variabel average score sebagai indikator awal kelulusan. Model prediksi dibangun menggunakan algoritma Random Forest Classifier, yang menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 94,5%. Model ini kemudian diimplementasikan ke dalam aplikasi web berbasis Streamlit untuk memberikan layanan prediksi yang mudah diakses oleh pihak akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model mampu digunakan sebagai alat pendukung keputusan untuk melakukan evaluasi dini terhadap potensi kelulusan mahasiswa.   Kata kunci: kelulusan mahasiswa; prediksi; random forest classifier; streamlit.

SELECTION OF POSYANDU CADRES IN LUBUK KILANGAN DISTRICT USING THE OPTIMAL HYBRID AHP–TOPSIS METHOD

However, the selection process for the best cadres is often carried out subjectively without… t clear and standardized criteria. This condition can lead to a decline in service quality and reduced cadre motivation. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to provide assessments that are objective, measurable, and accountable. This study aims to optimize the Posyandu cadre selection process in Lubuk Kilangan District through the development of a decision support system based on a hybrid method: Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The AHP method is applied to determine the weight of each selection criterion based on its level of importance through pairwise comparisons. Subsequently, TOPSIS is used to rank candidates according to their proximity to the ideal solution. The methodology includes a literature review, primary data collection through interviews and questionnaires with stakeholders (community health centers, cadres, and village officials), as well as the implementation and testing of the AHP–TOPSIS–based system.             Keywords: Posyandu, Cadre, AHP, TOPSIS, Decision Support System     Abstrak: Kader Posyandu memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung layanan kesehatan masyarakat di tingkat desa dan kelurahan. Namun, proses pemilihan kader terbaik masih sering dilakukan secara subjektif tanpa acuan kriteria yang jelas dan terstandarisasi. Kondisi ini dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas pelayanan serta rendahnya motivasi kader. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu sistem penunjang keputusan yang mampu memberikan hasil penilaian yang objektif, terukur, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses pemilihan kader Posyandu di Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan melalui pengembangan sistem penunjang keputusan berbasis metode hybrid Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode AHP digunakan untuk menetapkan bobot masing-masing kriteria pemilihan kader berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan melalui perbandingan berpasangan. Selanjutnya, metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk melakukan pemeringkatan calon kader berdasarkan kedekatannya terhadap solusi ideal. VEGECHAIN: SMART CONTRACT MARKETPLACE FOR VEGETARIAN SUPPLY CHAIN OPTIMIZATION

Abstract: Abstract: The global transition towards sustainable food systems faces significant challenges in vegetarian food supply chains, including transparency issues, distribution inefficiencies, and quality verification problems.&#8230; s. This research proposes VegeChain development, a decentralized marketplace ecosystem based on smart contracts designed to transform vegetarian food supply chains and accelerate Meatless, Balanced, Green (MBG) program adoption. Using mixed-method methodology integrating blockchain system design, stakeholder analysis, and economic simulation, this research develops a comprehensive technology framework combining blockchain transparency, smart contract automation, and sustainable tokenomics with novel mathematical models. The system implements dynamic pricing algorithms based on Automated Market Maker (AMM) mechanisms, multi-objective optimization for supply chain efficiency, and reputation-based consensus protocols. Simulation results demonstrate that VegeChain implementation can improve supply chain efficiency by 35%, reduce food waste by 28%, and increase consumer trust by 42% measured through validated stakeholder satisfaction surveys (n=456) using 5-point Likert scales with statistical significance p<0.001. Technical innovations include Byzantine Fault Tolerant consensus with 99.9% reliability, gas optimization achieving 67% cost reduction, and real-time quality verification algorithms with 98.7% accuracy.             Keywords: smart contracts; supply chain optimization; automated market makers; blockchain technology; sustainable tokenomics
