blems faced by partners, both farm owners and farm workers: 1) lack of knowledge and understanding of the concept and application of biosecurity 2) lack of sanitation application, which increases the risk of diseases emerging and spreading 3) not yet aware that the use of open house system, unfenced farms and no procedures for entering the farm area, are not in accordance with the principles of biosecurity system. The activity was carried out in stages: survey, socialization on the concept and implementation of the 3-zone biosecurity system, provision of disinfectants and examples of regulation for laying hen farming as well as evaluation. The evaluation results show that during the extension activity, out of 8 participants only 2 were actively asking questions, and it turned out they were the farm owners, while the farm workers were passive. It was found after the outreach activity, that the farm owners or farm workers who were partners had not been implemented the 3-zone biosecurity system, therefore outreach activities regarding biosecurity on poultry farm still need to be provided again to them, so that the concept and application of biosecurity will be truly understood and they would be willing to do so. However, at least 2 farms have prepared signboards with rules for entering the farm area. The occurrence of outbreaks and pandemics should be a lesson-learned that biosecurity measures are highly relevant to the saying “it is better to prevent than cure”. If, chicken remain healthy, they produce high-quality and safe products, and so, farmers can minimize health costs and maximize profits, even enabling farms owner to expand their businesses scale. In conclusion, this activity has not been given a significant impact on partner’s farm management because all partners have not been implemented the 3-zone biosecurity system, and it would be better if, all farm owners as decision makers to participate in this kind of activity, as well as the need for synergy between relevant agencies in the livestock sector in Tomohon city and academics with poultry farming business practitioners in an effort to maintain livestock health, poultry communities and maintain food security.

This study aims to assist Al Huda Plastic and Baking Supplies Store in Kebumen in preparing financial statements in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). This topic was chosen due to the importance of accounting literacy in managing small businesses, as the understanding of MSME actors regarding accounting standards is still relatively low. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, utilizing observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results show that Al Huda Store has been recording its finances manually. However, these records do not yet cover the components of financial statements required by SAK EMKM, such as the income statement, statement of financial position, and notes to the financial statements. The preparation of financial statements based on these standards has been carried out and demonstrates more accurate and structured financial information. In conclusion, the implementation of financial statements based on SAK EMKM in MSMEs plays a very important role in increasing accountability and quality in business decision-making. The results of this study also provide practical examples that can be used as references and re-applied by other MSMEs with similar characteristics

The method used in this study is library research, which collects and analyzes various related literature to explore the concept of technology, and the integration model in the implementation of KDKMP technical guidance in Gorontalo, as well as the role of the cooperative office and facilitators in its implementation. The findings indicate that the management and implementation of KKDMP Technical Guidance runs smoothly and with quality thanks to the use of technology. In addition, cooperative facilitators who pass the 2025 test from the Ministry of Cooperatives are expected to be able to implement practices in accordance with the implementation journal and applicable regulations effectively. The Red and White Cooperative is a government program to establish village/sub-district-based economic institutions that aim to improve the welfare and independence of the community through the principles of mutual cooperation and kinship. This cooperative functions as a joint forum for carrying out various local economic efforts, such as providing basic necessities, savings and loan services, and strengthening MSMEs, so as to encourage food security and shorten the supply chain. The Red and White Cooperative Program (Kopdes Merah Putih) is a national initiative to establish cooperatives in every village and sub-district to strengthen the local economy and improve community welfare through the principles of mutual cooperation.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of quality-based democratic leadership by Public Junior High School principals in Merauke Regency and identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with primary data sources in the form of in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation in five Public Junior High Schools in Merauke, as well as secondary data in the form of archives and educational regulations. The results show that a quality-based democratic leadership style can create a collaborative work climate that improves teacher performance and the quality of educational services, if balanced with effective coordination, continuous motivation, and transparency in decision-making. However, obstacles were also found in the form of a lack of firmness of leaders in enforcing discipline, weak consistency in providing examples, and the influence of local culture that gives rise to personal sentiments. Supporting factors include active teacher involvement in school program planning, support from local government policies, and school accreditation that encourages quality improvement. The conclusion of this study is that democratic leadership of quality-oriented school principals is effectively implemented if accompanied by increased managerial competence, strengthening the role of the school principal as a motivator, and a commitment to transparency and professionalism.

These examples demonstrate that meaning in the Lani language is primarily determined by contextual cues and pragmatic usage. The process of cultivating character must be adapted to the stages of student development and the times, so that integrating it into interactive teaching materials will be preferred by students, students can more easily understand the material and have skills that are balanced between science and technology and IMTAQ. To realize this, teachers are required to be able to integrate it into PBM such as teaching materials. However, the facts on the ground show that teachers in partner schools do not really understand the context of character building and apply it to teaching materials. The purpose of this activity is to increase teacher knowledge and skills in designing and integrating character education in digital teaching materials. This service activity is carried out through lecture methods, outreach, training, and discussions involving approximately 17 elementary school teachers. The results of the activity show that in general the teacher already knows the concept of character education, examples of assistive applications in making teaching materials and teachers have been able to design and integrate character education into teaching materials in accordance with the subjects being taught which are then ready to be made into digital teaching materials

Abstrak: Pendidikan karakter merupakan salah satu upaya revolusi mental yang dilakukan untuk menanamkan karakter pada siswa. Guru memegang peranan penting dalam menghasilkan generasi yang berkarakter dan berakhlak mulia, tidak terkecuali guru SD. Penanaman karakter sejak usia dini diharapkan mampu memperkuat pondasi dalam membangun bangsa. Proses penanaman karakter harus disesuaikan dengan tahap perkembangan siswa dan perkembangan zaman, sehingga mengintegrasikannya ke dalam bahan ajar interaktif akan lebih disukai siswa, siswa lebih mudah memahami materi dan memiliki keterampilan yang seimbang antara IPTEK dan IMTAQ. Untuk mewujudkan hal ini guru dituntut mampu mengintergasikannya ke dalam PBM seperti bahan ajar. Namun, fakta dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru di sekolah mitra belum terlalu memahami konteks pendidikan karakter serta menerapkannya ke dalam bahan ajar. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam mendesain serta mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter dalam bahan ajar digital. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui metode ceramah, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan diskusi dengan melibatkan lebih kurang 17 orang guru SD. Adapun hasil kegiatan menunjukkan secara garis besar guru sudah mengetahui konsep pendidikan karakter, contoh aplikasi bantu dalam membuat bahan ajar dan guru telah mampu mendesain serta mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter ke dalam bahan ajar sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang diampu yang kemudian siap untuk dibuat ke dalam bahan ajar digital.

In general, coffee farmers will routinely maintain post-harvest coffee gardens, namely by trimming coffee leaves. The coffee leaf waste resulting from pruning will only be piled up and left on the plantation. Therefore, this training can be an innovation that can increase the knowledge, skills and independence of community members in entrepreneurship. This of course will support the opening of opportunities to improve the economic level of the community. The results of the training showed that the community was able to make coffee leaf chips. Abstrak: Sejauh ini komoditas kopi masih dikenal sebagai bahan utama dalam pembuatan minuman yaitu kopi. Selain biji kopi masyarakat di Desa Cugung Lalang masih banyak yang belum tahu mengenai informasi bahwa limbah kopipun dapat dimanfaatkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Beberapa contoh pemanfaatan limbah kopi yaitu dapat digunakan sebagai pupuk kompos, selain itu daun kopi dapat dibuat jenis makanan yaitu keripik daun kopi. Pada umumnya para petani kopi akan rutin melakukan perawatan kebun pascapanen kopi yaitu dengan melakukan pemangkasan daun kopi. Limbah daun kopi hasil dari pemangkasan ini hanya akan ditumpuk dan dibiarkan di perkebunan. Oleh karena itu, adanya pelatihan ini dapat menjadi suatu inovasi yang dapat meningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kemandirian warga masyarakat dalam berwirausaha. Hal ini tentunya akan mendukung terbukanya peluang untuk meningkatkan taraf perekonomian masyarakat. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukan bahwa masyarakat mampu membuat olahan keripik daun kopi. Perlunya pelatihan lanjutan mengenai bagiamana pengemasan olahan keripik daun kopi, sehingga siap untuk dipasarkan.
