dompet digital menggunakan metode Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning yang mengombinasikan Support Vector Machine (SVM), Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB), dan AdaBoost dengan Logistic Regression sebagai meta-learner. Data ulasan diproses melalui tahapan text preprocessing meliputi case folding, cleaning, tokenizing, stopword removal, stemming, dan pembobotan fitur menggunakan TF-IDF. Penyeimbangan data dilakukan dengan SMOTE, sedangkan evaluasi model menggunakan 5-Fold Cross-Validation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Stacking Ensemble memperoleh akurasi rata-rata 80,55%, lebih tinggi dibandingkan algoritma dasar. Evaluasi menggunakan Confusion Matrix, Classification Report, dan ROC Curve juga menunjukkan peningkatan nilai precision, recall, F1-score, dan kemampuan diskriminasi model. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning efektif untuk meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi sentimen pengguna dompet digital serta mendukung evaluasi kualitas layanan berbasis opini pengguna.
The rapid growth of digital wallet usage has generated a large volume of user reviews that can be utilized to evaluate service quality. This study aims to improve the accuracy of digital wallet user sentiment classification using a Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning approach that combines Support Vector Machine (SVM), Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB), and AdaBoost with Logistic Regression as the meta-learner. User reviews were processed through text preprocessing stages, including case folding, text cleaning, tokenization, stopword removal, stemming, and TF-IDF feature weighting. Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) was employed to address class imbalance, while model performance was evaluated using 5-Fold Cross-Validation. The experimental results show that the proposed Stacking Ensemble model achieved an average accuracy of 80.55%, outperforming the individual base learners. Furthermore, evaluations based on the Confusion Matrix, Classification Report, and Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) Curve demonstrated improvements in precision, recall, F1-score, and the model's discriminative capability. These findings indicate that the proposed Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning approach is effective in improving the accuracy of digital wallet user sentiment classification and can serve as a reliable tool for supporting service quality evaluation based on user opinions.

The research method employed is empirical legal research, utilizing primary and secondary data collection methods through in-depth observations and interviews. The results are based on field studies and documents from the Gunungsari Village Government, Tajinan District, Malang Regency. A qualitative juridical analysis is then carried out. The study's results show that implementing community rights in expressing aspirations, suggestions, and opinions is crucial in preparing the draft village regulations. In the planning activities for preparing village regulations, participation has been carried out through village deliberations and hamlet deliberations, which have identified inhibiting factors. First, there are still people who do not understand their rights. Second, there are still people who remain indifferent. Third, the community has not been informed about the village authority's plan to create village ordinances. Techniques for conquering difficulties 1). connecting the community's and the village government's perspectives, goals, and tactics. 2) Budgetary support from the village government for improving community human resources through education, training, and courses. 3) Village government programs and activity plans must be oriented towards improving community income and welfare. 4) Improved facilities and infrastructure for disseminating plans for drafting village regulations.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of quality-based democratic leadership by Public Junior High School principals in Merauke Regency and identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with primary data sources in the form of in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation in five Public Junior High Schools in Merauke, as well as secondary data in the form of archives and educational regulations. The results show that a quality-based democratic leadership style can create a collaborative work climate that improves teacher performance and the quality of educational services, if balanced with effective coordination, continuous motivation, and transparency in decision-making. However, obstacles were also found in the form of a lack of firmness of leaders in enforcing discipline, weak consistency in providing examples, and the influence of local culture that gives rise to personal sentiments. Supporting factors include active teacher involvement in school program planning, support from local government policies, and school accreditation that encourages quality improvement. The conclusion of this study is that democratic leadership of quality-oriented school principals is effectively implemented if accompanied by increased managerial competence, strengthening the role of the school principal as a motivator, and a commitment to transparency and professionalism.

This study aims to determine the sentiment analysis using the keywords "contraceptives" and "condoms" on the opinions of social media users regarding the policy of using contraceptives for students and adolescents with a period of one week. The results showed that neutral sentiment was 6,232 X account users, negative sentiment was 359 X account users, and 86 X account users were in a negative position. Through a nethnography approach, this study examines the comments of netizens in response to the issue, revealing various expressions of digital politics, social identity, and criticism of public policy. Using the Public Sphere theory, and media equation theory, this study highlights the dynamics of interaction between satirical media, public opinion, and digital political participation. he results of the study indicate that netizens' comments serve not only as a means of political expression but also as a reflection of collective negotiation and public discourse surrounding IKN policies. The findings indicate three predominant patterns in netizens' opinions. The first is a rejection of the IKN project, encompassing controversies over its development, concerns regarding its potential impacts, and widespread public skepticism. Second, the perspective of governance and leadership, including the management of the capital city and the political situation of Indonesia. and the third development project of the capital city is considered good which includes community support. This research contributes to a new understanding of digital political literacy and the importance of social media platforms in shaping contemporary political discourse. The method used in this community service activity was lectures and discussions. The activity received a positive response from the TPQ Bustanul Ulum Sejati students and their parents. The program was conducted through material presentations and discussions using a relaxed conversational approach, making the activity feel less formal and more comfortable. This atmosphere allowed all the students to express their opinions without hesitation. This activity left a positive impression on the participants about the importance of literacy and avoiding excessive use of mobile phones to access social media and online games.

The data was collected through a survey distributed using google form, the survey was conducted to gather the experiences, and opinions of the teachers regarding the challenges they face in teaching English. The results showed that the different ability levels of students, time constraints, availability of teaching resources, and the perception of English as a foreign language were the main challenges faced by the teachers. To overcome these challenges, teachers use various strategies, including attending training and seminars, using technology in teaching, and conducting continuous evaluation and assessment. In addition, collaboration among teachers and increased professional training are also considered important in overcoming challenges in English language teaching. The findings provide valuable insights for the development of more effective strategies and policies to improve the quality of English language teaching in schools.

dies subject. This research is based on the importance of preparing students for the challenges of the 21st century, which require critical, analytical, and creative thinking skills. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with 35 students from class VIII-3 as participants. There are two cycles in this study, consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection phases. In the first cycle, although PBL was implemented, only 43% of students scored above the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) of 80, with an average score of 71. Additionally, their activeness in asking questions, answering, expressing opinions, and solving problems was still low. Reflection indicated that students needed time to adapt to PBL and required more motivation from the teacher. In the second cycle, after improvements were made, there was a significant increase. As many as 89% of students scored above the KKM of 80, with an average score of 88. Student activeness also increased with more active participation in class activities. This shows that students better understood and adapted to the PBL model and received better encouragement from the teacher. In conclusion, the implementation of the PBL model is effective in improving students achievement and active participation in the Social Studies subject at SMP Negeri 172 Jakarta. This is evidenced by the significant increase in students average scores and their active participation in learning. The PBL model is capable of stimulating students critical, analytical, and creative thinking skills, as well as enhancing their engagement in learning, creating a more conducive and efficient environment for achieving educational goals.
