Linguistically, dzikir comes from the word dzakar, which means remembering. Remembering Allah implies maintaining one’s consciousness toward Him by following specific etiquettes prescribed in the Qur’an and Hadith. The purpose of dzikir is to purify the heart and glorify Allah SWT. Purpose: To determine the implementation of nursing care for patients with sensory perception disturbances: visual hallucinations, with a focus on dzikir practice. Method: This study used a descriptive method in the form of a case study. Results: The case study showed that the patient was able to carry out SP 1–3 with a focus on dzikir practice, as indicated by behavioral changes such as feeling calmer, being able to recite dzikir independently, and experiencing reduced hallucinations. This suggests that dzikir is quite effective. The compression technique is carried out at several points where there are large blood vessels (neck folds, right and left axillary folds, right and left thigh folds) so that vasodilation occurs and then accelerates evaporation and conduction to lower body temperature in children. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of administering Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) to reduce body temperature in toddlers with hyperthermia problems in Panican Village. Method: This study used a descriptive case study with respondents of toddlers with hyperthermia problems. The focus of this case study is the provision of Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) with hyperthermia problems as a nonpharmacological action. This study was conducted in Panican Village for 3 days starting on 23-25 June 2025. Results: After being given Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) for 3 days with 1 meeting within 15-30 minutes using water temperature of 37oC40oC, the child's body temperature decreased, the initial result was 38.7oC and after being given Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) for 3 days, the result was 37.3oC. Conclusion: Providing Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) can reduce body temperature in toddlers with hyperthermia problems in Panican Village.

Method : The design of this study uses a case study method consisting of stages of assessment, determination of nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The subject in this study was Mr. P, a patient at the Dr. RM Soedjarwadi Klaten Regional Mental Hospital. Results : The results of the study showed that consistent implementation of conversational strategies during treatment can reduce the intensity of hallucinations, increase awareness of reality, and rebuild patients' social interaction abilities. Counclusion : Conversation intervention is an effective approach in treating visual hallucinations in mental disorders patients.

Research Objective: To determine the effect of knowledge and attitude on the interest of mothers in using IUD KB at the Wanayasa Health Center. Method: This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 66 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using bivariate and univariate, significance was determined if (p value <0.05). data processing was carried out using SPSS. Result: The results of the study showed that in the knowledge variable there were 37 respondents with good knowledge, 23 respondents with sufficient knowledge and 6 respondents with less knowledge. As for the attitude variable, there were 52 respondents with positive attitudes and 14 respondents with negative attitudes. The results of this study also show that there is an influence between knowledge and interest in mothers using IUD with P-Value = 0.003, while the attitude variable also shows that there is an influence between attitude and interest in mothers using IUD with P-Value = 0.010. ship. The research object includes non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2014–2023. ESG variables are measured using Bloomberg's ESG score which includes environmental, social, and governance dimensions, while operational efficiency is proxied by the Total Asset Turnover ratio. Financial performance is proxied by Return on Assets. The research method uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis. The research sample consisted of 80 companies with a total of 711 observations. The results of the study show that ESG has a significant negative effect on financial performance. However, operational efficiency has been shown to play a role as a moderation variable that strengthens the relationship between ESG and financial performance. This research makes a theoretical contribution by enriching the literature on the relationship between ESG and financial performance, especially in the context of emerging markets. From a practical perspective, the results indicate that the implementation of ESG will only create financial value if integrated with internal efficiency strategies. Thus, companies are advised to not only focus on compliance with ESG aspects, but also ensure efficient management of resources to increase long-term profitability.

This research uses a qualitative type with a descriptive approach to detail and interpret the data. The results of the research conducted through field observation, interviews, and questionnaires found that there is a lack of good coordination among managers, local government, and tourism departments, leading to limited accessibility to the waterfall, a lack of human resource development, and insufficient promotion regarding the Baburai Waterfall tourist attraction. The analytical technique used is the SWOT method to determine the sustainable development strategy for Kulukubuk waterfall tourism. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it is concluded that the development strategy for the Baburai waterfall tourism potential includes building cooperation with the government and the tourism office, improving accessibility, and enhancing the human resources of the Baburai waterfall tourism managers.

Where around 45% of patients with self-care deficits show reluctance to brush their teeth which increases the risk of oral disease and other systemic infections. Brushing teeth in patients with self-care deficits is needed to improve oral hygiene and the patient's ability to care for themselves personally. Objective: To determine nursing care from assessment to evaluation in miss Y with self-care deficits with a focus on brushing teeth. Method: The method used is the case study approach method. Results: After nursing care was carried out on miss Y with self-care deficits, it was proven to increase the miss Y's self-care ability, especially brushing their teeth. Objective: To describe the effect of boiled soursop leaf water on reducing uric acid levels in elderly patients with gout arthritis in Karangjambu Village, Karangjambu Subdistrict, Purbalingga Regency. Method: This study employed a case study method. Subjects were given an intervention of 200 ml of boiled soursop leaf water daily (100 ml in the morning and 100 ml in the evening) for seven consecutive days. Uric acid levels were measured before and after the intervention. Results: After seven days of soursop leaf water administration, uric acid levels decreased from an average of 8.7–9.0 mg/dl to 5.5–5.8 mg/dl. This suggests that the active compounds in soursop leaves are effective in inhibiting xanthine oxidase and promoting uric acid excretion through urine. Conclusion: Boiled soursop leaf water is effective in lowering uric acid levels in elderly patients with gout arthritis and can serve as a safe and practical complementary non-pharmacological therapy within the community.

This study employs a normative juridical method with a comparative approach, analyzing doctrinal sources, statutory law, and scholarly debates from both civil law and common law perspectives. The findings suggest that while the adversarial system traditionally restricts judges to a passive role, the notion of an active judge has emerged to prevent procedural abuses and ensure substantive justice. For Indonesia, integrating aspects of the active judge model may contribute to enhancing transparency, protecting defendants’ rights, and harmonizing procedural justice with societal expectations. Nevertheless, challenges remain, particularly concerning judicial independence, consistency of application, and potential conflicts with established inquisitorial practices. This study concludes that the adoption of active judge principles must be carefully contextualized, reinforcing Indonesia’s hybrid system rather than replacing its legal traditions.
