Research method: This type of research is descriptive. The research locations are Lidya Clinic, Katarina Clinic, Kasih Bunda Clinic, Pratama Bertha Clinic, Pratama Romauli Clinic. Research results: The results indicate that 21 respondents (70%) have a positive attitude, while 9 respondents (30%) have a negative attitude. Conclusion: Based on the research results, it shows that midwives have a positive attitude to awards maternal affection care during labor. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and motivation with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication at An-Nisa Hospital Tangerang. Methods: This study used descriptive analytic quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, where this technique selected subjects in a population that matched the criteria as a sample, namely pulmonary TB patients who were undergoing initial and advanced treatment at An-Nisa Hospital, Tangerang, totaling 102 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test. Results: The results of the respondent's data processing showed that the level of knowledge with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication showed a significant relationship with value (p-value 0.021), and motivation with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication showed a significant relationship with value (p-value 0.027 ). Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and motivation with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication in patients with pulmonary TB. Therefore, to reduce the occurrence of drug-resistant TB, efforts should be made to increase adherence to treatment in TB patients, either through the method of providing direct motivation or through counseling about pulmonary TB disease.

). SPK ini dikembangkan untuk membantu konsumen maupun pelaku usaha dalam memilih air mineral berdasarkan beberapa kriteria yang relevan, yaitu harga, kualitas, ketersediaan, dan kemasan. Bobot diberikan pada masing-masing kriteria sesuai tingkat kepentingannya, dengan kualitas sebagai prioritas utama. Data diperoleh melalui penilaian ahli dan observasi terhadap sepuluh alternatif produk (A1–A10). Proses pengambilan keputusan dilakukan melalui tahap normalisasi, pembobotan, dan perhitungan skor akhir menggunakan metode MOORA. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa alternatif A3 dengan merek Cleo memiliki skor tertinggi sebesar 0.1145, sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai pilihan minuman terbaik.

ustahiq zakat secara efektif dan adil di Masjid Nur-Hadi di kelurahan Dadimulyo, Lingkungan 2, Kisaran, Sumatera Utara, menggunakan metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) dan MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis). Tahap penelitian melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Lima kriteria digunakan dalam penelitian ini, termasuk pendapatan, jumlah tanggungan, tempat tinggal, kriteria khusus, dan kondisi kesehatan. Data mustahiq zakat fitrah tahun 2024 digunakan untuk analisis sebanyak 10 data. Hasil perankingan dari kedua metode tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan keputusan yang diambil oleh panitia zakat Masjid Nur-Hadi. Melalui metode SMART, sistem memberikan peringkat terbaik kepada alternatif yang paling sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Metode SMART menunjukkan potensi untuk digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam pengambilan keputusan zakat yang lebih efisien dan adil.
