DESA TANGGUNG BENCANA DAN PERUBAHAN IKLIM

Abstract: The Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) Post 21 of the Disaster-Resilient Village was implemented in Buntu Kunyi Village, Suli District, Luwu Regency as an effort to enhance community capacity in facing disaster… saster risks and the impacts of climate change. Buntu Kunyi Village has a relatively high level of vulnerability to disasters such as landslides and floods, thus requiring a systematic and sustainable empowerment approach. This KKN program applied the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method, which emphasizes the utilization of local potential and community participation. The stages implemented included discovery, design, define, and reflection, resulting in village asset mapping, needs-based program planning, and a comprehensive evaluation of program implementation. Three main programs were carried out: the preparation of evacuation maps, the development of disaster education modules, and the documentation of environmental action activities. The results of the program showed a significant increase in disaster literacy, community preparedness, and citizen participation in environmental conservation as a form of adaptation to climate change. Overall, this KKN program contributed to strengthening the resilience of Buntu Kunyi Village through collaboration between students and the community in building independent and sustainable disaster risk mitigation.

SYNERGY OF PANCASILA AND POLITICS ON ECOLOGICAL CIVIC EDUCATION IN PUAY VILLAGE, PAPUA PROVINCE

Abstract: In Indonesia, various disasters frequently occur, and in many cases, they are not solely caused by natural factors, but also by irresponsible human behavior and activities regarding the environment. These disasters include… de floods caused by illegal logging and indiscriminate waste disposal that clog waterways; forest fires often caused by land clearing by burning; and river pollution caused by untreated household and industrial waste. These conditions demonstrate that human behavior plays a significant role in exacerbating environmental damage and increasing the risk of disasters in various regions of Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to show data regarding the Synergy of Pancasila and Politics on Ecological Citizenship Education in Puay Village, Papua Province. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach, while the type of research used is a case study. The results of this study show data that efforts to protect the environment which is part of the ecological citizenship carried out by the Puay Village community are by planting trees, cleaning the banks of Lake Sentani in Puay Village when commemorating the entry of the Gospel in Puay Village, and introducing the nature around Lake Sentani to students of SDN 5 Puay Village. The conclusion of this study is that the Puay Village community has contributed to protecting nature, especially the environment around Lake Sentani, which is the lifeblood of the Puay Village community.

FLOOD FACTORS AND HANDLING: CASE STUDY OF INDONESIA AND THE PHILIPPINES

Abstract: Flooding is a natural phenomenon that can cause disasters for humans, especially in Indonesia and the Philippines, which often experience significant impacts on the economy, transportation, and social life. This research… aims to analyze the factors that cause flooding in both countries, compare the management policies implemented, and provide recommendations for improved mitigation. The method used is a literature review to collect and analyze various scientific sources. The results show that in Indonesia, factors causing flooding include land subsidence, land use change, and climate change, while in the Philippines, flooding is often triggered by tropical storms and extreme rainfall. Indonesia's response strategy focuses on river normalization and drainage infrastructure, while the Philippines implements a National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan that covers prevention, preparedness, and rehabilitation. Despite these efforts, challenges such as urbanization and land acquisition still hamper the effectiveness of flood management. Recommendations include improving infrastructure, sustainable spatial planning, and community education.

GERAKAN PEDULI LINGKUNGAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUMAN SECURITY DAN KONSEPSI ISLAM DI KELURAHAN TIRTA SIAK KOTA PEKANBARU

Abstract: One of the causes of environmental damage is the presence of piles of rubbish which can cause flooding and ultimately disrupt human survival. In Pekanbaru City, there are areas that have quite worrying waste problems, namely… mely RT 03, RW 05, Tirta Siak Village, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. Almost every day rubbish can be seen scattered in residential areas. This describes the lack of public awareness and concern regarding the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness. The aim of this community service activity is firstly to provide knowledge of non-traditional threats, especially human security issue to residents of RT 03 RW 05, Tirta Siak Village, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. Second, increase citizens' insight into Islamic conceptions of environmental cleanliness, and third, grow and increase citizens' awareness and concern in solving waste problems. Service activities start from the observation stage, carrying out counseling, recruiting volunteers, and monitoring. The result of this service activity is that residents' knowledge about the threat of environmental damage and good waste management techniques has increased. The increase in knowledge can be seen in the questionnaire results which reached 83%. Apart from that, residents' awareness and concern for environmental cleanliness is also starting to be seen from implementing the 4R concept in daily life and the formation of environmental care movement by carrying out routine mutual cooperation actions and monitoring the environment.

Abstract: Abstract: This article examines community service initiatives conducted through the Integrated Student Community Service (KKN-Terintegrasi) program at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. This program was implemented at the request… of the Mayor of Bandar Lampung, who specifically sought optimal solutions for various local issues, including recurrent flooding within the city. Based on focus group discussions between Student Group 221 and local community stakeholders in flood-prone areas, a sustainable urban development model was formulated, emphasizing active collaboration among the government, academia, the private sector, and civil society. The methodology employed the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) framework with a participatory approach. The initiatives of Group 221 focused on three primary pillars: the circular economy, community-based environmental management, and the strengthening of social inclusion. The results demonstrate that collaborative initiatives are capable of producing innovative and sustainable solutions tailored to the needs of the city, while simultaneously fostering collective awareness regarding the importance of urban development oriented toward common welbeing. Keywords: community collaboration; dream city; and sustainable development.   Abstrak: Artikel ini mengkaji kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan KKN-Terintegrasi UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Kegiatan KKN-Terintegrasi dilaksanakan atas permintaan Wali Kota Bandar Lampung yang secara khusus meminta solusi terbaik atas beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi termasuk musibah banjir yang terjadi secara berulang di Kota Bandar Lampung. Hasil diskusi kelompok 221 Mahasiswa UIN Raden Intan bersama potensi masyarakat di beberapa titik rawan, dirumuskan model pembangunan kota berkelanjutan melalui kolaborasi aktif antara pemerintah, akademisi, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat sipil. Metode diterapkan dengan pola ABCD (Assets Base Community Development), dengan pendekatan partisipatif. KKN-Terintegrasi kelompok 221 berfokus pada tiga pilar utama, yakni; perekonomian sirkular, pengelolaan lingkungan hidup berbasis komunitas, dan penguatan inklusi sosial. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa inisiatif kolaboratif mampu menghasilkan solusi inovatif dan berkelanjutan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan Kota Impian, serta dapat meningkatkan kesadaran kolektif terhadap pentingnya pembangunan kota yang berpihak pada kesejahteraan bersama. Penerapan Lubang Biopori Sebagai Sistem Drainase Untuk Pengendalian Banjir Di Desa Senganan Tabanan

One of them is the accumulation of garbage that can cause flooding.… ing. The condition of the Senganan Village area which is in the highlands causes high rainfall in the area. To minimize the occurrence of flooding in the Senganan Village Area, the community must start managing the waste they produce by sorting the waste first. Such as organic waste that can be converted into compost which is useful for fertilizing plants. The general objective of this research is to find out how to overcome the accumulation of organic waste in Senganan Village to minimize the occurrence of flood disasters. The research method that we use in this report is the method of observation and socialization. Based on field observations, many people do not know about biopore technology as an alternative in minimizing flooding and helping reduce the burden of organic waste originating from households. We carried out socialization related to biopore technology and immediately implemented it at the Senganan Village office page. Key words : Organic waste, Biopore Infiltration Hole, Flood, Compost Abstrak : Kondisi pengelolaan sampah di Desa Senganan belum terkelola dengan baik. Sampah tersebut dapat menumpuk dan menyebabkan terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan. Salah satunya penumpukan sampah yang dapat menyebabkan bencana banjir. Kondisi wilayah Desa Senganan yang berada di dataran tinggi menyebabkan curah hujan yang tinggi di Kawasan tersebut. Untuk meminimalisir terjadinya banjir di Kawasan Desa Senganan, masyarakat harus mulai mengelola sampah yang mereka hasilkan dengan cara memilah sampah terlebih dahulu. Seperti sampah organik yang dapat diubah menjadi pupuk kompos yang berguna untuk menyuburkan tanaman. Tujuan umum pada kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara menanggulangi penumpukan sampah organik di Desa Senganan, serta meminimalisir terjadinya bencana banjir. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan dalam pemecahan masalah tersebut adalah pemasangan lubang biopori. Berdasarkan observasi lapangan, banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui teknologi biopori sebagai alternatif dalam meminimalisir terjadinya banjir dan membantu mengurangi beban sampah organik yang berasal dari rumah tangga. Kami mengadakan sosialisasi terkait teknologi biopori dan langsung mengimplementasikannya di halaman kantor Desa Senganan. Kata kunci :  Banjir; Kompos; Lubang Resapan Biopori; Sampah organik

IDPS PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS FOR MITIGATING SQL INJECTIONS AND SYN FLOOD ATTACKS

Abstract: Abstract: Cyberattacks like SQL injection and syn flood attacks can threaten the information system security of an organisation or company. The Intrusion Detection and Prevention System (IDPS) is used as a solution to detect,… tect, prevent, and respond to these attacks. However, the effectiveness of IDPS in protecting information systems needs to be evaluated through performance analysis. IDPS performance analysis for mitigating SQL injection and syn flood attacks will use Suricata tools, where performance analysis will include evaluation of system accuracy and efficiency in detecting attacks, as well as the impact of the system on network or information system performance. By doing this performance analysis, it can be seen how effective the IDPS is in providing defences against such attacks. The results of the IDPS performance analysis can help an organisation or company select and implement the right IDPS according to the needs and conditions of the information system. Thus, organisations or companies can improve the security of their information systems from threatening cyber attacks.             Keywords: IDPS; SQL_Injection; Suricata; Syn_Flood_Attack     Abstrak: Serangan cyber seperti SQL Injection dan Syn Flood Attack dapat mengancam keamanan sistem informasi suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Intrusion Detection and Prevention System (IDPS) digunakan sebagai solusi untuk mendeteksi, mencegah, dan merespons serangan-serangan ini. Namun, efektivitas IDPS dalam melindungi sistem informasi perlu dievaluasi melalui analisis performa. Analisis performa IDPS untuk mitigasi SQL Injection dan Syn Flood Attack ini akan menggunakan tools suricata dimana analisa performa akan meliputi evaluasi terhadap akurasi dan efisiensi sistem dalam mendeteksi serangan, serta dampak dari sistem terhadap kinerja jaringan atau sistem informasi. Dengan melakukan analisis performa ini, dapat diketahui seberapa efektif IDPS dalam memberikan perlindungan terhadap serangan-serangan tersebut. Hasil dari analisis performa IDPS dapat membantu organisasi atau perusahaan dalam memilih dan mengimplementasikan IDPS yang tepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi sistem informasi yang dimiliki. BACKPROPAGATION METHOD TO PREDICT RAINFALL LEVELS IN ROKAN HULU DISTRICT

Abstract: Abstract: Rokan Hulu Regency is one of the regencies in Riau Province and has 2 large rivers, namely the Rokan Kanan River and the Rokan Kiri River. When the level of rainfall is high, the river flow overflows and causes… flooding in several sub-districts. Climate change that is happening has an impact on changes in rainfall patterns, to overcome the impacts of climate change Rokan Hulu Regency needs to take early steps before a flood disaster occurs. The method used in processing the data is the backpropagation method and data processing using the Matlab software. Data processing was carried out on rainfall data for the last 6 years, from 2015 to 2020, which was sourced from the Rokan Hulu Regency Statistics Agency. Rainfall data from 2015 to 2019 is used as input data, while 2020 is the target. The data processing stage begins with data normalization and determining network training parameters. Artificial neural network research was carried out on rainfall data with a 5-5-1 architecture. The results of testing the rainfall data show prediction results with high accuracy, where the average accuracy rate reaches 98.17% with the highest accuracy of 99.99% while the lowest accuracy is 91.53%. The prediction results show a fairly high level of accuracy so that they can be used as evaluation material.             Keywords: artificial neural network; backpropagation; prediction; rainfall     Abstrak: Kabupaten Rokan Hulu merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang berada di Provinsi Riau dan memiliki 2 aliran sungai besar yaitu sungai rokan kanan dan sungai rokan kiri. Ketika tingkat curah hujan tinggi aliran sungai meluap dan menyebabkan banjir beberapa kecamatan. Perubahan iklim yang terjadi memberikan dampak pada perubahan pola curah hujan, untuk menanggulangi dampak perubahan iklim Kabupaten Rokan Hulu perlu melakukan langkah-langkah dini sebelum terjadi bencana banjir. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengolah data yaitu metode backpropagation dan pengolahan data menggunakan software Matlab. Pengolahan data dilakukan pada data curah hujan selama 6 tahun terakhir yaitu dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2020 yang bersumber dari Badan Statistik Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Data curah hujan tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2019 sebagai data input sedangkan tahun 2020 sebagai target. Tahapan pengolahan data diawali dengan melakukan normalisasi data dan menentukan parameter pelatihan jaringan. Penelitian jaringan saraf tiruan dilakukan pada data curah hujan dengan arsitekur 5-5-1. Hasil pengujian terhadap data curah hujan menunjukkan hasil prediksi dengan akurasi yang tinggi, dimana tingkat akurasi rata-rata mencapai 98,17% dengan akurasi tertinggi sebesar 99,99% sedang akurasi terendah sebesar 91,53%. Hasil prediksi menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang cukup tinggi sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi.   Kata kunci: backpropagation; curah hujan; jaringan saraf tiruan; prediksi  

ANALYSIS AND FORECASTING LEVELS OF FLOOD SEVERE IN PONTIANAK CITY USING ARCGIS

Abstract: Abstract: Flood disasters often occur in areas with certain geographical conditions, such as proximity to rivers, high rainfall especially during the wetseason and soil types that contain clay so that they are not good enough… nough to absorb water. One of the cities in Indonesia whichhas frequent floods. The planned mitigation strategy must be more targeted so that it is more effective in tackling flood disasters. Therefore, mapping with Geographic Information Systems can be used to map areas that are prone to flooding specifically by combining spatial data on each predetermined parameter. Not only that, the integration of Geographic Information Systems and forecasting with multiple linear regression methods can predict the level of flood vulnerability based on the parameters determined in the following year. Based on the analysis that has been done, the areas in Pontianak City that are prone to flood disasters are spread over several sub-districts, namely East Pontianak District, Pontianak City District and parts of North Pontianak District. Keywords: Flood vulnerability; Geographic Information System; Multiple Linear Regression     Abstrak: Bencana banjir seringkali terjadi di wilayah dengan kondisi geografis tertentu sepertijaraknya yang dekat dengan sungai, curah hujan cukup tinggi khususnya pada musim hujan hingga mayoritas jenis tanah yang memiliki kandungan lempung sehingga tidak cukup baikdalam menyerap air. Kota Pontianak merupakan satu diantara kota di Indonesia yang sering dilanda bencana banjir. Oleh karena itu, pemetaan dengan Sistem Informasi Geografis dapat digunakan untuk memetakan wilayah-wilayah yang rawan bencana banjir secara spesifik dengan menggabungkan data spasial pada setiap parameter yang sudah ditentukan. Tidak hanya itu, integrasi sistem informasi geografis dan peramalan dengan metoderegresi linier berganda dapatmemprediksi tingkat kerawanan banjir berdasarkan parameter yang ditentukan pada tahun berikutnya. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, daerah di Kota Pontianak yang rawan bencanabanjir tersebar di beberapa kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Pontianak Timur, Kecamatan Pontianak Kota dan sebagianKecamatan Pontianak Utara.   Kata kunci: Kerawanan Banjir; Regresi Linier Berganda; Sistem Informasi Geografis  

IMPLEMENTASI TEKNOLOGI FIREWALL SEBAGAI KEAMANAN SERVER DARI SYN FLOOD ATTACK

For this reason, a method is needed so that server security is guaranteed. The method used is packet filtering firewall. The results obtained from this study can improve server security and capturing traffic that leads to the server. So this method can be used to increase security on the server.             Keywords: DoS; Firewall; ICMP Flood; Packet Filtering; SYN Flood; Server   Abstrak: Dimasa pandemi Covid-19 saat ini sistem informasi akademik secara terpusat sangat rawan terhadap berbagai bentuk serangan, seperti SYN Flood, ICMP Flood, DoS, dll. Serangan ini akan mengakibatkan server menjadi lambat, sehingga lama dalam mengakses aplikasi. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan suatu metode agar keamanan server lebih terjamin. Metode yang digunakan adalah packet filtering  firewall. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini dapat meningkatan kemanan server dan capturing traffic yang mengarah kepada server.
