. The World Health Organization in 2021 stated that the prevalence of schizophrenia in the world increased to 26 million people. Hallucinations are one of the symptoms of mental disorders where a person experiences changes or disturbances in sensory perception involving the five senses. The most common hallucination is auditory hallucination. One of the non-pharmacological treatments that can be done in patients with auditory hallucination is Murottal Therapy. Murottal therapy is a therapy by reading or listening to Al-Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the nursing process regarding the application of murottal therapy as an effort to control auditory hallucination. The research method used is a case study with the target of schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucinations at Banyumas Hospital. After Murottal Therapy for 6 days, the results showed that the patient could control his hallucinations as evidenced by the Auditory Hallucination Rating Scale score which decreased, score of 22 on the first day and a score of 10 on the sixth day. Therefore, it can be concluded that Murottal Therapy Surah Ar-Rahman verses 1-78 which is performed once a day for 6 days with a duration of 16 minutes, has proven effective for controlling auditory hallucinations in schizophrenic patients.

Based on a pre-survey at Panti Wreda Budi Dharma Kasih, it was found that more than half of the elderly experienced hypertension due to a lack of elderly knowledge about hypertension. This community service activity aims to educate the elderly about hypertension and invite the elderly to have a good lifestyle. This activity was carried out at Panti Wreda Budi Dharma Kasih attended by 27 participants. The PKM method is carried out by checking the blood pressure of the elderly using a sphygmomanometer and stethoscope. Screening of PKM participants is elderly people with a minimum age of 60 years who can hear and see. The provision of education is carried out by lecture method using power points containing the definition of hypertension and elderly causative factors and ways to prevent hypertension, then a question and answer session is held. Data collection on the level of knowledge was carried out using pre-education and post-education questionnaires. The results of this activity show an increase in knowledge in the elderly after providing education for 3 meetings.

The implications of this training can be applied by teachers to process data, for example, student scores into tables or graphs, so errors are easier to detect. This information can be used to determine decisions, for example, whether a student passes a course or not.

e pattern of tofu marketing channels, to analyze tofu marketing costs, profits and margins; and to analyze the level of economic efficiency of each tofu marketing channel in Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The choice of research location was done purposively. The sample in this study were 19 respondents who owned the tofu industry. Field research was conducted from March 2022 to April 2022. The method used is marketing margin analysis to determine differences in price levels in marketing channels, this study also uses farmer's share analysis to determine marketing efficiency. The results of the study concluded that the fried tofu housing industry in Dolok Masihul District has 2 (two). In marketing channel I, the total marketing cost is Rp. 30/ptg, the total marketing profit for retailers is Rp. 303.33/ptg, and the marketing margin is Rp. 83.33/ptg. For marketing channel II there is no marketing fee. On stock farmers that marketing channels I and II are included in the efficient category.

The data collection method used consisted of interview and documentation methods. Primary data used in the form of interviews. While the secondary data used are the financial statements of CV. XYZ in 2017 and a list of fixed assets of CV. XYZ in 2017. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the preparation of the final project show that the accounting treatment of fixed assets at CV. XYZ is in accordance with PSAK No. 16. CV. XYZ continues to be guided by PSAK No. 16 regarding fixed assets and continues to follow developments so that the financial statements produced remain reliable with accounting guidelines generally accepted.
