the demand for electricity supply is projected to continue rising. In Indonesia, PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) is the main electricity provider, but it often faces challenges in meeting this demand, especially with frequent power outages that disrupt industrial and societal activities. To address this issue, many companies have turned to using generator sets (gensets) as an alternative solution to ensure a stable energy supply. Although the use of gensets provides energy independence, it requires a significant investment. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of the efficiency and economic feasibility of using gensets is necessary. This study aims to analyze the use of gensets at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill, located in Kaubun, East Kutai, focusing on technical-economic aspects such as Present Value (PV), Future Value (FV), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Break Even Point (BEP). Data collected directly from the field includes genset specifications, electricity load, energy consumption, fuel usage, and genset operations. The analysis results indicate that the 455 KVA genset is capable of meeting the factory's electricity needs with an initial cost of IDR 649,649,996. The NPV calculation shows a value of IDR 880,380,813, with an IRR of 6.63%. The BEP is achieved in the 12th month with a profit of IDR 109,645,114. Based on these results, the operation of the genset at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill is considered feasible and profitable in the long term.

SIBATEL, where in the previous update monitoring process work in the field to report to their superiors was considered to be inefficient. The purpose of this research is to design an application system for site and generator maintenance update monitoring that is useful at PT. SIBATEL. In designing this system application, it is hoped that it can be completed quickly and properly according to needs by using Scrum or the Agile Scrum framework. The results of this application development are considered effective and efficient in terms of time and are structured in carrying out the features needed by going through the stages: Product Backlog, Sprint Planning Meeting, Sprint Backlog, Daily Stand Up Meeting, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, with Focus factors which are used by 0.8 or 80% with a different sprint length in each sprint. So the selection of the scrum method in the development of site and generator maintenance update monitoring applications at PT. SIBATEL is considered quite good and useful.

Abstrak: Pemanfaatan teknologi saat ini sudah berkembang maju dan perkembangannya dapat digunakan dalam pengolahan, penyebaran, dan penyajian informasi yang baik. Sistem aplikasi hingga saat ini telah mampu memberikan layanan yang menarik dan meringankan pekerjaan kepada khalayak publik, baik dalam layanan informasi maupun dalam layanan dokumentasi, seperti halnya aplikasi monitoring. Sejalan dengan masalah yang ada pada PT. SIBATEL, dimana pada proses update monitoring sebelumnya pemantauan pekerjaan dilapangan untuk melaporkan ke atasannya dinilai kurang efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem aplikasi monitoring update maintenance site dan genset yang berguna pada PT. SIBATEL. Dalam perancangan aplikasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat diselesaikan dengan cepat dan baik sesuai kebutuhan dengan menggunakan scrum atau kerangka kerja Agile Scrum. Hasil dari pengembangan aplikasi ini dinilai efektif dan efisien dari segi waktu serta terstruktur dalam pengerjaan fitur-fitur yang dibutuhkan dengan melalui tahapan : Product Backlog, Sprint Planning Meeting, Sprint Backlog, Daily Stand Up Meeting, Sprint Review, dan Sprint Retrospective, dengan Focus factor yang digunakan sebesar 0,8 atau 80% dengan panjang sprint yang berbeda pada tiap-tiap sprint. Sehingga pemilihan metode scrum dalam pengembangan aplikasi monitoring update maintenance site dan genset pada PT. SIBATEL dinilai cukup baik dan berguna.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak lingkungan dari emisi genset, meninjau regulasi pemerintah terkait pengendalian emisi, serta mengidentifikasi solusi teknis dan alternatif energi yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis tinjauan pustaka komprehensif terhadap hasil-hasil studi sebelumnya. Hasil sintesis literatur menunjukkan bahwa kerangka regulasi di Indonesia masih terbatas pada penetapan standar emisi tanpa mekanisme pemantauan dan penegakan yang efektif. Selain itu, penerapan teknologi seperti Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF), Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR), penggunaan bahan bakar rendah sulfur, serta pemanfaatan biodiesel terbukti efektif dalam menekan emisi polutan. Kajian ini menyoroti perlunya kebijakan terpadu yang mengintegrasikan regulasi, teknologi bersih, dan kesadaran lingkungan dalam pengelolaan energi perkotaan berkelanjutan.
