rrounding sexuality. Comprehensive interventions are needed to equip adolescents with adequate knowledge, attitudes, and gender-sensitive decision-making skills. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of a PLISSIT-based Comprehensive Sexual Education intervention in improving adolescents’ attitudes toward HIV transmission prevention from a gender equality perspective. This quasi-experimental study involved 100 students selected through simple random sampling and divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received four PLISSIT-based educational sessions integrating gender equality principles, while the control group received conventional sexual education. Data were collected using pre- and post-test questionnaires and analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The results showed a substantial improvement in adolescents’ attitudes after the intervention. Prior to the intervention, only 18% of students demonstrated good attitudes toward HIV prevention, while 82% were categorized as poor. After the intervention, 90% of students in the experimental group showed good attitudes, and only 10% remained in the poor category, with a statistically significant difference (p = 0.001). These findings indicate that the PLISSIT-based comprehensive sexual education model is effective in shaping positive attitudes by providing a safe space for discussion, relevant information, and gender-responsive guidance. In conclusion, the PLISSIT-based intervention significantly enhances adolescents’ attitudes toward HIV prevention and can serve as a strategic approach in school-based reproductive health education.

The findings indicate that while business performance and innovation are important, they should be viewed as part of a more holistic approach to business strategy.This research concludes that companies should focus on strategies that integrate competitive advantage through various elements, such as innovation, product quality, and marketing. Good strategic planning and effective implementation are key to achieving and maintaining competitive advantage and increasing customer value. This study aims to examine the description of principal leadership, internal communication, and teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Majalengka, as well as to analyze the influence of principal leadership on teacher performance, the influence of internal communication on teacher performance, and the influence of both variables on teacher performance. Thus, this research not only describes the actual conditions but also tests the relationships between the variables under study.
The research employed descriptive and correlational methods. The study population consisted of all 141 teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Majalengka. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 104 respondents selected through proportional sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing. Data analysis was carried out to determine the strength of the relationships between variables and to test the research hypotheses.
The results indicate that principal leadership falls into the very competent category, internal communication is carried out high effectively, and teacher performance is categorized as very high. Correlational analysis findings show that principal leadership (X₁) has a significant influence on teacher performance, and internal communication (X₂) also has a significant influence on teacher performance. Simultaneously, both independent variables have a meaningful effect on improving teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Majalengka.
The implications of this study show that improving teacher performance can be achieved through strengthening principal leadership and implementing effective internal communication. Therefore, schools are advised to continuously build open and collaborative communication patterns and optimize leadership roles in providing direction, support, and exemplary behavior for teachers.

A systematic literature review guided by PRISMA principles was conducted, selecting peer-reviewed empirical and conceptual studies that examine HRM, organizational agility, and sustainability. Thematic synthesis and reflexive analysis produced a circular puzzle architecture representing these dimensions and their interconnections. Findings reveal that integrated people-centric policies, robust knowledge management, embedded innovation practices, continuous learning, and distributed decision-making create synergistic capabilities that enable rapid adaptation while maintaining long-term viability. Critical enablers include psychological safety, holistic wellness initiatives, adaptive learning programs, and outcome-based empowerment. The framework addresses gaps by showing sustainability and agility as complementary imperatives rather than competing priorities. Future research should validate the framework through multi-level and longitudinal studies, incorporate diverse language sources for broader context, and explore the impacts of AI-enabled HRM on each dimension. Limitations involve temporal and linguistic scope.

a sharia perspective and their implications for fiscal justice among Indonesian Muslims. This study aims to examine and formulate the relationship between zakat and taxes from the perspective of the Qur’an and Hadith in order to produce an applicable reformulation model within the context of Indonesia’s fiscal system. This research employs a qualitative approach using a thematic (maudhu‘i) method applied to primary Islamic texts. Qur’anic verses and Hadiths related to zakat, taxation (kharaj, jizyah, ‘usyur), and fiscal obligations were collected, classified, and comprehensively analyzed to identify the underlying connection between the two. The analysis is further supported by a study of maqashid al-shariah and contemporary ijtihad of Indonesian scholars. This study seeks to produce a reformulation model of the zakat–tax relationship through three possible schemes: (1) a partial substitution model, in which zakat can serve as a deduction for income tax up to a certain limit; (2) a complementary model, positioning zakat as a religious obligation and tax as a civic obligation with distinct functions; and (3) a progressive integrative model, integrating zakat into the national fiscal system through a more comprehensive tax incentive mechanism. The findings indicate that the Qur’an and Hadith provide a flexible foundation for all three models, depending on the context of maslahah and public interest.

The subjects of this study consisted of 20 elementary school teachers who participated in training sessions on Quizizz, Wordwall, and the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT in the learning process. Data were collected through observation, interviews, pre-test and post-test assessments, as well as documentation, and were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding and skills in integrating interactive technology and AI into the learning process. The average pre-test score of 70.00% increased to 89.00% in the post-test, indicating a 19.00% improvement in competency. In addition, teachers successfully developed gamification-based learning media using Quizizz and Wordwall, and utilized artificial intelligence to efficiently design teaching materials and evaluation tasks. The workshop activities also fostered teachers’ motivation, creativity, and digital awareness regarding the importance of innovation in 21st-century education.This study affirms that the integration of interactive technology and AI not only enhances teachers’ pedagogical competencies but also contributes to the development of a more adaptive, collaborative, and digitally relevant learning ecosystem aligned with the needs of the modern era.
