Lu'luil Maknun, Fitriyana, Nia
Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the significance level of the effect of using hand puppet media on the speaking skills of second-grade students at MI As-Syafi’iyah 10 Gunung Sindur. This research employed a quasi-experimental… uasi-experimental method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was non-random purposive sampling, with two classes selected as samples, each consisting of 32 students. The data collection technique used in this study was an oral test instrument, designed using a non-equivalent control group design. The results showed that the average score of the experimental class was 45.31 in the pre-test and 67.81 in the post-test. Meanwhile, the control class scored an average of 44.84 in the pre-test and 46.56 in the post-test. The data were tested for normality and found to be normally distributed. The homogeneity test results showed a significance value of 0.308 > 0.05, indicating that the data are homogeneous or have the same variance. The findings revealed that the use of hand puppet media had a significant effect on students' speaking skills. The hypothesis testing using a Paired Sample T-Test showed a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the result is statistically significant. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H₀) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) is accepted, meaning there is a significant difference in students’ speaking skills before and after being taught using hand puppet media.

BRIDGING FINANCIAL AND DIGITAL COMPETENCES WITH INVESTMENT RISK THROUGH THE MEDIATING POWER OF INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

Indrasari, Elizabeth Sastrina, Soma, Abdul Mukti
Abstract: Digital technologies are changing rapidly, and this has changed the financial services industry, especially how people decide where to invest their money. This study looks at how digital literacy, financial literacy, and… fear of missing out (FOMO) affect how much risk young investors are willing to take when investing with information disclosure as a mediating variable. The research data is taken from 447 investors of Gen Y and Z in West Java and used Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLSSEM). The results show that being financially literate makes people more likely to search for financial information, but it also makes them less willing to take risks when investing. This suggests that people who know a lot about money are more careful when they invest. On the other hand, FOMO has a positive effect on both information searching and risk tolerance, showing how emotions can affect people online. Digital literacy helps people be more willing to take risks, but it does not have a big effect on how much information they search. These results show how important cognitive and emotional factors are in determining how people act when it comes to IT-driven finances. The study helps with responsible digital transformation by showing how important it is for individuals to be ready to navigate fintech ecosystems. It also gives regulators, platform providers, and educators ideas on how to promote more informed and resilient investment practices.

WHEN WEIGHT DETERMINES CHILDBIRTH CHOICES: A DESCRIPTIVE STUDY OF OBESE PREGNANT WOMEN AT REGIONAL HOSPITAL DR. H. ABDUL MOELOEK OF LAMPUNG

Juwita Desri Ayu, Sugiarto
Abstract: Obesity in mothers is a major worldwide health issue that significantly raises the need for obstetric procedures, especially cesarean sections. Numerous difficulties for both mothers and newborns have been linked to elevated… ated pre-pregnancy and gestational body mass indexes (BMI). The purpose of this study is to characterize the distribution of delivery methods among pregnant women who are obese at Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Regional Hospital in Lampung Province, Indonesia. Total sampling was used to perform a quantitative, descriptive retrospective analysis. 58 pregnant women with a BMI of 30 kg/m² or above who gave birth between 2017 and 2023 were included. SPSS version 27.0 was utilized for data analysis. Findings out of the 58 instances that could be analyzed, 69.0% of obese pregnant women gave delivery via cesarean section, 27.6% gave birth spontaneous vaginally, and 3.4% had a vacuum induction. The majority (31.0%) were between the ages of 35 and 39, and 77.6% were multiparous. The type of delivery was found to be strongly influenced by maternal age, parity, and obesity. Being obese greatly raises the risk of having a cesarean section, especially for older and multiparous women. Reducing needless cesarean rates and improving mother and newborn outcomes may be possible with early treatments such as lifestyle modification education, prenatal counseling, and BMI-based risk assessment.

Al Qur’an can be used as a media for exercises and also as a media for finding examples of the preposition in grammar matery.

CHARACTER EDUCATION ACCORDING TO IMAM AN- NAWAWI IN THE HADITH OF AL- ARBA’IN AND THE PERSPECTIVE OF ISLAMIC SCHOLARS

Widayanti, Nurul
Abstract: Allah created Prophet Adam (peace be upon him) not without purpose or intention. It was not merely to make the earth more vibrant, but the primary purpose was to appoint Adam (peace be upon him) as a khalifah—a leader on… on earth. The role of a leader is to organize, manage, protect, preserve, and utilize all the resources that Allah has provided on this earth for the benefit and well-being of humankind. To fulfill his responsibilities as a leader, Allah prepared and equipped Adam (peace be upon him) with intellect and knowledge . In Surah At-Tin, verse 4, Allah explains: "Indeed, We created man in the best of stature," which means that Allah created humans in the most perfect form, endowed with intellect. With this intellect, humans are able to explore all of their potential for the benefit of humanity.

APPLICATION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIR CONTENTS AT BANDA ACEH SYAR’IYAH COURT

Rian Apriesta Ramsadefa, Ilyas Yunus, Zahratul Idami
Abstract: To determine the rightful heirs must be determined in court voluntarily as regulated in Article 49 Letter b of Law Number 3 of 2006 concerning the Authority of Religious Courts. However, in reality there are heirs who are… e unwilling to submit an application for the determination of heirs, resulting in the obstruction of the rights of other heirs. The purpose of writing this thesis is to explain the procedures and special requirements in submitting a contentious determination of heirs, to explain the evidence of the applicants against the heirs, and to explain the efforts made to overcome obstacles in determining heirs contentiously. This research is an empirical legal research, data is obtained directly through interviews and literature reviews. Data is collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that there are still many heirs who submit the determination of heirs voluntarily with a lack of parties and result in their decisions being declared unacceptable, but in terms of contention there are still many heirs, judges and lawyers who do not know that there are provisions in the Circular of the Supreme Court (SEMA) Number 5 of 2021- Formulation of the Law of the Religious Chamber-2.b there are special procedures and requirements and proof in the submission as well as obstacles and efforts that must be made in the application for determination of heirs contentiously which is different from voluntary. It is recommended that the Sharia Court provide information regarding the new provisions in submitting applications to both lawyers and interested parties in order to obtain legal certainty because many parties do not yet know these provisions.

Christiyanti Abel, Thomas Ola Langoday
Abstract: Becoming a great entrepreneur in the global era is not as easy as flipping the palm of your hand. A successful and happy great entrepreneur is not solely determined by high academic performance, a high IQ, or attending a… prestigious school. In fact, GPA, IQ, and attending a top school do not even rank among the top ten factors that guarantee someone will become a great and successful entrepreneur. What truly determines entrepreneurial greatness and success are soft skills. The top 10 soft skills referred to are: Honesty (Being honest with all people) ranked first, followed by Strong Discipline (Being well-disciplined); Sociability (Getting along with people); Support from a Partner (Having a supportive spouse); Hard Work (Working harder than most people); Passion for the Work (Loving my career/business); Leadership (Having strong leadership qualities); Competitive Personality (Having a very competitive spirit/personality); Well-Organized Life (Being very well-organized); and finally, Ability to Sell Ideas (Having an ability to sell my ideas/products). These ten soft skills will become even more meaningful when accompanied by a good heart, positive thinking, wise words, good deeds, good habits, positive culture, and strong character—all of which shape good fortune. Ultimately, good fortune begins with a good heart.

BULLYING FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF HADITH IN THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT

Ria Zubaidah, Romlah Abubakar Askar, Abdul Ghofur
Abstract: Bullying is a deviant behavior that has serious impacts on the mental and social well-being of its victims, particularly within educational environments. From an Islamic perspective, acts of harming others—whether physically,… ically, verbally, or psychologically—are in direct contradiction to the values taught by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This study aims to examine the perspective of hadith on bullying behavior and its relevance in shaping students’ character and social ethics. This research employs a library research method, with data obtained from primary hadith sources such as Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, and other supporting literature. The findings indicate that bullying is strongly prohibited in hadith, as it contradicts the principles of Islamic brotherhood (ukhuwah Islamiyah), the prohibition of harming others, and the obligation to uphold the dignity of fellow Muslims. The Prophet’s traditions guide Muslims to guard their speech and actions, avoid mockery, and build social relationships based on compassion and mutual respect. Therefore, the internalization of hadith values can serve as a fundamental basis for bullying prevention in educational settings.
