Equivalency Education Program. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the community empowerment management function through the Package C Equivalency Education Program at PKBM Buana Mekar Baleendah using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) management approach. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with the research location at PKBM Buana Mekar, Bandung Regency. The research subjects consisted of PKBM managers, tutors, and Package C learners. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the planning function has been carried out through identifying community needs and preparing flexible learning programs. The organizing function is seen from the division of tutor tasks and a clear organizational structure. The implementation function is carried out through andragogy-based learning with lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and skills practice methods. Meanwhile, the supervisory function is carried out through learning evaluation, attendance monitoring, andsupervision of skills practice. Although the program's implementation has been quite successful, several obstacles remain, such as limited digital learning media, unstable student attendance rates, and suboptimal utilization of practical facilities. mbangan pesat e-commerce dan tingginya penggunaan TikTok di kalangan generasi Z, khususnya pelajar yang memiliki anggaran terbatas dan pola konsumsi yang kritis. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion, khususnya produk hoodie, di TikTok Shop. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 71 responden menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga mempunyai pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,276 (p = 0,040), kualitas produk berpengaruh lebih dominan dengan koefisien regresi 0,466 (p = 0,000), dan secara simultan kedua variabel ini mampu menjelaskan 56,4% variasi keputusan pembelian (Fhitung = 44,037, p = 0,000). Dengan demikian, harga dan kualitas produk secara signifikan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk fashion di TikTok Shop pada siswa SMK KP Baleendah, menegaskan pentingnya strategi harga kompetitif dan peningkatan kualitas produk dalam memengaruhi perilaku konsumen di platform digital ini.
