A Preparation Of Format And Presentation Media For English Learning In Merdeka Curriculum

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the format for the preparation of the Curriculum Merdeka and the appropriate presentation media for this curriculum. A format preparation is a decision made about learning objectives and the strategies… rategies and methods needed to achieve these goals as well as a study of the effectiveness and meaning of these methods and strategies. In addition, the Government gives authority to schools to make their vision, mission and characteristics a reference for operational curriculum development. Presentation media is said to be a graphic, photographic tool, and can also be in the form of an electronic device that has the function of capturing, processing and rearranging information in the form of verbal or visual. English learning is developing English language skills in a contextual and acceptable manner according to the context and conditions and situations of students' daily lives. This is to produce a form of learning English that is more in touch with the language needs of students. Curriculum Merdeka is a curriculum which in its development is the result of adjustments to the latest conditions in an area and in accordance with the development of students due to contemporary issues that are currently happening. This research is use method literature study. Data collected and analyzed entirely from the literature as well as other documentation materials, such as writing in journals or other media relevant and still being studied.

Determinants Of Public Shopping Through E-Commerce in The Jabodetabek Area

Abstract: In the digital era, shopping with e-commerce is a necessity for the community, especially the millennial generation who have high mobility. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the variables Customer Satisfaction,&#8230; tisfaction, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Product Quality on the decision to buy e-commerce products. The object of research is the living community in Jabodetabek area, with a design using descriptive quantitative. The research data source is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents to the population of communities who live in Jabodetabek area with the sample selection technique using random sampling of 107 respondents. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with PLS 3.0 software. The research results prove that The Customer Satisfaction variable based on the statistical t value obtains a value of 0.174 < 1.96, so it can be stated that the Customer Satisfaction variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.While based on the P-Value obtained 0.862 > 0.05, it means that the Customer Satisfaction variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.The Technology Acceptance Model variable based on the statistical t value obtains a value of 2.99 > 1.96, so it can be stated that the Technology Acceptance Model variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.While based on the P-Value obtained 0.003 < 0.05, it means that the Technology Acceptance Model variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision. The Product Quality variable based on the statistical t value obtained a value of 1.304 < 1.96, so it can be stated that the Product Quality variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision. While based on the P-Value obtained 0.193 > 0.05, it means that the Product Quality variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.

Management Effectiveness of Village Owned Enterprises in Cigalontang Village Cigalontang Sub District Tasikmalaya District

Abstract: Based on an observation result in Cigalontang Village Cigalontang Sub district Tasikmalaya District it was found that some issues such as Village Owned Enterprises of Cigalontang Village was not right in choosing type of&#8230; business and did not achieve the objectives of establishing Village Owned Enterprises of Cigalontang Village. Furthermore, the writers formulated a problem “How is the Management Effectiveness of Village Owned Enterprises of Cigalontang Village in Cigalontang Village Cigalontang Sub district Tasikmalaya District?” The objectitive of this research was to determine and to describe the the Management Effectiveness of Village Owned Enterprises of Cigalontang Village in Cigalontang Village Cigalontang Sub district Tasikmalaya District. Theory applied in this research was effectiveness theory analyzed based on effectiveness measures, they are program understanding, right on target, timeliness, goal achievement and real change (Sutrisno, 2010:125-126). This research applied descriptive research method with qualitative approach. Techniques of data collection used were interview, observation and documentation study. Based on research results and discussion, the writers may conclude that the Management Effectiveness of Village Owned Enterprises of Cigalontang Village in Cigalontang Village Cigalontang Sub district Tasikmalaya District has not been effective yet. From five of effectiveness scope dimensions, three dimensions have not been applied well, they are right on target, goal achievement and real change while two effectiveness measures applied well were effectiveness measures in program understanding and timeliness ones.

Sharia Business Ethics Online Forex Trading at Company Signal Providers Volatility 75 Index JR (VIXJR)

Abstract: This study aims to determine the practice and application of sharia business ethics in forex trading of JR Volatility 75 Index companies in the forex market and the dissemination of the results of the analysis and transactions&#8230; ctions to registered members. This research is qualitative research with the research object of corporate signal provider Volatility 75 Index JR. Data collection methods used are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that JR's Volatility 75 Index has implemented sharia business ethics in its service business so as to make it feel safe and comfortable when using the forex market analysis services from the company.

Strengthening Democratic Elections and Quality in Indonesia

Abstract: General election, a vital indicator of a democratic country like Indonesia, has been implemented since 1955, but its realization as a truly democratic process remains questionable. The purpose of this research is to examine&#8230; ine the standards of democratic, quality and ways to strengthen election in Indonesia. The research uses a normative approach, utilizing secondary data and both juridical and conceptual approaches. The juridical approach is employed due to the legal aspects of the research object, while the conceptual approach is utilized to understand the concepts of Democratic and Qualified Elections. The data, which is in the form of descriptions, is analyzed in a qualitative descriptive manner. It is concluded that the realization of democratic and quality elections in Indonesia is highly dependent on several factors, including the state, election participants, and citizens as voters

Abstract: Audit quality is the accuracy of the information reported by the auditor by the audit standards used by the auditor of the company's financial statements. This study aims to identify audit quality in several cases that occurred&#8230; ccurred in Indonesia by using audit quality indicators in the form of ethics, people, process, output, and interaction. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with the object of analysis in the form of audit quality indicators. The results of this study indicate that the audit ethics quality indicators have the most influence on several cases that occurred in Indonesia.

Compliance Analysis of the Implementation of the Public Accountant Professional Code of Ethics by Public Accountants in Indonesia

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the application of the code of ethics for the public accounting profession in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is to use qualitative methods, in which researchers collect data&#8230; ta from various references to scientific works, articles, journals and other references. While the data collection technique that the authors use is to use the literature study technique. The object of this research is a public accountant in the Indonesian Public Accounting Firm. The results of this study conclude that the application of a code of ethics for the public accounting profession is very important to guarantee public trust. In addition, by applying a code of ethics, an accountant is seen as more professional, reliable and trustworthy. An accountant must be independent because a lack of independence can violate the basic principles of ethics regarding the objectivity of an auditor at work.

The Influence of Job Satisfaction and Workload on Employee Performance at PT Citra Riau Sarana

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the effect of job satisfaction and workload on the performance of employees of PT. Citra Riau Sarana. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative&#8230; approach. The object of this research is all employees of PT. Citra Riau Sarana. The research location was conducted at PT. Citra Riau Sarana. The population in this study are employees of PT. Citra Riau Sarana. The samples taken in this study were 47 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was the census method technique with data analysis using the SPSS version 20 program using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), coefficient of determination (R2). Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study state that the variable workload and job satisfaction have a significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance. And it can be concluded that the most dominant workload variable affects employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.771. This means that the variables of job satisfaction and workload simultaneously affect the employee performance variable by 77.1%.

Abstract: This research aims to examine the impact of professional ethics, professionalism, independence, and experience on the materiality of financial statements for This research aims to examine the impact of professional ethics,&#8230; s, professionalism, independence, and experience on the materiality of financial statements for the public sector. The purpose of this study is to increase public confidence, which is achieved in part through evaluating financial reports by government auditors. In this research, information was collected by sending questionnaires to the accounting companies Djoko, Sidik, and Indra. sampling method using purposeful sampling Multiple regression is the method of data analysis used. data processing software, including Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 25.0. According to the findings of this research, professionalism and experience impact the amount of materialism. Professional ethics and independence have little effect on the objective world.

Spatial Planning of the East Java Provincial Government during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Supporting State Defense

Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic poses future space planning challenges. The current Covid-19 pandemic has greatly impacted everyone around the world covering all fields from health, economy, and food security, to sports, including&#8230; the field of spatial planning. Control of infectious virus outbreaks must be involved in spatial planning. Spatial planning that cares about the level of human health is no longer just struggling with green open space. But there should also be space for physical distancing in public places. The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial planning of East Java Province during the Covid-19 pandemic in supporting state defense. This paper is written based on the results of qualitative research using phenomenological research design. In this study, the data collection process was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation study methods. The data obtained is then analyzed through four stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that spatial planning during the pandemic was carried out with four aspects, namely analyzing the Covid-19 distribution map in East Java, planning changes in policies and strategies with public health considerations, planning space structures with the addition of emergency infrastructure, and planning space patterns with the allocation of green open space. The obstacles faced in spatial planning are the restriction of working hours and the implementation of WFH for employees, and the lack of community support as an affected object. Both are overcome by implementing digitalization strategies and community participation so that the spatial planning agenda during the Covid-19 pandemic can run well. In addition, the better spatial planning during the pandemic, the better the country's defense because of the non-military threat in this case the Covid-19 virus can be well anticipated.
