HS, Ruby Albalad.
Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the process of organizing, interpreting and applying the implementation process of the Active Emergency Village program in realizing community independence in Roban Village,… llage, Singkawang City. The results of the study indicate that the Implementation of the Active Emergency Village program in Realizing Community Independence in Roban Village, Singkawang Tengah District, Singkawang City has been implemented but has not been maximized. This can be seen from the implementation of the organizing process that has not been carried out in accordance with the activities of selecting the administrators and cadres of the Active Emergency Village through a special meeting of the formal leaders of the Village and community leaders and several community representatives. The election was carried out through deliberation and consensus, in accordance with the applicable procedures and criteria, facilitated by the Roban Health Center. The implementation of the interpretation process of the implementation of the socialization process through the transmission or distribution of information is not clearly received by the implementers such as the village head and the health center, so that not all people know or understand the program. The implementation of the application process such as the adequacy of implementing personnel, authority as authority or legitimacy for implementers in implementing the established policies is still limited, so the power of the implementors in implementing the program in the eyes of the community is not in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 1529 / MENKES / SK / X / 2010 Concerning General Guidelines for the Development of Active Emergency Villages and Sub-districts.

ORGANIZING AND IMPLEMENTING MARKETING OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES IN ISLAMIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS: A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE LITERATURE

Rahman, Zaky, Zohriah, Anis, Muin, Abdul, Uyuni, Yuyun Rohmatul
Abstract: Although the discourse on educational marketing is theoretically established, empirical reality reveals a significant gap between strategic planning and operational execution. This failure is often rooted in weak resource… e organization and the inability to translate strategy into tactical action. This study aims to analyze and compare the organizational patterns and implementation of educational service marketing across institutional levels, including Madrasahs, Islamic Boarding Schools (Pesantren), and Islamic Higher Education Institutions. Using a library research method, data were collected through a systematic search of current academic literature (2015-2025) by adapting the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) selection flow to ensure data synthesis validity. Comparative analysis reveals distinct organizational model divergences: madrasahs tend to use ad-hoc committee structures, pesantrens rely on the centrality of the Kiai's charismatic leadership as the primary brand ambassador, while higher education institutions are adopting professional, permanent marketing units. Nevertheless, the convergence of success across all three entities lies in the integration of Islamic values within the 7P marketing mix and the vital role of Human Resources as the forefront of service delivery. This study implies the urgency of a managerial transformation from an incidental approach to the institutionalization of sustainable marketing functions to bridge the execution gap and build public trust.

Handayani, Ani Juwita, Sugiono, Edi, Setyawati, Irma, Lestari, Rahayu
Abstract: For businesses in all industries, especially historic institutions that need to strike a balance between modernity and cultural preservation, digital transformation has emerged as a strategic necessity. With an emphasis… on the Yogyakarta Palace environment, this study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology in accordance with PRISMA principles to examine the impact of organizational culture, digital leadership, and digital capabilities on digital transformation. From the Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases, 68 articles with peer review published between 2022 and 2026 were methodically found, vetted, and examined. The results show that organizational culture acts as a fundamental enabler that dictates the sustainability of transformation initiatives, digital leadership acts as a strategic catalyst for starting transformation, and digital capabilities offer the necessary organizational competencies for carrying out digital strategies. According to the integrative study, these three factors work together rather than separately, indicating that their simultaneous development is necessary for a digital transformation to be successful. This review presents practical implications for human resource management practitioners as well as a thorough theoretical framework for comprehending digital change inside legacy institutional settings.

THE INFLUENCE OF TALENT MANAGEMENT, CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, AND PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL ON PRODUCTIVITY OF VETERINARY STAFF IN LARAS SATWA CLINIC

Sasmita, Ady, Nurwulandari, Andini, Setyawati, Irma
Abstract: This systematic literature review examined 40 high-quality empirical studies to synthesize evidence regarding how talent management, continuous improvement, and performance appraisal influence employee productivity across… s organizational contexts. The findings reveal that talent management creates direct and moderated effects on employee productivity through organizational culture and employee involvement mechanisms. Continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma approaches, yield simultaneous improvements in both productivity and quality outcomes, with demonstrated effectiveness in service-oriented sectors. Performance appraisal systems enhance employee productivity through clarified performance expectations, developmental feedback, and strengthened accountability mechanisms. A critical finding is that integrating these three human resource management domains produces synergistic effects that exceed the sum of isolated interventions, demonstrating multiplicative rather than additive productivity gains through mutually reinforcing mechanisms. The 40 included studies employed balanced methodological approaches including quantitative surveys, structural equation modeling, qualitative investigations, and empirical case studies, with 65% published in 2024-2025 reflecting contemporary human resource management practices. This systematic evidence synthesis establishes that veterinary clinics implementing comprehensive integrated approaches addressing talent management, continuous improvement, and performance appraisal simultaneously would achieve superior productivity outcomes while addressing the profession's unique emotional labor demands and animal welfare responsibilities.

TENSILE UPLIFT CAPACITY AND FAILURE MECHANISMS OF SCREW-PILE ANCHORS IN CLAY SOIL UNDER REPEATED LOADING

Munirwansyah
Abstract: This study investigates the tensile uplift capacity of screw piles in clay soil as an alternative anchoring system for slope stabilization in cohesive ground conditions. The research aims to address the limited availability… ity of empirical field data on screw-pile behavior under repeated loading and to evaluate the agreement between theoretical predictions and actual in situ responses. The methodology employs an experimental approach through in situ testing with screw-pile diameters of 10 cm, 15 cm, and 20 cm, and embedment depths ranging from 0.6 m to 1.0 m. The tests were conducted under both static and repeated tensile loading using a hydraulic jack system, accompanied by vertical deformation measurements to establish load–displacement curves. Theoretical capacity was calculated using a limit equilibrium approach for comparison with experimental results. The findings reveal a nonlinear load–displacement response, characterized by initial stiffness followed by progressive deformation into the post-yield stage. At a maximum load of 2.858 tons, deformation increased with diameter, from 5.10 cm (10 cm) to 8.49 cm (20 cm). Under repeated loading, failure occurred at a lower load of approximately 1.6 tons with a maximum deformation of 1.648 cm, indicating potential capacity degradation due to cyclic loading. The comparison between theoretical and field results shows significant deviations, with analytical predictions generally underestimating the in situ capacity. This highlights the limitations of simplified models that do not fully account for shaft adhesion, installation disturbance, soil heterogeneity, pore-water pressure effects, and cyclic degradation. Overall, this study contributes valuable field pull-out test data for screw piles in clay under repeated loading, emphasizing the need for design calibration based on full-scale testing for slope stabilization applications. The results also suggest opportunities for further research involving long-term monitoring and advanced modeling of cyclic degradation.
