Abstract: One part of public policy is education policy. A policy arises because there is a problem that requires appropriate handling, so that the policy can be used as a guide. Formulating education policy is a process of formulating… ating reforms for actions that are relevant and acceptable to common sense to resolve various problems related to education. This research uses qualitative methods and is included in the library research category. The data sources were obtained from primary books and journals related to the theme, the data analysis technique used descriptive analytical methods. The results of this research include: that the first time Islamic education was in the motherland was in line with the arrival of Islam to Indonesia. Through long dynamics there are three phases. First, during the Old Order the government slowly paid attention to Islamic education. Second, in the new order, during this period madrasas achieved equality with public schools. In the third period of reform, Islamic education in this period has developed advanced, the curriculum, then Islamic education is also paid attention to by disbursing a budget of 20% of the APBN.

Transformational leadership is a leadership concept that focuses on developing and empowering… mpowering subordinates through inspirational vision, high motivation and the establishment of interpersonal relationships. This research method uses qualitative techniques with data collection techniques through observation and interviews with village officials and village heads at the Asembagus village office. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research because it collects information about the status of an existing problem. By using qualitative descriptive, it aims to better understand the problem more deeply. The results of this study show that transformational leadership has an influence on increasing the motivation of village officials at the Asembagus village office.

EMPOWERMENT OF POOR COMMUNITIES THROUGH THE FAMILY HOPE PROGRAM (PKH) IN TELUK AMBON DISTRICT, AMBON CITY

Abstract: The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a government initiative aimed at alleviating poverty through empowering poor communities in various regions. This study aims to analyze the implementation of PKH in Teluk Ambon District,… focusing on program effectiveness, challenges faced, and the impact on beneficiaries. The research uses a qualitative case study approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that PKH implementation generally runs according to schedule and targets the right beneficiaries, despite some technical difficulties and challenges in data updating and public understanding. Coordination among stakeholders, continuous socialization, and optimal assistance are key factors for the program’s success. Moreover, PKH has significantly improved the welfare of poor families, especially in education and health sectors. However, improvements in monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and program flexibility are needed to better respond to social changes. This study recommends enhancing administrative systems and increasing the capacity of facilitators to ensure that PKH can be more effective and sustainable.

ACCURACY AND ACCEPTABILITY OF THE WELLERMAN’S FOLKSONG TRANSLATION

Abstract: An English folksong entitled The Wellerman became popular in Indonesia recently. Therefore, the accuracy and acceptability in folksong were important to be investigated. This paper reported the accuracy and acceptability… of English into Indonesian translation in a folksong entitled The Wellerman. This research applied descriptive qualitative method. In addition, this research combined with purposive sampling technique. Nababan translation quality assessment framework was used to investigate the accuracy and acceptability of the folksong. The whole The Wellerman’s lyrics consist of 28 lines which was then assessed by the raters in terms of its accuracy and acceptability. The raters were 2 translators and 1 writer. The raters were purposely chosen to conduct reliable results of the accuracy and acceptability. This study found the average score of the accuracy was 2. 35 with 198 total scores and the average score of the acceptability was 2.48 with 209 total scores. The result indicates that the translation was relatively accurate and acceptable for the raters. However, it needs further improvement to maintain the context of the source text (ST) in the target text (TT) to reach an accuracy and acceptability in The Wellerman folksong. This study implied that it is crucial to maintain the imagery, narration, and the context of folksong translation.

This research emphasizes the importance of cybersecurity in the context of digital libraries, which must comply with certain technological and regulatory standards to protect user data and guarantee privacy when accessing electronic resources. Libraries face various challenges in protecting personal data on their electronic resources. This research addresses topics such as user privacy, data encryption, access management, and compliance with privacy laws. By addressing these issues comprehensively, libraries can ensure the protection of user privacy while optimizing the benefits of digital resources in today's information environment. The October 2023 cyberattack by a hacker group known as Rhysida on the British Library's internet information system emphasizes the importance of cybersecurity and data privacy for digital libraries. This research aims to provide insights and solutions to address these challenges, ensuring digital libraries can operate securely and efficiently.

EXPLORING THE UNIQUENESS AND DISTINCTIVENESS OF TIMOR LESTE CULTURE THROUGH STORY AND NARRATIVE EXPLORATION: AN ANALYSIS OF FACTORS INFLUENCING TOURISM DESTINATION PROMOTION

The research method used is qualitative with the main source… of data coming from literature studies, mainly focusing on folklore, historical narratives, and Timor Leste's cultural richness. The introduction of the research covered the context of tourism in Timor Leste, highlighting the challenges in promoting tourism destinations and the problems faced. An in-depth literature search was then conducted to formulate the research problems, namely constraints in tourism promotion and the role of stories and narratives in the context of destination promotion. In the exploration of cultural uniqueness, the findings show that local mythology, oral traditions and community values play an important role in shaping Timor Leste's cultural identity. The analysis of factors influencing destination promotion involved an evaluation of marketing, tourism infrastructure, media, technology and sustainability aspects. The results of this study provide an in-depth insight into Timor Leste's local wisdom and tourism potential. The findings are expected to serve as a basis for the development of more effective promotional strategies, integrating cultural uniqueness in stories and narratives as a foundation for increasing the attractiveness of this tourism destination in the eyes of global travelers

This article aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of how Islamic educational philosophy can be a strong foundation for forming spiritual and intellectual intelligence. The method used is descriptive qualitative with library research, this research does not need to go into the field, but simply utilizes several sources of data in this article is done by searching the literature from various sources online according to the focus of the research. Data acquisition techniques are carried out by searching online books, scientific journals, and Google Scholar sources.The results of the discussion in this article show that Islamic Education Philosophy is the basis for creating spiritual and intellectual intelligence by emphasizing the integration of Islamic values ​​in forming character through holistic education, and involving the principles and indicators of spiritual and intellectual intelligence., as well as the integration of Islamic teachings in the process of forming a balanced character and personality.

Literature Study on the Role of E-Budgeting in Increasing APBD Transparency

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the relationship between individual behavior in the implementation of e-government and the implementation of e-budgeting to support the principle of transparency of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure… enditure Budget (APBD) and achieve good governance. E-government as a digital transformation in the government sector aims to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the management of public administration. However, its success is highly dependent on individual behavior, including acceptance and adaptation to technology. E-budgeting, as one form of e-government implementation, is designed to increase transparency by providing easy and real-time access to the public regarding information on the use of the APBD. This study uses a literature study approach by reviewing various scientific articles and related documents from 2020 to 2024. The results of the study show that individual behavior, such as digital literacy and attitudes towards technology, play an important role in determining the success of e-government and e-budgeting. Although e-budgeting is able to increase transparency, challenges such as resistance to change, limited infrastructure, and low public trust in the government remain significant obstacles. Therefore, strategic steps such as community empowerment through digital literacy, increasing human resource capacity, and more effective communication between the government and the community are needed to ensure the success of this system. This research is expected to be a theoretical basis in developing a more effective e-government and e-budgeting implementation strategy in the future.

Transforming Challenges Into Opportunities: The Role Of Accounting Systems And Technology In MSME Performance Post-COVID-19, Enhanced By Market Innovation

Abstract: This research explores the impact of technology adoption on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the post-COVID-19 landscape, with a particular focus on the moderating role of market innovation.… ion. Utilizing a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, data was collected from MSMEs to evaluate the relationships among technology adoption, market innovation, and business performance. The findings reveal that technology adoption has a significant positive effect on MSME performance, contributing to operational efficiency and improved customer engagement. However, contrary to expectations, market innovation does not significantly moderate this relationship. This suggests that the immediate benefits of technology adoption are sufficient to drive performance improvements without the need for market innovation to enhance these effects. The research highlights the importance for MSMEs to prioritize technology adoption as a strategy for resilience and growth in the wake of the pandemic, while market innovation can be pursued as a complementary initiative for long-term competitiveness. The study provides valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners aiming to support the recovery and development of MSMEs in Indonesia.

Driving Individual Taxpayer Compliance: How Information Technology Elevates Tax Service Quality, Social Engagement and Education

Abstract: This study investigates the factors influencing Individual Taxpayer Compliance in Indonesia, focusing on Tax Service Quality, Social Engagement and Education, and the moderating role of Information Technology. The findings… gs reveal that Tax Service Quality does not significantly impact taxpayer compliance, suggesting that improvements in service quality alone may not suffice to enhance compliance levels. In contrast, Social Engagement and Education are significant factors that positively influence taxpayer compliance, indicating the effectiveness of educational initiatives and community involvement in fostering compliance behavior. Furthermore, information technology has been found to have no significant moderating effect on the relationship between tax service quality or social engagement, education, or taxpayer compliance. These results underscore the importance of prioritizing social engagement and educational strategies while recognizing that technology should be integrated as a complementary tool to improve compliance outcomes. A balanced approach combining these elements is essential for fostering a more compliant taxpayer environment in Indonesia.
