2024 at STIKES Gunung Maria Tomohon. The number of samples was 84 respondents. Data analysis used the Spearman Rank test. Results: There is no relationship between Gadget Use and Nutritional Status, (correlation coefficient is 0.078 and Sig. 2-tailed = 0.481 <0.05). Conclusion: There is no relationship between gadget use and nutritional status at STIKES Gunung Maria Tomohon and it is recommended that the campus can improve Nutrition and Health Education in nutrition education for students. The campus can hold seminars, workshops, or classes that educate students about the importance of a healthy diet, balanced eating habits, and how to choose nutritious foods.

are (1) to explain the structure of the Lendawi (Lanny lamentation), (2) to find out the type of stanza among the Lanny tribe, (3) to discuss on what occasions the Lendawi (Lanny lamentation) lamented, and (4) to elaborate the socio-cultural values contained in the Lendawi (Lanny lamentation). This research is qualitative because it only gives explanations about a problem in the form of words, not numbers. The writer found a structural pattern in the lendawi structure. Pattern (1) for men: silent trigger (inhale) + men starting pattern (2) for women: silent trigger (inhale) + women starting. Occasion: (1) to mourn the death of twenty-one people; (2) to welcome the new family who has just returned from a foreign land; (3) to release the family member to go overseas; (4) to release a girl to marry and follow her husband; (5) to remember a family member who has died; (6) to thank people for offering; (7) to mourn for a person who looks similar to a family member (dead or alive); and (8) to think about hard work in the garden that used to be shared with other family members (either dead or alive but living in some other place). Types of stanzas range from 3 lines (triplet) up to 12 lines (sonnet) or more. Sociocultural values are as follows: 1. Kinship address, 2. ttract voters, visual campaign equipment is used, namely banners, billboards, social media and so on as regulated in the General Election Commission Regulation (PKPU). So that the campaign program of each legislative candidate is very important to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign equipment. Data collection was carried out by purposive sampling. The researcher conducted a validity test of the questions before distributing the questionnaire. After the data was collected, the data was analyzed quantitatively using the EPIC model analysis with 12 indicators. The questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability and scaled according to the Likert rule (1-5). Then tabulation was carried out on the respondents' answers to then be averaged and applied through the EPIC diagram. The calculation results showed that two dimensions, namely the Persuasion and Communication dimensions, got a value of 3.22 and 3.14 in the effective criteria and the next two variables, namely Empathy and Impact, got a value of 3.48 and 3.47 in the effective criteria. Of the various indicators, the question with the lowest value was about the legislative candidate's promise with a score of 3.01, considering that political promises are the most vulnerable things to prospective voters and influence the next election.

to analyze the judge's considerations, the legal force of certificates and deeds in bank mortgages, and legal protection for mortgage holders. This study is a normative legal study. Data were collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the judge annulled the gift because it did not meet the legal requirements according to Islamic law and the Compilation of Islamic Law. The decision has implications for the cancellation of all related documents, including the certificate of ownership, the deed of granting mortgage rights, and the credit agreement, so that they no longer have legal force as debt collateral. Legal protection of creditors due to cancellation of grants according to Article 11131 of the Civil Code, even though the collateral guarantee is cancelled, the creditor still has legal protection through general guarantees, namely that all of the debtor's assets can be used as objects of debt fulfillment and the creditor can request seizure of collateral and the application of the principle of good faith of the bank that has acted according to the procedure for granting credit. It is expected that judges will prioritize the principles of justice, proportionality, the principle of good faith, and substantive justice in banking and financing practices in Indonesia.

As happened between Baniyamin as the buyer and the late Muhammad Husen as the seller in the binding of the shophouse sale and purchase agreement, there was a default due to the seller not delivering the object of sale and purchase, the buyer had fully paid the price of the shophouse but did not get his rights so that the buyer was disadvantaged in the sale and purchase agreement. The results showed that the buyer made several efforts to obtain his compensation rights for defaults made by the heirs starting from family settlements, giving warning letters twice but there was still no response, and filing a default lawsuit to the Court. The heirs' responsibility for the testator's debt initially planned to pay Rp. 50,000,000. This amount is insufficient from the total loss suffered by the buyer, so that at the time of mediation in the Court the buyer gave the option to the heirs to be able to make payments in stages with a minimum of paying half of the total loss suffered, but the heirs were not able to do so.

This study aims to determine the fat content of mangrove snails from two different locations, namely in the mangrove forest waters of Negeri Luhu and the mangrove forest waters of Waai Village. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the object of research being the fat content of mangrove snails. This research was conducted at the Basic Chemistry Laboratory of Pattimura University, Ambon, which was carried out starting on October 14, 2020. Data collection was obtained from the results of the analysis of the fat content of mangrove snails using the soxhlet method. The results of the study showed that from six samples of mangrove snails obtained from two different locations, it was known that the mangrove snail samples in Negeri Luhu had a higher fat content with an average value of 4.5448% compared to the mangrove snail samples in Waai Village which had an average value of 3.3649 %.

Objective: To determine the process of nursing care for schizophrenic patients with sensory perception disorders, auditory hallucinations, using rebuke technique intervention. Method: Using descriptive research with a nursing care approach. Results: The results of the study showed that the signs of hallucinations decreased after the rebuke was carried out. Conclusion: Nursing care was successful and the rebuke technique was able to reduce the frequency of hallucinations.
