has used a survey information system to evaluate ITK, but the information system is static so that it is not following the current needs of ITK. Based on that, this research is developing an evaluation information system at ITK so that this information system is expected to be able to monitor and evaluate the process of activities at ITK. The method used is the waterfall model. Based on the waterfall method, the methodology used in this research is start from the identification of the problem, then study the literature and enter the system building stage, namely the analysis, design, implementation and testing stages, as well as conclusions and suggestions. The results obtained are in the form of an information system for evaluating academic activities and services that have been approved by ITK on the http://evaluasi.itk.ac.id page.

Abstrak: Perguruan Tinggi memiliki kemampuan untuk melaksanakan otonomi pengelolaan yaitu dievaluasi secara mandiri menggunakan sistem informasi. Studi kasus yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah Institut Teknologi Kalimantan (ITK). Selama ini ITK telah menggunakan sistem informasi survey untuk mengevaluasi ITK, namun sistem informasi tersebut bersifat statis sehingga telah tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan ITK saat ini. Berdasarkan hal itu, penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi evaluasi di ITK sehingga diharapkan sistem informasi ini dapat memantau dan mengevaluasi proses kegiatan di ITK. Metode yang digunakan adalah waterfall model. Berdasarkan metode waterfall tersebut, maka metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dimulai dari identifikasi masalah, kemudian studi literatur dan memasuki tahap membangun sistem yaitu tahap analisis, desain, implementasi dan pengujian, serta kesimpulan dan saran. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah berupa sistem informasi evaluasi kegiatan akademik dan layanan yang telah disetujui ITK di halaman http://evaluasi.itk.ac.id.

ia. This research was predicts about the society sentimens toward the candidates of President and Vice President of Republic of Indonesia. The data was used based on the tweet on the @jokowi twitter account. The retrieval of data by using the Tweepy library with the Python 2.7 programming language. This research was classified became of two of society sentiments classes, namely positive and negative. The modeling was used of the weighting method Unigram, Bigram, Trigram, N-Gram (1-2) and N-Gram (1-3) that used the Naïve Bayes Algorithm on the Weka Application. The modeling data was used by the dataset of 646 sentences. The highest results of this reseach were obtained by Unigram Weighting, namely: 81.4% accuracy, 81.5% precision, 81.3% recall with a time of 0.3 s.

Abstrak: Pemilihan Umum tentang Pilpres 2019 menjadi salah satu topik yang ramai diperbincangkan di Twitter. Adu pendapat di sosial media oleh masyarakat mengandung opini terhadap pasangan calon yang didukungnya. Penelitian ini memprediksi sentimen masyarakat kepada pasangan calon Presiden dan Wakil Presiden Republik Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah tweet yang ada pada akun Twitter @jokowi. Pengambilan data menggunakan library Tweepy dengan bahasa pemrograman Python 2.7. Penelitian ini mengklasifikasi sentimen masyarakat menjadi 2 kelas, yaitu positif dan negatif. Kemudian dilakukan pemodelan dengan metode pembobotan Unigram, Bigram, Trigram, N-Gram (1-2) Dan N-Gram (1-3) menggunakan Algoritme Naïve Bayes pada Aplikasi Weka. Pembuatan model menggunakan dataset yang berjumlah 646 kalimat. Hasil tertinggi yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Pembobotan Unigram, yaitu : akurasi 81,4%, presisi 81,5 % , recall 81,3 % dengan catatan waktu 0,3s.

Abstrak: PT. Pia Garda Utama merupakan salah satu perusahaan penyedia jasa Outsourcing di wilayah Sumatera Barat. Perusahaan masih menggunakan microsoft excel untuk menyimpan data-data dari para pelamar, mulai dari Perekrutan, penyeleksian awal sampai pada tahap penentuan calon karyawan. Selama ini Proses penerimaan karyawan di PT. Pia Garda Utama masih belum efektif atau subjektif yang masih membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam menentukan hasil akhir penerimaan karyawan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan perusahaan. Proses –proses yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. Pia Garda Utama sangat tidak menguntungkan bagi pelamar atau calon karyawan, hal ini dikarenakan hasil yang didapat bisa dikatakan bukan murni dari kemampuan pelamar tersebut, melainkan dari hasil pemikiran dan kesimpulan para penguji. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka dibuat suatu Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) yang akan membantu dalam mengolah data ujian dari pelamar sehingga menghasilkan sebuah keputusan yang efektif dan efisien yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menentukan kriteria calon karyawan yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan.

Abstrak: Paket internet merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi para pengguna handphone. Banyaknya Internet Service Provider (ISP) atau disebut dengan penyedia layanan internet dapat membantu memudahkan pengguna dalam mengakses internet. Setiap ISP memiliki keunggulan yang saling bersaing untuk menarik minat pengguna internet. Konsumen dituntut jeli dalam memilih paket internet agar tidak merugikan mereka sendiri. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, diperlukan sebuah metode yang tepat untuk membantu dalam pemilihan paket internet yang efektif. Sistem pendukung keputusan memiliki berbagai metode dan salah satunya adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan diuji dengan Software Expert Choice 11. t affect the performance of services to customers. This study aims to analyze and test the quality of the Mayan embroidery information system using the McCall method. Analysis is carried out on several aspects of the product operation including the quality factors of correctness (truth), reliability (reliability), efficiency (efficiency), integrity (integrity) and usability (usability). Data was collected through questionnaires from 38 respondents involving workers/employees and customers. The results showed that overall the quality of the Sulaman Mayang information system was at the level of 76% (the quality of the information system was good according to the scale interpretation of the percentage of quality factors). Thus the quality of Mayang embroidery information systems needs to be improved in accordance with recommendations which are improvements to the quality of Mayan embroidery information systems.

Abstrak: Industri Sulaman mayang sejauh ini menerapkan sistem berbasiskan dekstop dalam pengolahan data, sistem yang digunakan satu arah hanya melibatkan satu aktor/pengguna sistem saja. Sehingga dalam penggunaan ada beberapa persoalan baru yang bermunculan yang mempengaruhi kinerja layanan terhadap pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan menguji kualitas sitem informasi sulaman mayang dengan meggunakan metode McCall. Analisa dilakukan terhadap beberapa aspek dalam product operation diantaranya faktor kualitas correctness (kebenaran), reliability (keandalan), effisiensy (efisien), integrity (integritas) dan usability (kegunaan). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuosioner dari 38 responden yang melibatkan pekerja/karyawan dan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang berada pada level 76% (kualitas sistem informasi tersebut baik menurut skala penafsiran persentase faktor kualitas). Dengan demikian kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang perlu ditingkatkan sesuai dengan rekomendasi yang merupakan perbaikan kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang.

Abstrak:Mesin fotokopi merupakan mesin yang digunakan untuk menggandakan dokumen dalam bentuk kertas yang akan digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan, tingginya kebutuhan akan mesin fotokopi ini membuat pengoperasionalan mesin sangat tinggi dalam waktu yang lama. Keadaan ini membuat kondisi mesin menjadi turun dan mudah mengalami kerusakan. Mesin fotokopi merupakan salah satu mesin yang kompleks yang saling berhubungan satu sama lain, sehingga perlu penanganan ahli dalam memperbaikinya. Keterbatasan jumlah teknisi membuat mesin yang rusak lama untuk diperbaiki, sehingga diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat menggantikan posisi pakar dalam memperbaiki mesin fotokopi. Sistem pakar merupakan sistem yang berbasis komputer yang mengadopsi cara kerja pakar dalam menganalisa suatu masalah dengan metode yang telah disesuaikan dengan masalah yang ada, berdasarkan masalah yang telah dijabarkan diatas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana menciptakan sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar dengan metode forward chaining untuk menganalisa kerusakan mesin dan memberikan solusi untuk memperbaiki mesin fotokopi tersebut.

This study discusses how to implement the program code for notifications on mobile applications based on hybrid mobile applications and the use of oneSignal as a push notification service. The method used in this research is analysis, code implementation, testing, and evaluation of the results of several implementation methods. The analysis carried out contains an analysis of what methods can be used to make notifications to the mobile application. After getting the method in the analysis phase, the next step is to try various methods of implementing the code and testing the code of the mobile application program using the code-and-fix life cycle method. The test results of each implementation method are then evaluated and the best code implementation method is determined. The final result of this research is recommendations for implementing program code into hybrid mobile applications using the oneSignal service.

Abstrak: Aplikasi mobile saat ini tidak bisa lepas dari adanya penggunaan notifikasi. Banyaknya jenis device mobile yang digunakan user, mengakibatkan penggunaan metode untuk membuat notifikasi yang dapat berjalan di semua jenis device penting untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana mengimplementasikan kode program untuk notifikasi pada aplikasi mobile yang berbasis aplikasi mobile hybrid serta penggunaan oneSignal sebagai servis push notification-nya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu analisis, implementasi kode, testing dan evaluasi perbandingan hasil beberapa metode implementasi. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi analisis metode apa saja yang dapat digunakan untuk membuat notifikasi ke aplikasi mobile. Setelah mendapatkan perbandingan metode pada tahapan analisis, tahapan selanjutnya yaitu mencoba berbagai metode implementasi kode dan dilakukan testing kode program aplikasi mobile dengan menggunakan metode code-and-fix life cycle. Hasil testing masing-masing metode implementasi kemudian dievaluasi dan ditentukan metode implementasi kode terbaik. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi implementasi kode program kedalam aplikasi mobile hybrid untuk memunculkan notifikasi pada aplikasi menggunakan servis oneSignal.

But the management is still manually so that problems occur such as difficulty in finding incoming or outgoing mail because it is still stored in folders, can only be accessed by one person because it is still stored on a computer and it is difficult to classify incoming mail. Therefore there must be a web-based incoming and outgoing mail management application. The purpose of this research is to implement a web-based incoming and outgoing mail application in the Information Systems Study Program. The model used for its development uses the waterfall model, while the testing model uses a black box. The results of this study are knowing the usability of implementing incoming and outgoing letters in the Information Systems Study Program.

Pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar merupakan salah satu tugas yang harus dijalankan agar proses layanan menjadi maksimal. Namun pengelolaannya masih secara manual sehingga terjadi permasalahan seperti sulitnya mencari surat yang masuk atau surat yang keluar karena masih di simpan dalam folder-folder, hanya bisa di akses oleh satu orang karena masih disimpan dalam sebuah komputer dan sulit mengklasifikasikan surat yang masuk. Oleh sebab itu harus ada sebuah aplikasi pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan aplikasi surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web di Program Studi Sistem Informasi. Astro Niaga Jaya using Waterfall method in order to produce information that is fast, precise and accurate. The Waterfall method is often used in designing an information system. Abstrak: Robot merupakan seperangkat alat mekanik atau berbentuk kendaraan yang bisa melakukan tugas fisik, baik dengan pengawasan dan kontrol manusia, berupa program yang telah didefisinikan terlebih dahulu. Mobil robot yang dirancang peneliti, menggunakan dua perintah untuk melakukan tugas fisik. Pertama menggunakan perintah dari google voice, yaitu perintah dengan suara, dan yang kedua menggunakan perintah menggunakan tombol button android, sehingga akses untuk memerinta robot dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja dan dimana saja. Sistem kerja dari rancangan mobil robot yang dirancang, ketika mobil robot memberi perintah, maka perintah tersebut akan disandingkan atau dibandingkan, dan ketika data yang dibandingkan sesuai dengan data yang dicontroller, maka sistem akan berjalan sesuai dengan data atau perintah tadi. Untuk setiap modul, menggunakan tegangan 5V, sedangkan untuk motor DC, menggunakan tegangan eksternal sebesar 7.4 VDC.
