Laila Juariyah, Bambang Sucipto
Abstract: Abstract The rapid growth of the Muslim fashion industry in Indonesia has intensified competition among Muslim fashion brands, particularly in the hijab segment. This intense competition requires companies to maintain high… high product quality and implement effective promotional strategies to create consumer satisfaction. Rabbani, as one of Indonesia’s national Muslim fashion brands, faces challenges related to declining consumer perceptions of product quality and promotional effectiveness, which have an impact on consumer satisfaction, especially in Rancaekek District, Bandung Regency. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of product quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction among Rabbani hijab users in Rancaekek District, Bandung Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This research employs a quantitative approach using descriptive and verificative methods. The population of this study consists of consumers who use Rabbani hijabs in Rancaekek District, with a sample of 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires developed based on indicators of product quality, promotion, and consumer satisfaction. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis to describe the condition of each variable and multiple linear regression analysis to test the influence of product quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction. The analysis was also supported by classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis testing through partial tests (t-test) and simultaneous tests (F-test). The results of the study indicate that product quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Good product quality and attractive, well-targeted promotional strategies are able to enhance consumer satisfaction with Rabbani products. Therefore, it is recommended that Rabbani place greater emphasis on maintaining consistent product quality and optimizing promotional strategies to improve consumer satisfaction and loyalty amid increasingly competitive conditions in the Muslim fashion industry.

Rama, Putu Nina Madiawati, Arry Widodo
Abstract: The increasing popularity of slow bar coffee shops in Indonesia reflects a shift in consumer preferences towards more personalized, immersive, and educational coffee experiences. This study aims to examine the effect of… Experience Value, consisting of Customer Return on Investment (CROI), Service Excellence, Aesthetics, and Enjoyment, on Brand Love and Customer Loyalty through the mediating role of Customer Satisfaction among customers of Lajeng Coffee Shop in Bandung. The results show that Experience Value has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (β = 0.721; p < 0.001). Customer Satisfaction acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between Experience Value and Brand Love and Customer Loyalty. Furthermore, the effect of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty (β = 0.462; p < 0.001) is stronger than its effect on Brand Love (β = 0.441; p < 0.001), indicating that satisfaction is more easily translated into loyal behavior than into emotional attachment. These findings extend customer experience research in the slow bar context and offer practical guidance for managers to prioritize experience investments that strengthen loyalty and brand love.

Robi Latansa, Putu Nina Madiawati, Mahir Pradana
Abstract: This study investigates how Word of Mouth, service quality, and brand image influence B2B customer loyalty at As-Syifaa Pharmacy in Majalengka, with customer satisfaction acting as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach… proach was applied using the SEM-PLS method, drawing on data from 300 purposively selected customers. The analysis included measurement of validity and reliability, followed by structural model testing to identify both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The findings reveal that Word of Mouth, service quality, and brand image each play a meaningful role in enhancing customer satisfaction, which in turn becomes the strongest predictor of customer loyalty. Satisfaction was also found to mediate the effects of the three antecedent variables, either fully or partially, highlighting its central role in shaping long-term business relationships. These results indicate that building B2B customer loyalty requires more than consistent operational performance; it also depends on maintaining a credible brand reputation and fostering positive relational communication within the business network. Based on these insights, the study recommends strengthening service standards, reinforcing brand consistency, and managing interpersonal communication to support sustainable loyalty among B2B partners.
