community's welfare. The practice of fishing with bombs not only damages marine habitats, including coral reefs, but also threatens the sustainability of fish resources in the future. If allowed to continue, this can harm marine ecosystems and jeopardize the sustainability of the local economy. To address this problem, training and implementing coral reef conservation using the Coral Adoption method is crucial. This initiative, which involves the Simeulue Regency government, Simeulue Police, and TNI, focuses on the community, especially fishermen. The Coral Adoption method is a marine environmental rehabilitation technique that aims to conserve marine biota, accelerate coral reef growth, and restore threatened ecosystems. The training provides participants with knowledge about the negative impacts of fish bombing and the importance of marine environmental rehabilitation. It also empowers them to stop such destructive practices. Furthermore, participants recognize the long-term impacts of fish bombing on their socio-economic aspects, which ultimately increases their commitment to preserving the marine environment for a better future.

Abstrak: Sebagian besar penduduk Simeulue bergantung pada hasil laut untuk mata pencaharian mereka. Namun, penggunaan bom dalam penangkapan ikan telah menimbulkan ancaman serius terhadap kelestarian sumber daya ikan yang menjadi aset penting bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat. Praktik penangkapan ikan dengan bom tidak hanya merusak habitat laut, termasuk terumbu karang, tetapi juga mengancam keberlanjutan sumber daya ikan di masa depan. Jika dibiarkan berlanjut, hal ini dapat berdampak buruk pada ekosistem laut dan mengancam keberlanjutan ekonomi lokal. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pelatihan dan penerapan konservasi terumbu karang dengan metode Rock Pile menjadi sangat penting. Pelatihan ini, yang melibatkan pihak pemerintah Kabupaten Simeulue, Polres Simeulue, dan TNI, difokuskan pada masyarakat, terutama nelayan. Rock Pile adalah teknik rehabilitasi lingkungan laut yang bertujuan untuk melestarikan biota laut, mempercepat pertumbuhan terumbu karang, dan memulihkan ekosistem yang terancam. Manfaat dari pelatihan ini, peserta tidak hanya memperoleh pengetahuan tentang dampak buruk pengeboman ikan dan pentingnya rehabilitasi lingkungan laut, tetapi juga menjadi lebih percaya diri dalam menghentikan praktik destruktif tersebut. Selain itu, mereka menyadari dampak jangka panjang pengeboman ikan terhadap aspek sosial ekonomi mereka, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan komitmen mereka untuk melestarikan lingkungan laut demi masa depan yang lebih baik.

The team complemented the idea of public communication on intrapersonal strength, namely managing nervousness with an emphasis on practice, preparation, and the ability to overcome nervousness constructively. The team believes that knowledge of managing nervousness from an early age can help children in orphanages get used to facing various kinds of audiences in the future. This service method is tests, lectures and practice which include assignments and simulations. The result of this activity is that children can overcome nervousness by means of positive self-motivation, regular breathing, good script preparation and analyzing the audience.

Pada pengabdian tahun 2022 berfokus pada pembuatan web profile untuk organisasi KOWAPI. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang mitra alami saat ini, yaitu kurangnya pemahaman berkaitan dengan digitalisasi dan literasi website, organisasi KOWAPI meminta agar pihak Dosen Institut Shanti Bhuana kembali melakukan pengabdian yang berfokus pada pendampingan dalam pengelolaan web profile yang sudah ada saat ini. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan agar web profile organisasi KOWAPI dapat terus diupdate, sehingga dapat membantu untuk perkembangan organisasi tersebut. As is the case with students at SMA Letjen Haryono MT while studying at school. However, the use of Office has not been maximized by them. They were only introduced to Microsoft Office applications but did not understand how to use them. Therefore, students need to be equipped with additional learning that focuses on using Microsoft Office as a medium to assist student learning and also prepares students to take advantage of this application in the future. The features available in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point are also less known by students. Departing from this, it is necessary to equip students with learning about Microsoft Office applications. Learning activities provide a range of 77% through questionnaires filled out by students which means that the training provided provides good knowledge benefits to the 28 students who take part in the training. The target planned by the implementation team was achieved where students were assisted in understanding and learning to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point applications.

Aplikasi ini membantu berbagai pihak dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran di sekolah serta dimanfaatkan berbagai pihak untuk kebutuhan pekerjaan kantoran dalam pengolahan kata, angka serta presentasi. Pemahaman dan penguasaan aplikasi ini merupakan kemampuan dasar yang wajib dimiliki oleh tiap individu di masa sekarang. Seperti halnya dengan murid-murid di SMA Letjen Haryono MT selama belajar di sekolah. Tetapi, penggunaan Office belum dimaksimalkan oleh mereka. Mereka hanya diperkenalkan aplikasi Microsoft Office tetapi kurang memahami cara penggunaannya. Oleh karena itu, maka murid perlu dibekali dengan pembelajaran tambahan yang berfokus pada penggunaan Microsoft Office sebagai media untuk membantu pembelajaran murid dan juga mempersiapkan murid manfaatkan aplikasi ini di masa mendatang. Fitur-fitur yang tersedia di Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, dan Microsoft Power Point juga kurang diketahui oleh murid-murid. Berangkat dari hal tersebut, maka perlu melengkapi murid dengan pembelajaran akan aplikasi Microsoft Office. Kegiatan pembelajaran memberikan nilai range 77% lewat kuesioner yang diisi murid yang berarti pelatihan yang diberikan memberikan manfaat pengetahuan yang baik kepada 28 murid yang mengikuti pelatihan. nt. The Non-Tax State Income (PNBP) has two different main functions, namely as budgetary and also as regulatory. Since the onset of Covid-19, the whole world has been in an uproar and all aspects have been affected. Likewise, the DJKN Bali Nusra Regional Office also felt the impact where the target of PNBP for State-Owned Goods (BMN) was not achieved in 2020 and causing the target given to decrease every year and many state assets to be unused. This service activity is carried out using a descriptive qualitative method in which this research focuses on the government's efforts to increase non-tax state revenues through the use of rental goods (BMN). The conclusion of this service activity is that the DJKN Bali Nusra Regional Office makes various efforts in order to increase PNBP on state property rentals by providing education through socialization or workshops to work units (stake) to better understand asset management, strengthening the role of the KPKNL, strengthen database and BMN, giving rewards to the stake if it reaches the target, and there needs to be good support and cooperation between the stakes with each other.

Abstrak: Penerimaan negara tidak hanya berasal dari pajak melainkan ada juga dari Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP). Yang dimana semua penerimaan tersebut akan digunkan oleh pemerintah dalam rangka penyelenggaraan pemerintah dan pelaksanaan pembangunan yang merata. Adapun Penghasilan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) memiliki dua fungsi utama yang berbeda yaitu sebagai budgetary dan juga sebagai regulatory. Semenjak adanya Covid-19 membuat seluruh dunia gempar dan semua aspek terkena dampaknya. Begitupun, Kanwil DJKN Bali Nusra yang turut merasakan dampaknya dimana tidak tercapainya target PNBP Barang Milik Negara (BMN) pada tahun 2020 dan menyebabkan target yang diberikan menurun setiap tahunya dan banyak aset negara yang tidak terpakai. Aktivitas pengabdian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang dimana penelitian ini memfokuskan pada upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan penerimaan negara bukan pajak melalui pemanfaatan sewa barang (BMN). Kesimpulan dari aktivitas pengabdian ini adalah Kanwil DJKN Bali Nusra melakukan berbagai upaya agar dapat meningkatkan PNBP pada sewa barang Milik negara dengan cara memberikan edukasi melalui sosialisasi atau workshop kepada satuan kerja (satker) agar lebih memahami tentang pengelolaan aset, memperkuat peran KPKNL, memperkuat database dan BMN, memberikan reward kepada satker jika mencapai target, dan perlu adanya dukungan dan kerjasama yang baik antara satker satu dengan lainya.

This study designed the Royal Mengajar application using PHP and MySQL, supported by JavaScript, HTML, and Bootstrap 5. The Crowdsourced Academic Content model enables lecturers to contribute learning materials openly, while students evaluate them through a user rating system. The objective of this research is to design and optimize the database architecture of the Royal Mengajar application by implementing multiple control mechanisms—namely views, triggers, transactions, and constraints—to enhance data efficiency, consistency, and integrity in digital learning environments. Database optimization focuses on the use of views to improve query efficiency, triggers to maintain automatic consistency, transactions to ensure atomicity in multi-table operations, and constraints to preserve data integrity. The results show that views reduced the average query execution time to 0.12 seconds, triggers maintained consistency without manual intervention, and constraints achieved 100% referential integrity. The application of these mechanisms significantly improved system speed, reduced data redundancy, and enhanced information reliability, thus reinforcing the sustainability of Royal Mengajar as a community-driven learning platform

Abstrak: Pengembangan sistem pembelajaran digital tidak hanya menuntut penyajian materi, tetapi juga konsistensi serta kinerja basis data ketika sistem digunakan secara masif oleh dosen dan mahasiswa. Kelemahan rancangan database dapat menimbulkan duplikasi data, pelanggaran relasi, dan kegagalan transaksi yang memengaruhi keandalan sistem. Penelitian ini merancang aplikasi Royal Mengajar berbasis PHP dan MySQL dengan dukungan JavaScript, HTML, dan Bootstrap 5. Model Crowdsourced Academic Content memungkinkan dosen berkontribusi secara terbuka, sedangkan mahasiswa melakukan evaluasi melalui user rating system. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengoptimalkan basis data aplikasi Royal Mengajar melalui penerapan berbagai mekanisme pengendali, seperti view, trigger, transaction, dan constraint, guna meningkatkan efisiensi, konsistensi, dan integritas data dalam sistem pembelajaran digital. Optimalisasi database difokuskan pada penerapan view untuk efisiensi query, trigger untuk menjaga konsistensi otomatis, transaction untuk memastikan atomicity pada operasi multi-tabel, serta constraint guna menjamin integritas data. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan view menurunkan rata-rata waktu eksekusi query menjadi 0,12 detik, trigger menjaga konsistensi tanpa intervensi manual, dan constraint memastikan integritas referensial tercapai 100%. Penerapan mekanisme ini berdampak pada peningkatan kecepatan sistem, berkurangnya redundansi, serta keandalan informasi yang lebih tinggi, sehingga mendukung keberlanjutan Royal Mengajar sebagai platform pembelajaran berbasis kontribusi komunitas.
