Sugiarto, Eko, Makiya , Kiki Rizki, Irawati , Novi
Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explain the eco-religious tourism model in the Turgo-Merapi Tourism Village area which is part of the Gunung Merapi National Park (GMNP) in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative… tive method to explore the implementation of ecotourism and religious tourism concepts in the Turgo-Merapi Tourism Village area. The data collected are primary and secondary. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews, secondary data were collected through document studies. The results of the study indicate that eco-religious tourism based on saujana is a model that is considered to be able to link tourism developments planned in local government policy (ecotourism) and developments occurring in the field (religious tourism) as well as accommodating the economic and conservation interests. Eco-religious tourism based on saujana model provides a broad idea that not only has a positive impact on environmental conservation, but also strengthens the social, cultural, and spiritual aspects of communities in areas that still practice religious values. This research is still limited to the southern side of GMNP which is located in Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Further research is needed with the same theme in Magelang Regency, Boyolali Regency, and Klaten Regency so that it can complete the results of this study.

Stiawati, Titi, Apriyani , Nurul, Maisaroh, Ima, Framanik, Naniek Afrilla
Abstract: Stunting remains a major public health issue hindering the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 2 (Zero Hunger) and Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-Being). Previous studies have mostly… focused on nutrition and health aspects, while this research addresses the research gap by analyzing policy strategies based on cross-sectoral collaboration at the village level. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze stunting mitigation policy strategies within the framework of achieving the SDGs in Bayumundu Village, Kaduhejo District, Pandeglang Regency. This research employs Collaborative Governance theory (Ansell & Gash, 2008) and SWOT analysis (Rangkuti, 2018) to map internal–external factors and assess the quality of multi-stakeholder collaboration. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation, with triangulation for data validation. The findings indicate that the main strengths of the strategy are community awareness campaigns and available health infrastructure, while the greatest opportunity comes from national policy and government support. However, weaknesses such as limited community understanding and threats such as socio-economic inequality remain significant challenges. The study concludes that the success of stunting mitigation strategies is strongly determined by actor synergy, facilitative leadership at the village level, and the utilization of national policy opportunities. It recommends strengthening collaborative institutional design and leveraging health technologies to ensure program sustainability

ANALYSIS OF RISK FACTORS FOR HYPERTENSION IN BONTO TALLASA VILLAGE, ULUERE DISTRICT, BANTAENG REGENCY

Herdina, Azis, Rahmawati, Amiruddin, Fitriyah
Abstract: This study aimed to identify risk factors associated with hypertension in Bonto Tallasa Village, Uluere Subdistrict, Bantaeng Regency, in 2025. The research examined three factors: family history, excessive sodium intake,… , and stress. A quantitative case–control design was applied to 60 respondents (30 cases and 30 controls) selected through purposive sampling. The results showed that individuals with a family history of hypertension were about 26 times more likely to develop hypertension than those without such a history, indicating a strong and significant association. Excessive sodium intake increased the risk approximately 3.5 times and was statistically significant. Stress was associated with nearly double the risk, but this association was not statistically significant, possibly due to individual differences in coping mechanisms and measurement limitations of subjective stress levels. This suggests that stress may influence hypertension indirectly through behavioral or physiological pathways. In conclusion, family history and excessive sodium intake are significant predictors of hypertension, while stress contributes to an elevated yet statistically nonsignificant risk. Preventive strategies should emphasize sodium reduction, regular blood pressure monitoring, and effective stress management in daily life.

Saifuloh, Sofyan, Fida Dyah Puspasari, Priyatin Sulistyowati, Eko Julianto
Abstract: Background: Gout arthritis is a degenerative disease commonly experienced by the elderly due to elevated uric acid levels in the blood. One safe non-pharmacological treatment alternative is the use of herbal remedies such… h as soursop leaves (Annona muricata L), which contain active compounds like flavonoids and alkaloids that may reduce uric acid levels. Objective: To describe the effect of boiled soursop leaf water on reducing uric acid levels in elderly patients with gout arthritis in Karangjambu Village, Karangjambu Subdistrict, Purbalingga Regency. Method: This study employed a case study method. Subjects were given an intervention of 200 ml of boiled soursop leaf water daily (100 ml in the morning and 100 ml in the evening) for seven consecutive days. Uric acid levels were measured before and after the intervention. Results: After seven days of soursop leaf water administration, uric acid levels decreased from an average of 8.7–9.0 mg/dl to 5.5–5.8 mg/dl. This suggests that the active compounds in soursop leaves are effective in inhibiting xanthine oxidase and promoting uric acid excretion through urine. Conclusion: Boiled soursop leaf water is effective in lowering uric acid levels in elderly patients with gout arthritis and can serve as a safe and practical complementary non-pharmacological therapy within the community.

Sunesni, Sunesni, Radhia, Mekar Zenni, Furwasyih, Dian
Abstract: Home birth selection is a complex decision influenced by various factors. This study aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge and antenatal care (ANC) visits with the decision-making of home birth in the working… king area of Mapaddegat Public Health Center, Mentawai Islands Regency. This research was a descriptive analytic study with a case-control design, conducted from February to May 2025, involving mothers who gave birth and were recorded in the maternal cohort data from January 2023 to December 2024. A systematic random sampling technique was applied, consisting of 21 respondents in the case group and 42 respondents in the control group. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi-square statistical test. The univariate results showed that 74.6% had high knowledge, and 57.2% had more than four ANC visits. The bivariate analysis revealed a significant relationship between knowledge (p = 0.011; OR = 5.455) and the number of ANC visits (p = 0.015; OR = 4.462) with the decision to give birth at home. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and the number of ANC visits with home birth decision-making. It is recommended for the Mapaddegat Public Health Center staff to strengthen health promotion regarding delivery in health facilities and develop innovations to increase the coverage of facility-based deliveries.
