The speaker made explanations about the application of Microsoft Power Point 2010, then utilizing the results of Microsoft Power Point 2010 applications, so that they are interesting as well as examples of their application in business applications. after that practice directly using the application. Some important points are explained and practiced in this activity, namely the design of interactive learning media, how to arrange the display to be interesting, and the addition of tools integrated in power points, conversion to videos. Community service activities at the Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) completed on 5-6 October 2018 and attended by twenty students, two tutors and three administrative staff. The material delivered to participants reached 90% of all multimedian concepts and learning media. Based on the results of the discussion and testing of the participants through questions and discussion, that ± 95% had mastered and understood the material presented.

Namun dalam penerapan aplikasi perkantoran di dunia nyata belum dibahas khususnya untuk Microsoft Power. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi materi dan praktek. Pemateri melakukan penjelasan-penjelasan tentang aplikasi Microsoft Power Point 2010, pemanfaatan hasil aplikasi Microsoft Power Point 2010 sehingga menarik serta contoh-contoh penerapannya dalam aplikasi bisnis, setelah itu praktek langsung menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Beberapa point penting yang dijelaskan serta dipraktekkan dalam kegiatan ini, yaitu perancangan media pembelajaran interaktif, cara merangkai tampilan agar menarik, dan penambahan tool terintegrasi pada power poin, konversi ke vidio. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) Mandiri Computer Telah selesai dilaksanakan tanggal 5-6 Oktober 2018 dan dihadiri oleh peserta didik sebanyak dua puluh orang, tutor sebanyak dua orang serta bagian administrasi sebanyak tiga orang. Materi yang disampaikan kepada peserta mencapai 90% dari semua konsep multimedian dan media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dan dilakukannya pengujian terhadap peserta dengan melalui pertanyaan-pertanyaan dan diskusi, bahwa ±95% telah menguasai dan memahami materi yang disampaikan.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah tindakan nyata yang dapat kita lakukan untuk menambah wawasan masyarakat terhadap informasi yang akan kita bagikan, sehingga membawa kontribusi positif dalam masyarakat. Apalagi sekarang lagi hangat-hangatnya memperbincangkan tentang pemilihan kepala daerah, oleh karena itu penyuluhan tentang kepemimpinan dianggap perlu untuk di sosialisasikan kepada masyarakat. Harapan kedepannya adalah masyarakat mampu memilih pemimpin yang dapat menjadi contoh baik dalam setiap tindakan dan perkataannnya. Masyarakat diharapkan lebih hati-hati dalam memilih calon kepala daerah, tidak mudah terpengaruh citra dan kekuasaan yang dapat mendatangkan kerudian dalam masyarakat itu nantinya. Selain itu masyarakat tidak perlu takut terhadap tekanan yang mungkin saja datang untuk memaksa memilih jagoan mereka, masyarakat harus mendapatkan pencerahan tentang bagaimana hukum itu berlaku di kalangan masyarakat. Untuk itu selain membahas masalah kepemimpinan Universitas asahan juga bekerjasama dengan Yayasan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum – Cakrawana Nusantara Indonesia untuk memberi pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang hukum, apa yang harus dilakukan masyarakat apabila tersangkut permasalahan hukum di lingkungannya, mengetahui hak dan kewajibannya dalam mentaati hukum tersebut. Harapan terbesarnya masyarakat di desa antara tidak tabu lagi terhadap permasalahan hukum, masyarakat desa antara berani untuk menghadapai permasalahan hukum yang mereka hadapi, masyarakat desa antara mampu memilih pemimpin yang tepat untuk memimpin daerah mereka.

Abstract: The application form of a series of educational theories that have been studied on campus will certainly be more useful if the theories of science are shared for the community. This activity is called our devotion to the community. As an academic both lecturers and students should be able to work together in realizing Tri Darma college where we share and gain knowledge. Community service is a real action that we can do to increase society's insight into the information we will share, thus bringing a positive contribution to society. Especially now more warmly discussed about the election of regional heads, therefore counseling about leadership is considered necessary for the socialization to the community. The future expectation is that people are able to choose leaders who can be good examples in every action and perfomance. The community is expected to be more careful in choosing candidates for regional heads, not easily influenced by the image and power that can bring in the society later. In addition people should not be afraid of the pressures that might come to force their heroes, the public should get an enlightenment about how the law applies to the public. In addition to discussing the issue of leadership, the University of Asahan also cooperates with the Legal Aid Foundation - Cakrawana Nusantara Indonesia to provide an understanding to the public about the law, what should the community do when it comes to legal issues in its environment, knowing its rights and obligations in complying with the law. The Library and Archives Service of North Sumatra Province uses information and communication technology to meet user needs by developing technology-based services that facilitate effective and efficient library activities. Examples of these services include a library service system in a pocket (silapustaku) or online book reservations. To make it simpler to explain how the system functions and is utilized by the community, this study uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling to examine the pocket library service system or online book reservation. A descriptive qualitative approach to the design of the UML system development is the research methodology adopted. The study's findings demonstrate a type of UML modeling design that enables each user to be viewed clearly and understood when utilizing the system. in order to build a library approach with the community and improve library performance via the use of technology.

Abstrak : Ilmu pengetahuan yang berkembang serta teknologi informasi yang berkermbang juga mempengaruhi aspek kehidupan di masyarakkat melalui perpustakaan. Perpustakaan dituntut untuk ikut berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanannya dalam memenuhi kenutuhan informasi penggunanyal. dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pemustaka, Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Provinsi Sumatera Utara memberikan inovasi pelayanan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dengan menggunakan sistem layanan pustaka dalam saku (silapustaku) atau reservasi buku online sebagai pengembangan layanan berbasisi teknologi dalam proses memudahkan aktifitas perpustakaan yang efektif dan efesien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis system layanan pustaka dalam saku atau reservasi buku online dengan menggunakan pemodelan UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk memudahkan dalam memaparkan kerja system dan di gunakan oleh masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan merupakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan perancangan pengembangan system UML. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bentuk rancangan pemodelan menggunakan UML yang memungkinkan setiap pengguna dapat terlihat jelas dan mudah di mengerti dalam menggunakan system. Sehingga penggunaan teknologi mampu meningkatkan kinerja perpustakaan dan menjalin pendekatan perpustakaan dengan masyarakat.

hms that we can use to create a caption image model. In this article, we will compare performance between the Resnet50 and InceptionV3 models for text images. We will use 2000 (1800 train & 200 validation) image data and each image has 5 example captions to train the model. After the model is successfully created, we evaluate the model using 100 images and each image has 5 examples of additional captions that are not used in the training and validation process. The result of this research is that the InceptionV3 model is better than Resnet50. BLEU-1 is 0.53, BLEU-2 is 0.35, BLEU-3 is 0.18, BLEU-4 is 0.09, and METEOR is 0.35 for InceptionV3 model. While Resnet50 model has a value of BLEU-1 is 0.51, BLEU-2 is 0.31, BLEU-3 is 0.16, BLEU-4 is 0.06, and METEOR is 0.33.

Abstrak: Membuat gambar teks secara otomatis adalah salah satu tantangan dalam computer vision. Bidang ini bisa sangat membantu dalam banyak hal, misalnya mesin pencari. Saat ini banyak sekali algoritma klasifikasi citra yang dapat kita gunakan untuk membuat model teks citra. Pada artikel ini, kami akan membandingkan performa antara model Resnet50 dan InceptionV3 untuk gambar teks. Kami akan menggunakan 2000 (1800 train & 200 validation) data gambar dan setiap gambar memiliki 5 contoh caption untuk melatih model. Setelah model berhasil dibuat, kami mengevaluasi model menggunakan 100 gambar dan setiap gambar memiliki 5 contoh caption tambahan yang tidak digunakan dalam proses training dan validation. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah model InceptionV3 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan Resnet50. BLEU-1 0.53, BLEU-2 0.35, BLEU-3 0.18, BLEU-4 0.09, dan METEOR 0.35 untuk model InceptionV3. Sedangkan model Resnet50 memiliki nilai BLEU-1 0.51, BLEU-2 0.31, BLEU-3 0.16, BLEU-4 0.06, dan METEOR 0.33.

The problem faced by PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa is the lack of motivation experienced by employees. One of the efforts to increase employee motivation is to select role models/exemplary employees who will later become examples for other employees. Based on this, it is necessary to use technology, namely the design of a decision support system in determining exemplary employees by applying the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. The SMART method has advantages, namely in deciding with many alternatives and criteria. It is more complex to make a decision, and the decision results are better. The results of this study get Alfiansyah's alternative with a value of 74.85202777 to be a role model for PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa.

Abstrak: PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa saat ini merupakan satu-satunya Badan Usaha Milik Daerah yang ada di kabupaten Asahan, hal ini menuntut PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa untuk terus melakukan pembenahan guna mewujudkan pelayanan yang optimal kepada pelanggan. Pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan tentunya erat kaitannya dengan sumber daya manusia dan kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi keberhasilan perusahaan sehingga dapat dilihat kekuatan, kelemahan, dan potensi kesenjangan manajerial dalam organisasi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa adalah kurangnya motivasi yang dialami oleh pegawai. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi pegawai adalah dengan memilih role model/pegawai teladan yang nantinya akan menjadi contoh bagi pegawai lainnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu digunakan teknologi yaitu perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan pegawai teladan dengan menerapkan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Metode SMART memiliki kelebihan yaitu dalam keadaan pengambilan keputusan dengan banyak alternatif dan kriteria sehingga lebih kompleks dalam pengambilan keputusan dan akurasi hasil keputusan yang lebih baik. STMIK Royal is one of the computer high schools in Kisaran that wants to develop a better learning model for its students. In choosing the development of learning models requires a decision support system method in choosing the best using the AHP method. This method can analyze a number of criteria and alternatives in choosing the best learning model development which is determined through the calculation process. This model is easier and more effective to produce the best. The AHP method is able to produce the selection of learning model development with several selection criteria and influential alternative choices. The result of the highest ranking is a priority on criteria and alternatives in achieving the goal of choosing a learning model at STMIK Royal Kisaran.

Revolusi Industri 4.0 saat ini telah memberikan pengaruh di berbagai bidang salah satunya dunia pendidikan, dengan IoT menghadirkan revolusi industri di dunia pendidikan dalam mencari jalan mengimplementasikan sistem pembelajaran agar tidak ketinggalan zaman. STMIK Royal merupakan salah satu sekolah tinggi komputer di Kisaran yang ingin mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang lebih baik bagi mahasiswanya. Dalam memilih pengembangan model pembelajaran memerlukan metode sistem pendukung keputusan dalam memilih yang terbaik menggunakan metode AHP. Metode ini dapat menganalisis sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif dalam memilih pengembangan model pembelajaran terbaik yang ditentukan melalui proses perhitungan. Model ini lebih mudah dan efektif untuk menghasilkan yang terbaik. Metode AHP mampu menghasilkan pemilihan pengembangan model pembelajaran dengan beberapa kriteria seleksi dan alternatif pilihan yang berpengaruh. Hasil perangkingan tertinggi merupakan prioritas pada kriteria dan alternatif dalam pencapaian tujuan memilih model pembelajaran di STMIK Royal Kisaran.

Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) Objek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas V SDN Singajaya I dengan jumlah siswanya 28 yang terdiri atas 14 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan. Instrumen penelitian yang dipakai berupa angket respon siswa, wawancara, observasi aktivitas siswa, tes hasil belajar yang terdiri dari pre tes dan post tes dan juga lembar kerja kelompok. Pengolahan data dan pengumpulan data berdasarkan dari data yang didapatkan pada instrumen tersebut. Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dengan objek siswa kelas V dengan menggunakan model examples non examples menghasilkan peningkatan hasil belajar dari setiap siklusnya. Siklus I sebesar 23.3%, dan siklus II sebesar 83.3%. Nilai rata-rata yang didapat mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sebesar 48 (kurang), dan siklus II sebesar 71.25 (baik). Dari data yang diperoleh maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran examples non examples dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS pada materi menjelaskan tokoh-tokoh persiapan kemerdekaan.

The research uses books about hadith as the main data source, this process includes reading, recording and managing the necessary data. In data analysis, researchers apply a qualitative approach, namely efforts to organize and sort data. The goal is to create manageable units of data, implement systematic methods, look for patterns, and ultimately identify important things worth studying. The final stage involves the decision to share the research results with others, conveying the findings that have been discovered during the research process. The research results show that the position of hadith in Islamic education has similarities with the Koran as the main reference, but the two also have differences. Even though the Qur'an is considered a global revelation that requires interpretation, hadith have an important role in providing explanations of the concepts contained in the Qur'an, including in the educational context. Hadith also serve as examples and guidelines for individuals in living their lives according to Islamic teachings.
