Abstract: This study aims to analyze the implementation of the entity concept in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the marine capture fisheries sector, focusing on Mr. Niko’s fishing business in Lemito Village, Pohuwato… uwato Regency. The entity concept, which emphasizes the separation between business and personal finances, is essential in producing reliable financial information and ensuring business sustainability. However, in practice, many small-scale fishermen still combine business and household finances, leading to difficulties in assessing financial performance. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach to examine existing financial practices and evaluate the application of accounting principles based on the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of financial transactions. The results indicate that prior to the intervention, the business applied a simple and manual recording system without structured financial statements and without implementing the entity concept. After applying SAK EMKM-based financial reporting, including the preparation of income statements and statements of financial position, the financial condition of the business became more transparent and measurable. The business recorded a net profit of IDR 11,449,235 and showed a balanced financial position. Furthermore, the implementation of the entity concept improved financial control, enabled accurate profit measurement, supported asset management planning, and increased credibility with external stakeholders. In conclusion, the application of the entity concept and standardized financial reporting significantly enhances financial management practices and contributes to the sustainability of MSMEs in the fisheries sector.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze consumer segmentation in the traditional culinary business of a Madurese duck rice and fried chicken restaurant in Konawe Regency. Authentic taste, affordable prices, and fast service are the main factors attracting customers. Geographic segmentation indicates potential for expansion due to the increase in out-of-town visitors on weekends. Demographic and psychographic segmentation indicate that customers have a high interest in traditional, spicy dishes. Behavioral segmentation indicates the presence of loyal customers and repeat purchasing patterns. These findings provide important recommendations for businesses to develop more effective marketing strategies tailored to the characteristics of their target market.

Permatasari, Brigita Berlian, Erman, Erman
Abstract: The low level of students’ scientific literacy indicates the need for learning approaches that can train scientific thinking process through inquiry activities. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of Guided Inquiry… quiry Interactive Reinforcement learning with Guided Inquiry learning without Interactive Reinforcement on the topic of global warming in improving junior high school students’ scientific literacy. This research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design conducted at a public junior high school in Sidoarjo Regency. This research subjects were students of class IX F as the experimental class and class IX B as the control class. Data were collected through scientific literacy test instrument, learning implementation observation sheets, and student response questionnaires. The test data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test, effect size calculation, and N-Gain, while the data from the observation of learning implementation and student response questionnaires were analyzed descriptively using quantitative methods. The results showed that there was a significant difference in scientific literacy between the experimental class and the control class with an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of <0,001. The effect size calculation obtained a value of , categorized as a large effect, indicating a very strong influence. The improvement in scientific literacy in the experimental class was higher with an average N-Gain of 0,927 (high category) compared to the control class with 0,783 (high category). The level of scientific literacy also increased from level 2 in the pretest to level 6 in the experimental class and level 5 in the control class in the posttest. These results were supported by the implementation of learning in both classes, which was categorized as very good, and student responses that showed very good criteria with a higher percentage in the experimental class. Based on these findings, the Guided Inquiry Interactive Reinforcement learning model is proven to be more effective in improving junior high school students’ scientific literacy. This learning model is recommended to be applied to science topics that have contextual characteristics in order to enhance students’ scientific literacy.
