Employing a literature review methodology, the research analyzed data from previous studies, uncovering that mental disorders elevate the risk of cardiovascular diseases through oxidative stress and systemic inflammation mechanisms. The link between stress and glycemic dysregulation in type 2 diabetes highlights a trend towards increased insulin resistance. Depression, closely associated with obesity, is often exacerbated by unhealthy eating habits used as coping mechanisms. Chronic stress-induced immune system disorders result in decreased immune responses, while respiratory issues such as asthma are intensified by increased anxiety. Skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema frequently worsen due to psychological stress. In digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, stress contributes to more severe symptoms, and osteoporosis is similarly affected by chronic stress impacting bone metabolism. These findings affirm the critical importance of routine mental health screenings and the integration of effective public health interventions in overall health management, as exemplified by the Rehab Hati Foundation. Public health programs that enhance mental health can aid in preventing and managing physical illnesses, improving life quality, and reducing overall health burdens. The conclusion highlights the essential role of effective mental health management as both a preventive and therapeutic strategy.

at SMK Pekanbaru City. This study is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The sample in this study was 20 Physical Education teachers, both male and female teachers spread across 10 Mitra SMKs. The research instrument was a research questionnaire consisting of 40 statements. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis which was expressed in the form of a percentage. The results of the study indicate that the Perception of Physical Education Teachers on the Performance of Students of the Introduction to School Fields (PLP) Department of Sports Education, University of Riau in 2023: Case Study at SMK Pekanbaru City is included in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 50%, namely the majority of Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions were 10 people. In the good and less categories with the same percentage of 25% or 5 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions. Meanwhile, the results of the categories of each indicator include pedagogical competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 60% or 12 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, social competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 75% or 15 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, personality competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 65% or 13 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, and professional competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 70% or 14 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions. such as the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), advocates, and the press in Padang City in the aspect of social geography studies. The methods used in this research are observation and literature study. Observations were conducted to identify the location of government offices, law firms, and press offices, while literature studies used secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) report and thematic maps. The results show that the civil servant profession is concentrated in the centre of government to support the efficiency of public services, particularly in West Padang and East Padang. Advocate firms are located around economic centres and courts, which facilitate access for people who need legal services. Meanwhile, the press profession is concentrated in the city centre to support fast and efficient information distribution. The distribution of these professions is influenced by accessibility, population concentration, and the socio-economic needs of the community. The findings provide an overview of how geographical factors play an important role in the distribution of professions in Padang City. It is hoped that this research can serve as a reference for more strategic development planning and human resource management in the future.

The impact of these violations not only harms the image of the notary profession, but also has the potential to reduce public trust in legal institutions as a whole.This research adopts a normative-juridical method, which involves literature study and analysis of secondary data. Data that includes secondary sources such as statutory regulations, scientific journals, research results, and so on is an important reference in understanding the authority of Article 67 paragraph (1) of the Law on the Position of Notaries (UUJN) which states that supervision of notaries is carried out by the Minister. In carrying out this supervision, the Minister formed a Notary Supervisory Council which is tasked with ensuring notary compliance with applicable regulations. Supervising notaries is a Supervisory Council created by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. This institution consists of the Regional Supervisory Council (MPD), Regional Supervisory Council (MPW), and Central Supervisory Council (MPP).According to I Gede A.B. Wiranata, there are eight factors that can influence the decline in morality in the legal profession. These factors include profession, business orientation in carrying out the profession, lack of social awareness and care, stagnation in the justice system, influence of position, consumer lifestyle, weak faith, and the influence of family characteristics. If a notary is involved in violations such as falsifying client data, making deeds that favor one party, or providing false information to clients, this can threaten his career. The client has the right to report the action to the Honorary Council to provide sanctions to the notary in accordance with the applicable code of ethics. Apart from that, clients can also report these actions to the police, which could potentially result in criminal legal consequences for the notary concerned. Therefore, notaries are obliged to carry out their duties based on a professional code of ethics.In general, the position of a notary is regulated in Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notaries, which has been updated through Law Number 2 of 2014, and based on the guidelines contained in the Notary Code of Ethics prepared by the Indonesian Notary Association (INI) in 2005 and updated in 2015.

In this paper, we discuss the importance of ethics in mediation, the challenges faced, and the vital role of advocates in ensuring fair and effective dispute resolution. By paying attention to ethics in mediation, it is hoped that the dispute resolution process can take place more transparently, efficiently and fairly for all parties involved.

This atmosphere allowed all the students to express their opinions without hesitation. Sebuah studi kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif adalah teknik analisis yang dipilih. Empat puluh orang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini sebagai bagian dari metode total sampling. Dari hasil penelitian, terlihat bahwa 28 pasien, atau 70% dari total pasien, termasuk dalam kelompok usia 19-45 tahun. Mayoritas pasien berjenis kelamin perempuan yaitu sebanyak 27 (67,5%) pasien. Berdasarkan jenis pembedahan mayorits bedah umum sebanyak 22 (55%) pasien. Bredasarkan durasi pemebedahan mayoritas < 1 jam sebesar 22 (55%) pasien. Dan berdasarkan status fisik ASA mayoritas 24 (60%) pasien semua dari jumlah responden 40 pasien.Berdasarkan tingkat MAP dapat diketahui bahwa mayoritas pasien pada general anestesi TIVA mengalami tingkat MAP mayoritas nilai maximum 120 terdapat responden 8 (20%) repondendengan persentase sebesar 100%. Berdasarkan spinal anestesi tingkat MAP mayoritas nilai rata-rata 85,83 terdapat responden 15 (37,5%) dengan menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pasien dengan pembiusan general anestesi dan spinal anestesi tidak mengalami perubahan MAP atau perubahan hemodinamik yang segnifikan di rumah sakit dedy jaya. Tingkat Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) berdasarkan sebelum dilakukan pembiusan dan sesuadah pembiusan Sebelum dilakukan pembiusan Variabel MAP dari reponden 40 didapatkan nilai standar deviasi 13,190 lebih kecil dari pada mean yaitu 87.65 artinya sebaran data semakin mendekatin nilai mean. After obtaining the data from the downloaded videos, the theories of Poplack (1980), Gumperz (1982), and Myers-Scotton (1998) were used to analyze the data. The discoveries uncovered that the three sorts of code-switching, the intra-sentential code-switching, the between sentential code-switching and the extra-sentential code-switching existed. The intra-sentential code-switching, which is thought to be the more complex of the three, was used the most frequently in verbal communication. Quote marking, addressee specification, interjections, reiteration, message qualification, personalization versus objectivization, topic switch, affective function, expressive, phatic, metalinguist, and directive were also identified as twelve functions of code-switching. Predominant was the reiteration function. In the meantime, the social triggers of code-switching were identified as the sequence unmarked choice maxim and the deference choice maxim.
