eously. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study were all consumers of Ayam Penyet Bang Amin Rantauprapat. The research sample was determined using the Lemeshow formula so that 96 respondents were obtained with a sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. Primary data were collected through online questionnaires and processed using SPSS version 23. The test results showed that partially, product quality had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (t count 3.069 > t table 1.986; Sig. 0.003 < 0.05). Packaging design had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (t count 2.446 > t table 1.986; Sig. 0.016 < 0.05). Customer experience also has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (t count 3.528 > t table 1.986; Sig. 0.001 < 0.05). Simultaneously, product quality, packaging design, and customer experience have a significant effect on consumer repurchase intention (F count 143.923 > F table 2.70; Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination of 0.819 indicates that the variables of product quality, packaging design, and customer experience are able to explain the variation in repurchase intention by 81.9%, while the remaining 18.1% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

The research sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of consumers who have visited at least twice in the last six months. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS version 29 through validity tests, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest with a t-value of 2.255 and a significance of 0.026. Service quality also had a positive and significant effect with a t-value of 3.021 and a significance of 0.003 and was the most dominant variable with a beta value of 0.348. Product innovation had a positive and significant effect with a t-value of 2.179 and a significance of 0.032. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence purchase intention with an F value of 34.165 and a significance level of <0.001. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.501 indicates that 50.1% of the variation in purchase intention can be explained by the research model.

a survey method. The study population consisted of 33 employees, all of whom were sampled through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficients of determination using SPSS 27. The results showed that horizontal communication, vertical communication, and diagonal communication each had a positive and significant effect on employee morale. Simultaneously, the three variables also had a significant effect on morale. Vertical communication was the variable that had the greatest influence compared to the other two variables. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.840 indicated that 84% of the variation in morale could be explained by the three forms of organizational communication, while 16% was influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings confirm that effective organizational communication plays an important role in increasing employee morale and supporting the creation of more optimal public service performance.

One of the Islamic economic instruments that has surfaced in the discussion of the fiscal system is Zakat. Zakat in many studies indicates that it can be an alternative substitute for the tax position in the state fiscal system. The purpose of this paper is to find answers to whether Zakat is able to replace the tax position in the state fiscal policy system. What is its position in economic theory and Islamic law, and how to formulate zakat as a fiscal policy instrument? This paper also includes a discussion of potential conflicts that arise when zakat is applied to replace taxes.

e relationship between parenting practices and children’s nutritional status in Kuta Baro Subdistrict. A descriptive-correlational method with a quantitative approach was used. The study population consisted of all 2,132 toddlers in Kuta Baro Subdistrict, with a sample of 96 toddlers selected using simple random sampling. Data on parenting practices were collected via a questionnaire, while nutritional status was measured using the weight-for-age indicator. Data analysis was conducted using a correlation test to determine the relationship between parenting practices and children’s nutritional status. The results indicate a significant relationship between parental child-rearing practices and children’s nutritional status (p=0.000). Positive and attentive child-rearing practices are correlated with optimal nutritional status, whereas inappropriate child-rearing practices are associated with poor to very poor nutritional status. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the Department of Health and educational institutions enhance parenting education and support programs for parents to improve children’s nutritional status in the region. Future research is expected to examine other factors influencing children’s nutritional status using more comprehensive methods.

llenges, such as separating text from practice and neglecting indigenous from outsider views. This article tries to show that these discourse and debates reveal a bigger issue where there is no clear way to examine how research methods influence our understanding of Islam. This study employs a qualitative method, conceptual approach to review relevant key words in Islamic studies and related fields, such as Orientalism, discursive tradition, lived religion, cosmopolitanism, and self-reflexity method. Instead of commenting methods as appropriate or not, the analysis looks at what each approach helps scholars notice, what it overlooks, and how it fits into larger systems of knowledge and power. Drawing on this analysis, the article introduces a self-reflexive framework with three main parts: epistemological reflexivity, positional reflexivity, and dialogical reflexivity. This framework is meant to help researchers plan and review Islamic studies projects, especially in Muslim-majority and less-explored areas, by encouraging them to consider texts, practices, and local ideas without making them too simple. The article contributes to ongoing debates by offering a new approach that moves beyond basic divisions and encourages a more open and thoughtful study of Islam.

academic English literacy among Indonesian undergraduates. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test control group, 60 students were divided into experimental and control groups. Instruments included comprehension tests, learner autonomy questionnaires, and rubric-based writing assessments. Results showed significant improvements in the experimental group. Academic text comprehension increased, particularly in vocabulary mastery (+12%), rhetorical structures (+15%), and recognition of formal registers (+10%). Copilot usage positively predicted learner autonomy, with gains in goal-setting (+14%), strategy selection (+11%), and self-evaluation (+13%). Writing performance also improved, especially in coherence (+13%), argumentation (+16%), and adherence to conventions (+12%). The findings confirm Copilot’s role as both corrective aid and developmental partner, fostering academic literacy and learner autonomy. Implications suggest integrating AI tools into EFL curricula to strengthen academic discourse and independent learning.

Furthermore, the village has an underutilized female labor potential, organized within the Family Welfare Movement (Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga / PKK) as the foundational collective for rural women in Muaro Sentajo. This initiative aims to provide knowledge on native orchid species, cultivation techniques, integrated systems with stingless bees (kelulut), and digital marketing. The program implemented a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, consisting of asset mapping, practical cultivation workshops, e-commerce platform development, and four months of intensive mentoring. This empowerment program successfully established an active orchid breeding group managing more than 15 native orchid species. Additionally, 83.66% of the participants demonstrated proficiency in operating digital marketing channels (Instagram and Shopee), resulting in the first independent commercial sales of local orchid products. The integration of local ecological assets with modern digital marketing proved effective in enhancing the economic independence of rural women and promoting sustainable community development.

revelation and the demands of fixity of legal judgment (ḥukm). Tradition receipts that later scripture abrogates earlier scripture wherever actual, unavoidable contradiction is found, classically expressed as "al-nāsikh wa-l-mansūkh.". Pre-modern thinkers classified modes and cases of abrogation, inferred them from revelational phases, and counted suspected cases throughout the Qur'an and Sunna. Modern scholarship avoids both epistemic pretensions and hyperbolic earlier assertions of abrogation. The article tracks early meanings, introduces intratraditional caution that moderated abrogation, and evaluates recent re-analyses based on coherence theory, maqāṣid (purposes), historicization in context, and ethics. It argues that abrogation was included in pre-modern dogmatics as a component of a package of other hermeneutical strategies (specification, restriction, prioritization, suspension) and that available resources allow for a less ambitious, economy-of-means approach. A renovated dogma leaner, evidence-based, and syncretized with maqāṣid and semantics can ensure the normativity of revelation and make the law more attentive to modern moral concerns, such as gender justice, religious pluralism, and violence. The paper reaches its climax with the proposal of a "manifest conflict resolution" regime. where abrogation is held in reserve as a last resort and not the initial starting point and has ramification for legal rulings (fatwā), legal codification and education more widely. (Hallaq 1993; Kamali 2003; Auda 2008; Rahman 1982; Abu Zayd 2006).
