HUMAN RESOURCE ASPECTS IN MARKETING EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of human resources (HR) in marketing educational services, with a focus on the competence, motivation, and professionalism of educators and administrative staff. The research method used… ed is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies at several educational institutions. The formulation of the research problem includes: (1) how HR competency influences the effectiveness of marketing educational services, (2) the influence of HR motivation and job satisfaction on service quality, and (3) the role of HR integration in educational marketing strategies. The results of the study indicate that HR has a strategic role in shaping the image and quality of educational services; HR competency and training improve marketing and service capabilities; HR satisfaction and motivation influence the quality of interactions with students and parents; and HR integration in marketing strategies is a key factor in the success of institutional promotion and branding. In conclusion, the success of marketing educational services is highly dependent on HR management and development, so educational institutions need to pay special attention to improving the quality, competence, and professionalism of HR to support competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

Abstract: This research aims to understand the influence of Sales Promotion, Utilitarian, Self-Esteem, and Hedonic Motive on Purchase Decisions with Impulse Buying and Behavior Intention as intervening variables in Shopee. The research… earch method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach using a Likert scale. Using the SEM data analysis method. The population of this study is Shopee application users in Indonesia, especially generation Z (1997-2012), with 285 respondents taken using non-probability sampling techniques. The research results show that Sales Promotion, Utilitarian, Self-Esteem, and Hedonic Motive have a positive effect on Purchase Decision. Apart from that, Sales Promotion also has a positive effect on Impulse Buying and Behavior Intention. The implication of this research is that companies can utilize the Self-Esteem motive to improve purchasing decisions. Personalized product recommendations and price offers that match consumer preferences can be implemented to increase consumer satisfaction and trust. Implementing algorithms can help companies provide better shopping experiences, improve purchasing decisions, and strengthen consumer behavioral intentions

ANALYSIS OF CUSTOMER RETENTION STRATEGIES FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED FRIED CHICKEN BUSINESSES IN JAKARTA: THE MEDIATING ROLE OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BASED ON PRODUCT QUALITY, SERVICE

Abstract: The height competition in the sector business Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) fried chicken in Jakarta demands perpetrator business for improve retention strategies customers, one of them through increased purchase… rchase interest repeat. Research This aim analyze influence quality products, service quality, and systems payment on purchase interest repeat, with satisfaction customer as intervening variables. Research quantitative this use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with sample of 100-150 respondents MSMEs fried chicken customers in Jakarta. Test results hypothesis show that satisfaction customer own significant and positive influence​ on purchase interest repeat. Next, quality products and systems payment proven in a way direct influential positive and significant to satisfaction customers. Meanwhile that, variable quality products, service quality, and systems payment no show influence significant direct​ on purchase interest repeat. Findings this indicates that satisfaction customer play a role important as variables mediation. Strategy to increase purchase interest repeat must focused on efforts reach customer satisfaction. this is can achieved with maintain quality superior products (especially​ consistency of taste and texture), provides quality good service, as well as ensure system efficient and diverse payments. With​ thus, satisfaction customer is key main bridging​ influence quality products, service quality, and systems payment on purchase interest repeat to MSMEs fried chicken customers in Jakarta.

STRATEGY OF STRENGTHENING SPIRITUAL QUALITY INCUPPING AND RUQYAH SERVICES TOWARDS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: A QUALITATIVE STUDY AT THE BEKAM RUQYAH CENTER SOREANG BRANCH

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the application of spiritual quality in cupping and ruqyah services and identify strategies for improving spiritual quality implemented at the Soreang Branch of the Bekam Ruqyah Center. The problems… blems identified were customer dissatisfaction related to limited service space and a less than optimal religious atmosphere that affected comfort during therapy. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. While data validity was strengthened by triangulation of sources, methods, and theories with the help of NVivo 12 software and supplemented with a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the implementation of spiritual quality improvement was carried out by the presence of Islamic values, maintaining cleanliness, reciting prayers, and the therapist's empathetic attitude were important factors in fostering a sense of calm and comfort in customers. Implementing strategies for improving spiritual quality through therapist training, implementing SOPs based on Islamic law, and creating a supportive spiritual environment. However, limited service facilities and infrastructure still need to be addressed for improvement. Therefore, this study as a whole confirms that service quality that connects spiritual and physical aspects holistically contributes significantly to customer satisfaction.

PICTURE OF PERINEAL WOUND HEALING IN Mrs. I POST PARTUM BY GIVING BETEL LEAF BOILED WATER IN KAJONGAN VILLAGE, PURBALINGGA

Abstract: Background: Healing perineal wounds in postpartum mothers is an essential aspect of recovery after childbirth. These wounds can cause discomfort and potentially disrupt daily activities as well as the mental health of the… e mother. The presence of perineal wounds may lead to infection; Therefore, wound care is necessary to reduce the risk of infection and accelerate the healing process. Betel leaves are known for their antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties that can support the healing process. Objective: This study aims to describe the healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers with the administration of betel leaf decoction. Method: This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Results: After implementing perineal care using betel leaf decoction, which was applied regularly in the morning and evening after bathing for 5 days, there was a noticeable acceleration in the healing process of the wounds and an increase in maternal satisfaction regarding wound care. Conclusion: Wound care for perineal injuries using betel leaf decoction is effective for healing perineal wounds in postpartum mothers .  

THE INFLUENCE OF JOB SATISFACTION AND WORK MOTIVATION ON ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AT THE PNM PALOPO BRANCH OFFICE

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional pada karyawan Kantor PNM Cabang Palopo. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik total… sampling sebanyak 45 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 64,8% menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen mampu menjelaskan sebagian besar variasi komitmen organisasional. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kepuasan dan motivasi kerja dalam memperkuat loyalitas karyawan

THE INFLUENCE OF EVENT EXPERIENCE ON EVENT SATISFACTION, POST-EVENT ATTITUDE & EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY (STUDY ON PT XYZ CULTURE FEST EVENT)

Abstract: Corporate culture plays an important role in shaping employee engagement and productivity. PT XYZ held Culture Fest as a form of internalizing cultural values to all employees. This study aims to analyze the effect of experience… perience during the event on satisfaction, post-event attitudes, and employee productivity. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 100 PT XYZ employees who participated in Culture Fest 2024. Data were collected through a Likert scale-based questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed that experience during the event had a significant effect on satisfaction and post-event attitudes. In addition, satisfaction with the event also had a positive effect on post-event attitudes, and these attitudes had a significant effect on employee productivity. This research confirms the importance of designing meaningful and relevant internal events as a strategic means to improve employee commitment and performance through strengthening organizational culture.

ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIONSHIP OF THE WORK ENVIRONMENT AND JOB SATISFACTION OF NURSES IN REGIONAL HOSPITALS

Abstract: A healthy and safe environment is essential, because a healthy and secure environment can make a person work quietly, and the results of work are expected to meet the established standards. Job satisfaction is one of the… factors that influences the working environment. This research aims to determine the relationship between the work environment and the job satisfaction of nurses in regional general hospitals in Bogor City. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents. The sampling technique for this research uses saturated sampling. The analysis technique for this research is descriptive analysis, correlation coefficients (Rank Spearman), coefficient of determination r2, and correlation coefficient hypothesis. This research shows a strong relationship between work environment and job satisfaction based on the results of the Rank Spearman correlation coefficient of 0,759 and from the results of the coefficient of determination is it known that work environment has a positive relationship with a value of r2 = 66,1%. Hypothesis test results in tcount>ttable (10,292>1,664), Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted

Abstract: This study analyzes the influence of brand experience, application ease of use, and perceived quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty in the PIJAR Sekolah application. The research focuses on… users from public junior high schools, vocational high schools, and senior high schools in West Bandung Regency. A quantitative method was employed using a survey distributed to students and educators. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results show that brand experience, ease of use, and perceived quality significantly influence customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction plays a critical role in driving customer loyalty. The study emphasizes the importance of enhancing user interaction, simplifying application navigation, and ensuring content quality to boost satisfaction and long-term usage. These findings offer insights for educational technology developers to improve digital learning platforms and foster user loyalty through an optimized experience.  

FACTORS INFLUENCING TOURISTS’ PERCEPTIONS AT MILKINDO AGROTOURISM, KEPANJEN, MALANG REGENCY

Abstract: Milkindo Agrotourism, located in Malang Regency, was an educational tourism destination that combined modern livestock and agricultural activities. This study examined the influence of attraction, accessibility, amenity,… and ancillary factors on visitor perceptions. Data were collected in February 2025 through questionnaires distributed to 100 visitors. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumption tests were performed to ensure the appropriateness of multiple linear regression analysis. The results revealed that visitors rated the clarity of registration information and memorable experiences the highest. Regression analysis showed that attraction significantly negatively affected visitor perception, while accessibility, amenity, and ancillary factors had significant positive effects. This indicated that enhancing accessibility, amenity, and ancillary improved visitor satisfaction, whereas increasing attraction elements unexpectedly lowered visitor perception. In conclusion, effective management of attraction, accessibility, amenity, and ancillary was essential to foster positive visitor perceptions and enhance the competitiveness of Milkindo Agrotourism as a leading educational tourism destination. The study recommended continuous innovation and improvement to support sustainable development in education-based agrotourism.
