a fun and relaxed tourist village for both domestic and foreign tourists. However, the people of Tanjung Jaya Village do not yet understand the basics of hospitality and tourism in implementing homestays. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide an understanding of Basic Knowledge related to the development of Community Based Tourism-based Tourism Villages in homestay management and Homestay Management and Service Systems. The method used here is in the form of training, while the stages start from preparation, implementation, and evaluation in the form of feedback from participants. The results of the questionnaire from the Educative category (Useful Community Service Activities and answering Participants' needs) averaged 81%, Objective (Material delivered according to conditions and problems faced by participants) averaged 86% Accountable (Material delivered clearly and understandable by the participants) the average is 82%, Transparent (Participants are actively involved in the implementation of activities) the average is 87%.

Desa Tanjung Jaya, dikelilingi oleh pantai dan perbukitan yang indah, merupakan pilihan desa wisata yang menyenangkan dan santai bagi wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara. Namun masyarakat Desa Tanjung Jaya belum memahaminya dasar-dasar hospitality dan pariwisata dalam pelaksanaan homestay. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman Pengetahuan Dasar terkait pengembangan Desa Wisata berbasis Community Based Tourism dalam pengelolaan homestay dan Sistem Pelayanan dan Manajemen Homestay. Metode yang digunakan disini adalah dalam bentuk pelatihan, adapaun tahapannya dimulai dari persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi berupa uman balik dari peserta. Abstrak: Dalam sebuah organisasi sistem informasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang cepat, tepat dalam penyajiannya, data yang ditampilkan dapat real dan akurat. Dalam sebuah pemungutan suara umumnya dilakukan secara manual, baik dalam ruang lingkup terkecil maupun terbesar. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut dengan pemanfaatan teknologi yang sudah berkembang pesat saat ini, proses pemilihan Ketua OSIS yang biasanya dilakukan secara manual kini bisa dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan electronic voting, dengan adanya e-voting diharapkan siswa dapat mengakses dan memilih calon ketua OSIS dimanapun tanpa harus datang langsung ke tempat pemungutan suara yang biasanya para siswa dikumpulkan dalam suatu tempat seperti sebelumnya. Dalam pemgembangan sistem e-voting berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dengan proses analisa kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, design dan testing sistem e-voting akan mempermudah proses pemungutan suara dan e-voting dapat menjaga keamanan data dari manipulasi pihak lain. Metode dalam penyuluhan berupa dipusi iptek, dengan tahapan sisialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi e-voting. This application is made using the PHP programming language which produces applications that can be accessed from anywhere and anytime, making it easier for users. Abstrak: Seluruh bidang pekerjaan sudah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dikarenakan pengolahan data yang cepat dan baik menghasilkan hasil yang baik juga sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi sebagai bentuk transparansi kegiatan masjid Al-Ikhlas dalam peningkatan kualitas kinerja BKM dengan memanfaatkan website sebagai media informasi merupakan bentuk kepedulian dan bentuk kinerja yang baik yang nantinya pihak masyarakat kelurahan Kisaran Naga dapat mengakses informasi yang up to date. Selain itu BKM Al-Ikhlas setiap tahunnya melakukan penerimaan zakat sebagai salah satu kegiatan rutin yang sangat membutuhkan data yang akurat dan mutakhir, sehingga tidak ada kesalahan dalam penyaluran zakat kepada yang mustahaq. Namun dikarenakan tidak adanya sistem yang dapat menampung data tersebut menjadi masalah setiap tahunnya. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang ada. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP yang menghasilkan aplikasi yang dapat diakses dari manapun dan kapanpun sehingga memudahkan pengguna. Aplikasi E-Masjid juga merupakan aplikasi yang dapat mengelola informasi kas masjid, dan pembayaran zakat yang memudahkan masyarakat lingkungan kelurahan Kisaran Naga dan BKM Al-Ikhlas dalam mengelola transaksi zakat yang baik.

that arose was the suspicion of injustice for the villagers who received BLT. There is a need for a transparent system to inform the criteria for BLT recipients. The more criteria for poor and vulnerable families that were met, the priority for BLT village fund recipients. BLT priority assessment based on the aspect of the criteria that apply by law is implemented using PhpMyadmin. The development of a web-based information system made it easier to inform villagers of the names of BLT priority recipients based on the reasons that had been collected and then ranked. The resulting system helps employees of the Pagar Jati Village office to inform BLT recipients in a technological system built with the water fall method including data collection, problem analysis, design, testing and system evaluation.

Abstrak: Pendemi mengakibatkan perekonomian menurun drastis, bahkan banyak warga yang kehilangan sumber mata pencaharian. Pemerintah secara langsung mengucurkan dana dalam bentuk Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT). Permasalahan yang timbul yaitu kecurigaan adanya ketidakadilan bagi warga desa penerima BLT. Perlu adanya sistem yang transparan menginformasikan kriteria penerima BLT. Semakin banyak kriteria keluarga miskin dan rentan yang dipenuhi, menjadi prioritas penerima BLT dana desa. Penilaian prioritas BLT berdasarkan aspek kriteria yang berlaku secara undang-undang diimplementasikan menggunakan PhpMyadmin. Pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web mempermudah menginformasikan pada warga desa nama-nama penerima prioritas BLT berdasarkan alasan-alasan yang sudah dikumpulkan lalu diranking. Sistem yang dihasilkan membantu pegawai kantor Desa Pagar Jati menginformasikan penerima BLT secara sistem teknologi yang dibangun dengan metode water fall meliputi pengumpulan data, analisa permasalahan, perancangan, pengujian dan evaluasi sistem.

Abstrak: Toko Zuma menghadapi kendala dalam optimalisasi manajemen hubungan pelanggan dan pencatatan transaksi karena masih menggunakan sistem manual konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) digital sebagai solusi integratif untuk pengelolaan basis data dan transaksi secara terpusat. Metode perancangan meliputi analisis kebutuhan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), desain antarmuka, dan validasi fungsional melalui Black-box Testing. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 100% pada seluruh modul utama. Platform ini dilengkapi fitur Point Reward, manajemen transaksi otomatis, dan media interaksi live chat. Implementasi sistem ini memungkinkan strategi promosi personal berdasarkan data akurat untuk meningkatkan retensi pelanggan. Simpulannya, sistem E-CRM digital berhasil mengotomatisasi proses bisnis dan menjadi instrumen strategis dalam manajemen hubungan pelanggan yang transparan dan terukur.

ssion in this study aims to optimize the selection process for candidates for Student Council President at SMP Negeri 11 Tanjung Balai through the implementation of a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method. The MOORA method is used to normalize values, weight criteria, and calculate optimization values to produce the best alternative ranking. Data were obtained through observation, interviews with school officials, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the MOORA method is able to provide objective and transparent ranking results, where M. Asril Sitorus Pane obtained the highest score of 0.347 (Rank 1), followed by M. Rian with a score of 0.333 (Rank 2). The implementation of this system is expected to be able to provide recommendations for the best candidates regularly and accurately, so that it can support fairer and more accountable decision-making in the next Student Council President election.

Abstrak: Pemilihan Ketua OSIS merupakan proses penting dalam membangun budaya kepemimpinan yang demokratis, bertanggung jawab dan berintegritas di lingkungan sekolah. Selain itu, melalui pokok pembahasan pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengoptimalkan proses seleksi calon Ketua OSIS di SMP Negeri 11 Tanjung Balai melalui penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berbasis metode MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis). Metode MOORA digunakan agar dapat melakukan normalisasi nilai, pembobotan kriteria serta perhitungan nilai optimasi guna menghasilkan peringkat alternatif terbaik. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dengan pihak sekolah serta dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode MOORA mampu memberikan hasil peringkat yang objektif dan transparan, yang dimana M. Asril Sitorus Pane memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 0,347 (Peringkat 1), diikuti oleh M. Rian dengan nilai 0,333 (Peringkat 2). Penerapan sistem ini diharapkan mampu memberikan rekomendasi kandidat terbaik secara sistematis dan akurat, sehingga dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih adil dan akuntabel dalam pemilihan Ketua OSIS selanjutnya.

from the large number of grant applicants compared to the available budget, as well as the absence of clear and objective evaluation standards. The ANP method was chosen because it allows the interdependence between assessment criteria such as institutional feasibility, performance and achievement, social and educational impact, and accountability and transparency to be analyzed comprehensively. Data were obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation at the North Sumatra Provincial Education Office. The results of the ANP model show that the criterion with the highest weight is accountability and transparency (0.44), followed by social and educational impact (0.31). Among the three alternatives, community-based education foundations (A2) obtained the highest total weight (0.30), indicating that they are the most eligible recipients of education grants. The implementation of the ANP-based decision support system produces valid and consistent ranking results (CR < 0.1), enabling faster, fairer, and more transparent decision-making. Therefore, the ANP method contributes significantly to improving governance, objectivity, and accountability in the distribution of education grants in North Sumatra Province.

ed studies have systematically examined how increasing model depth affects performance and reliability. This study evaluates the effectiveness of progressively deeper convolutional neural networks, specifically EfficientNet variants B0 to B5, for bone age estimation from hand radiographs. Experiments were conducted using 12,611 hand X-ray images from the RSNA Pediatric Bone Age Challenge dataset on Kaggle. To ensure fair comparison, all models were trained using a unified and consistent training pipeline. Model performance was evaluated using Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), Concordance Correlation Coefficient (CCC), and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results show a consistent improvement in prediction accuracy as model depth increases. Among the evaluated models, EfficientNet-B5 achieved the best performance, with an MAE of 21.5 months, MAPE of 6.23%, CCC of 0.9148, and Pearson’s r of 0.9203. These findings confirm that model scaling plays a critical role in enhancing prediction robustness and clinical reliability. Future work should emphasize external validation across diverse populations and incorporate interpretability techniques, such as Grad-CAM, to improve clinical transparency and trust.

Abstrak: Estimasi usia tulang yang akurat sangat penting untuk memantau pertumbuhan anak, mendiagnosis gangguan endokrin, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan klinis. Meskipun pembelajaran mendalam telah meningkatkan akurasi prediksi, studi yang secara sistematis meneliti bagaimana peningkatan kedalaman model memengaruhi kinerja dan keandalan masih terbatas. Studi ini mengevaluasi efektivitas jaringan saraf konvolusional yang semakin dalam, khususnya varian EfficientNet B0 hingga B5, untuk estimasi usia tulang dari radiografi tangan. Eksperimen dilakukan menggunakan 12.611 gambar sinar-X tangan dari dataset RSNA Pediatric Bone Age Challenge di Kaggle. Untuk memastikan perbandingan yang adil, semua model dilatih menggunakan alur pelatihan yang terpadu dan konsisten. Kinerja model dievaluasi menggunakan Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), Concordance Correlation Coefficient (CCC), dan koefisien korelasi Pearson. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan yang konsisten dalam akurasi prediksi seiring dengan peningkatan kedalaman model. Di antara model yang dievaluasi, EfficientNet-B5 mencapai kinerja terbaik, dengan MAE sebesar 21,5 bulan, MAPE sebesar 6,23%, CCC sebesar 0,9148, dan Pearson’s r sebesar 0,9203. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penskalaan model memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan optimasi prediksi dan keandalan klinis. several issues, including frequent stock recording errors, difficulties in preparing financial reports, delays in identifying minimum stock levels, and the absence of structured historical data. This study aims to develop a web-based digital recording system to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in inventory management. The system was developed using the Agile (Scrum) methodology through three sprints covering the creation of login modules, stock and transaction recording, reporting, minimum-stock notifications, and interface refinement. System design was formulated using use case diagrams, flowcharts, database modeling, and interface prototypes based on the Laravel framework. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) demonstrated high user satisfaction, with 90% of respondents stating that the system is easy to use, 85% reporting faster administrative processes, and 95% acknowledging improved reporting accuracy. The system also increased recording efficiency by 66%—from 3 minutes to 1 minute per transaction—and reduced stock recording errors from 15% to 2% per month. The results indicate that implementing a web-based digital recording system significantly enhances the operational performance of SMEs.

Metode konvensional tersebut menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti tingginya kesalahan pencatatan stok, hambatan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, keterlambatan identifikasi stok minimum, serta ketiadaan rekap data historis yang terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pencatatan digital berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi manajemen persediaan. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metode Agile (Scrum) melalui tiga sprint yang mencakup pembangunan modul login, pencatatan stok, transaksi, laporan, notifikasi stok minimum, serta penyempurnaan antarmuka. Desain sistem dirumuskan menggunakan use case diagram, flowchart, perancangan database, dan prototipe antarmuka berbasis Laravel. Hasil pengujian melalui User Acceptance Test (UAT) menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan pengguna yang tinggi, yaitu 90% menilai sistem mudah digunakan, 85% merasakan percepatan proses pencatatan, dan 95% menilai laporan yang dihasilkan lebih akurat. Efisiensi waktu pencatatan meningkat sebesar 66%, dari 3 menit menjadi 1 menit per transaksi, sedangkan tingkat kesalahan pencatatan menurun dari 15% menjadi 2% per bulan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa implementasi sistem pencatatan digital berbasis web mampu meningkatkan kualitas operasional UMKM secara signifikan.

l Land Agency has initiated digitalization, but several challenges remain, particularly in ensuring transparency, efficiency, and security of land ownership data. Blockchain technology offers a potential solution through its decentralized and immutable characteristics. This study adopted a design and development method consisting of system analysis, requirements identification, architecture design, implementation, and black-box testing. The developed decentralized application (DApp) integrates smart contracts, NFTs, and IPFS to manage land certificates. Core functions such as minting, transfer, splitting, and self-custody were implemented and successfully tested, with all scenarios producing expected results. The findings demonstrate that blockchain integration can enhance security, reduce duplication, and streamline land administration. The study contributes a functional prototype with practical implications for modernizing land registration in Indonesia while identifying scalability and regulatory adaptation as areas for further research.
