Abstrak: Kenaikan pangkat merupakan salah satu bentuk penghargaan yang diberikan kepada Pegawai Negeri Sipil atas prestasi kerja yang bersangkutan terhadap Negara dan sesuai dengan jabatan dan golongannya. Proses pengusulan kenaikan pangkat di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Asahan saat ini berjalan secara manual, yaitu dengan memasukkan dokumen fisik sesuai syarat untuk kenaikan pangkat. Dalam hal ini, pengusulan kenaikan pangkat yang masih berjalan secara manual dengan menggunakan dokumen fisik tentunya mempersulit proses pengelolan dan terjadinya penumpukan dokumen. Oleh sebab itu, pemanfaatan MySQL sebagai database management dan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman akan menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi pengusulan kenaikan pangkat Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Asahan berbasis web dan internet yang memberikan fitur upload dokumen usulan berupa softcopy.

The results of the study used the Service Quality method, namely collecting 25 service attributes. Pada klinik kesuma bangsa belum tersedia sistem yang dapat membantu Klinik Kesuma Bangsa untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS terhadap pelayanan klinik kesuma bangsa, oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS terhadap pelayanan klinik sebagai media pada proses pengambilan keputusan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan melaksanakan perbaikan kualitas layanan. Berdasarkan permasalah tersebut maka akan dirancang sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database yang digunakan yaitu MySQL. Metode yang dipergunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS terhadap pelayanan klinik kesuma bangsa yaitu Service Quality. Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode Service Quality yaitu mendapatkan 25 atribut pelayanan. Dengan adanya sistem untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS terhadap pelayanan klinik kesuma bangsa dapat membantu pihak klinik dalam pengambilan keputusan dan melaksanakan perbaikan kualitas layanan.

Banyak berbagai instansi atau perusahaan yang belum menerapkan teknologi sistem informasi geografis untuk memperoleh berbagai informasi yang diperlukan, salah satunya Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Simalungun. Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Simalungun masih belum memiliki sistem yang dapat memetakan lahan pertanian padi, sulitnya dalam mengetahui informasi lokasi lahan pertanian padi, jarak tempuh ke lahan pertanian padi yang sangat jauh. Dengan adanya berbagai permasalahan yang ada maka tujuan dibuatnya Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dapat membantu Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Simalungun dalam melakakukan pengolahan data, untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam memantau lahan pertanian padi menjadi lebih efesien dan efektif, dan mempermudah dalam memperoleh informasi atau akses terhadap data lahan pertanian padi. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan perangkat lunak, desain, pembuatan kode program, pengujian, pendukung atau pemeliharaan. Hasil yang diperoleh dengan adanya sistem ini nantinya pengguna dapat melihat berbagai lahan pertanian padi yang ada di Kecamatan Ujung Padang Kabupaten Simalungun yang disertai dengan nama desa, alamat, jumlah petani, produksi panen, titik koordinat, dan rute ke lokasi lahan pertanian padi yang berbasis website.

Pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan tentunya erat kaitannya dengan sumber daya manusia dan kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi keberhasilan perusahaan sehingga dapat dilihat kekuatan, kelemahan, dan potensi kesenjangan manajerial dalam organisasi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa adalah kurangnya motivasi yang dialami oleh pegawai. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi pegawai adalah dengan memilih role model/pegawai teladan yang nantinya akan menjadi contoh bagi pegawai lainnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu digunakan teknologi yaitu perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan pegawai teladan dengan menerapkan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Metode SMART memiliki kelebihan yaitu dalam keadaan pengambilan keputusan dengan banyak alternatif dan kriteria sehingga lebih kompleks dalam pengambilan keputusan dan akurasi hasil keputusan yang lebih baik. This study aims to develop a web-based MSME data collection application to facilitate the SME field admin and MSME actors for the data collection process. The method used in making this application is the waterfall method, where the development of this application is done sequentially. The final result of this study resulted in an easy application for collecting data on SMEs and updating data. In addition, it is also in the form of data collection reports for MSMEs and mapping of beneficiaries each year.

Abstrak: UMKM merupakan sektor yang penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian daerah. Salah satu penyebab yang di temukan disini adalah pengolahan UMKM yang belum optimal. Pelayanan pendataan UMKM masih dilakukan secara manual dengan Microsoft Excel. Hal tersebut berdampak dalam pengambilan kebijakan strategis UMKM yang tidak optimal, karena data yang dimiliki tidak up to date. Penelitian ini bertujuan tunk mengembangkan aplikasi pendataan UMKM berbasis web untuk mempermudah admin bidang UKM maupun pelaku UMKM untuk proses pendataan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah metode waterfall, dimana pengembangan aplikasi ini lakukan secara berurutan. Hasil akhir penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi yang mudah untuk untuk pendataan UMKM serta updating data. Selain itu juga berupa laporan pendataan UMKM dan juga pemetaan penerima bantuan setiap tahunnya.

f an Air Conditioner (AC) is needed for the coolness of a room. Many air conditioners in the office and educational environment make air conditioning health checks quite time and effort-consuming. To save time and effort in checking the health condition of air conditioners, then designed a device that can check the health of air conditioners by utilizing UHF RFID to identify each air conditioner. This device is divided into 2 parts, the first is an AC condition sending device that detects room temperature and current in the AC. Second, the receiver of the AC condition functions to find out the AC condition and sends the AC condition to mobile device. This experiment was carried out on 3 AC units. Each air conditioner is in a different room with a type of dividing wall made of glass and gypsum. The test results of this device are in a room with a length of 10 meters, the device can detect AC conditions. The air conditioner is in a different room with glass and gypsum walls, the device can still read the condition of the air conditioner.

Abstrak: Kondisi ruangan yang nyaman merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu pekerjaan dan proses pembelajaran. Untuk membuat ruangan tetap nyaman, suhu di dalamnya harus sejuk. Menjaga kesehatan Air Conditioner (AC) sangat dibutuhkan untuk kesejukan sebuah ruangan. Banyaknya AC di lingkungan kantor dan pendidikan membuat pemeriksaan kesehatan AC cukup banyak memakan waktu dan tenaga. Untuk menghemat waktu dan tenaga dalam melakukan pemeriksaan kondisi kesehatan AC, maka dirancang sebuah alat yang dapat melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan AC dengan memanfaatkan UHF RFID untuk mengidentifikasi masing-masing AC. Alat ini terbagi menjadi 2 bagian, yang pertama adalah alat pengirim kondisi AC yang mendeteksi suhu ruangan dan arus dalam AC. Kedua, penerima kondisi AC yang berfungsi untuk mengetahui kondisi AC dan mengirimkan kondisi AC tersebut ke perangkat seluler admin. Percobaan ini dilakukan pada 3 buah AC. Setiap AC berada di ruangan yang berbeda dengan tipe dinding pemisah yang terbuat dari kaca dan gipsum. Hasil pengujian perangkat ini berada di dalam ruangan dengan panjang 10 meter, perangkat dapat mendeteksi kondisi AC. Pada AC yang berada di ruangan yang berbeda dengan kaca dan dinding gipsum, perangkat tetap dapat membaca kondisi AC tersebut.

The results of this study obtained the value of the Information System that was built only 75,92593 % which is the result of quality measurement so that this application does not fall into the category of the ISO 9126 standard because there are Portability Characteristics, namely Adaptability and Installability elements are not met, for these finding recommendations for improvements are given so that the system can run perfectly. according to the need for use.

Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa selama perkuliahan mahasiswa masih kesulitan memahami alur input, proses, dan output dari suatu aplikasi yang baik, serta belum mengetahui dan mempunyai gambaran tentang Software Aplikasi di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan yang sudah berjalan di fasilitas kesehatan dikarenakan beberapa mahasiswa yang melakukan Praktek Kerja Lapangan ditempatkan di institusi fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan masih menggunakan sistem manual dengan kertas dan pencatatan di buku. Pada penelitian ini dirancang dan dibangun sebuah sistem informasi rekam medis elektronik sebagai aplikasi pembelajaran mahasiswa mengenai aplikasi pelayanan kesehatan, uji akurasi sistem menggunakan ISO 9126, dimana ISO 9126 menilik Functionability, Reliability, usability, efesiency, maintainability dan portability sistem yang baik serta memberi rekomendasi apabila ada temuan sistem yang belum sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai Sistem Informasi yang dibangun hanya 75,92593 % yang merupakan hasil pengukuran kualitas sehingga aplikasi ini tidak masuk kategori standar ISO 9126 karena ada Karakteristik Portability yaitu unsur Adaptability, dan Installability tidak terpenuhi, untuk temuan ini diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan agar sistem dapat berjalan sempurna sesuai kebutuhan penggunaannya.

EA aims to meet the gap between the needs of stakeholders and the availability of government administration services. The journal's focus on the design of this SPBE EA is on the SPBE Service Domain in the Electronic-Based Government Administration Service. The design is carried out using a combination of references to the SPBE Presidential Regulation and the National SPBE Master Plan Attachment and one of the main components of the EA framework, namely TOGAF ADM. This design produces an output in the form of an Electronic-Based Government Administration Service Catalog. It is expected to be used as a reference in developing technology in the Regency Government Sukabumi both from practical contributions and academic contributions.

Abstrak: Dalam rangka meningkatkan tingkat kematangan Sistem Pemerintah Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) dan mematuhi Peraturan Presiden No. 95 Tahun 2018, Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi perlu melakukan standarisasi terhadap perancangan SPBE agar dapat terimplementasi dan terintegrasi dengan baik dalam memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi secara optimal. Salah satu kerangka kerja yang bisa digunakan untuk merancang Arsitektur SPBE yaitu menggunakan Enterprise Architecture (EA). EA bertujuan untuk memenuhi kesenjangan antara kebutuhan pemangku kepentingan dengan ketersediaan layanan administrasi pemerintahan. Fokus jurnal pada perancangan EA SPBE ini yaitu pada Domain Layanan SPBE di bagian Layanan Administrasi Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik. Perancangan yang dilakukan memanfaatkan kombinasi antara referensi pada Perpres SPBE dan Lampiran Rencana Induk SPBE Nasional serta salah satu komponen utama framework EA yaitu TOGAF ADM. Perancangan ini menghasilkan keluaran berupa Katalog Layanan Administrasi Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik dan diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam melakukan pengembangan teknologi di Pemkab.
