Macroeconomic data such as Gross Domestic Product (GDP), inflation rate, investment and household consumption are used to evaluate the effectiveness of fiscal policy in responding to domestic and global economic conditions. The findings show that fiscal policy has a significant impact on economic growth, particularly through increasing infrastructure investment and tax incentives for the private sector. However, challenges such as transparent public budget management and long-term policy consistency need to be addressed to maximize the contribution of fiscal policy to inclusive and sustainable economic growth. Policy recommendations include expanding infrastructure investment, further tax reform to increase efficiency, as well as improvements in public budget management. The implication of this research for national economic policy is the importance of maintaining policy consistency and improving inter-institutional coordination to achieve the goal of sustainable economic development in Indonesia.

systematic literature review was conducted to analyze the differences in the implementation of BK management in senior high schools and vocational high schools and to formulate a more responsive management model. The results of the study show that even though the same management framework (planning, organizing, acting, controlling) is used, the implementation of BK management at both levels of education is still not fully adaptive to the characteristics of each orientation. The most significant gap lies in the functions of evaluation and accountability. At the high school level, although the evaluation process is often simple and focuses on administrative output, this practice is still considered to be in line with its academic orientation. However, at the vocational school level, the evaluation function is not only technically weak but also irrelevant to the vocational orientation. This condition shows that BK management in Indonesia needs to be strengthened so that it is truly adaptive to the academic needs of high school students and the vocational needs of vocational school students.

This teaching assistance activity is conducted at UPT SD Negeri 066656, one of the elementary schools in Medan, specifically located at Jl. Karya Sembada No. 182 A PB. Selayang II. The objective is to provide direct teaching experience, understand student characteristics, and develop skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating the learning process. Through this teaching assistance program, students not only observe the learning process but also actively participate in teaching activities and assist teachers in the learning process. This report is compiled as a form of accountability for the implementation of the teaching assistance activities and as a reflection on the experiences gained during the program. Additionally, students have carried out a series of activities focused on improving the quality of learning and applying 21st-century learning approaches. The activities conducted include: Students observing the learning process in the classroom, including analyzing the curriculum and students' learning needs. Students developing learning materials such as lesson plans/teaching modules and designing learning media. Students also actively participating in the adaptation of technology in learning.

The findings further demonstrate that the systematic alignment of needs analysis, instructional design, material development, interactive implementation, and quantitative evaluation contributed to positive learning outcomes. This study contributes to the literature on instructional design and talent development by providing empirical evidence that ADDIE-based training can effectively enhance negotiation skills in higher education contexts.

The method used is normative legal research with a case study approach and a conceptual approach, utilizing secondary data from legal literature, journals, and bullying cases at the Al-Azhar Janapria Islamic Boarding School in Central Lombok. The results indicate that bullying behavior can be explained through strain theory, differential association theory, social control theory, and labeling theory. Bullying is influenced by faulty social learning processes, weak social control, and the application of negative labels. Criminogenic factors include the social environment, the individual, peers, and the family. Prevention efforts need to be carried out comprehensively through synergy between families, schools, and the community to create a safe and violence-free educational environment.

To extend the service life of this corn shelling machine, maintenance and cleanliness should be carried out so that the machine can operate optimally without problems. Liquidity and solvency ratios were chosen as the primary analytical tools in this study. The analysis results indicate that PT. Askrindo has good liquidity performance, where current assets can adequately cover current liabilities. The liquidity ratio during the period 2019 to 2022 showed a positive increase, reaching an average of 297% in 2022. However, there was a decline in the solvency ratio, especially in the debt-to-equity ratio, which decreased from an average of 1.05% in 2019 to 0.78% in 2022. This situation can affect the company's ability to bear high risks, especially due to high premiums. Therefore, PT. Askrindo needs to take steps to increase capital and ensure efficient use of assets to strengthen its overall financial position. In conclusion, although PT. Askrindo has good liquidity performance, so the company needs to increase capital and improve its solvency ratio. This is expected to increase creditor and investor confidence and strengthen the company's ability to face future risks.
